I was a little disappointed that your sign for the hot tub was not updated to reflect your staff schedule. As far as we know from the sign it is supposed to be open until 9 but we got there and the staff member said it closes at 8. The staff member said they had informed the management the the sign was wrong for a while be they do nothing about it.

Lovely, efficient, well kept, place with amenities on site. We found this to be a perfect out of the ‘Springs’ hassle. We ditched Garden of the Gods RV Pk. And came here. Will stay here again.

Nice park, the staff kept the place clean and manicured. I come from a customer service back ground so I would like the staff to always wave or speak when they drive be to make you feel more appreciated, but overall a good experience

This was our first family camping trip, and we had a blast. We traveled with our 2 year old. She LOVED the bounce pad and the bubble foam. We didn’t know the bubble pad was open by event only, I wish that was communicated better on the website. We would have liked to do that more than once. I also wish the water park was heated. Our girl loved the slides, but the water was too cold to play long.

Nice Campground near a river. I bit close to the highway though. Lots to do at the campground with a great swimming area for kids of all ages. I wish there as a trail along the creek but I guess there is some trails coming.

The website advertised a fully equipped kitchen and a screened porch but we arrived and the oven was not working. The stove knob broke off easily, the oven wouldn't light, when it did, it smelled of gas and we got headaches. The exhaust fan was broken and not working. The porch was not screened, families of bees and wasps were everywhere. There was dirty underwear in the loft window.

Very helpful staff. Need to stay a few extra days and they made it happen. HOWEVER...... Like most KOA's over priced by 50 to 60 percent compared to other non KOA. I paid 27 to 30 per night on many other night.

Aside from guests making choices that made my children uncomfortable, the campgrounds were just ok. Bathrooms and showers were in various states of cleanliness and disrepair. The laundry facilities were so cramped that they felt like a bad dream. The water park water was ice cold. It was disappointing to pay extra for a river view that was barely visible.

cabin backed up to interstate (noisy), was filthy and lacked the basics. No Views, Ripped screens; no table or chairs inside; lumpy mattress with a terrible center sag; missing bowls, spoons, cups; dirty ACs; ratty couch; only two lumpy pillows and a thin blanket; bring your own toiletries and hair dryer too. Porch light even installed upside down

Our site had tall weeds and was a strange set up, with the fire pit in a very odd spot. We ordered food the 1st day and it was great. We ordered the same exact breakfast on the 2nd morning and it was disgusting....Mindy made us burnt bacon and eggs and threw a rotten strawberry in with the home fries....i was disgusted and we threw out both our meals. Then she rolled her eyes when we complained.

The cable didn't work, but otherwise I had a great stay! Love all the activities and nice places to walk the dogs. I'll be back!

The cable tv system did not work. At least 8 water features in the splash pad area did not operate.

The property itself is nice, good activities, well kept overall. The surrounding area is not the greatest, lots of trash everywhere and the river has homeless belongings laying around. Staff was great, 5 starts for them! Customers staying there were mostly kind and considerate however my kids had to hear foul language in the bathroom and pool area, very inappropriate language by adults.

Campground was neat and clean, the splash pool looked like it would have been fun, wagon rides and parades (all within quiet hours) - a very kid friendly place! The Chuckwagon pancakes and sausage were wonderful!

Check in area is too cramped with rvs cars and towed trailers and with lots of little kids in and out of the pool area. Not enough room from road.

Noise is a factor but could not help it. Highway is a litter close. Other than that it was an awesome week. Very nice and accommodating staff.

Was super impressed with the AM activities team. Great enthusiasm and teamwork! But this place is not for me. Fun but no sleep! Bed not comfy and the nonstop noise of I-25 traffic was just too much for us.

I was very impressed how kid friendly this KOA is. It has a small water park, giant bouncing airbag, giant Jenga blocks, giant chess board, evening hay wagon rides and mid-day wagon rides that double as water fights with campers that wish to participate. It had evening campfire gatherings for the kids with story telling and it had daily crafts for children.

I-25 is pretty loud at night so be prepared for that. Golf cart rental is what gave the place the 4. Super fun as it fit all 4 of us so could travel together around the campground and nature area together. Not sure teens would care for this place, as it's set up more for the age 1-10 crowd. Pool is small but it did have a water feature with a slide.

Would definitely recommend! Everyone here was incredibly friendly. Accommodations were clean, tons of fun for the kids.

The cabins can cleaned better. The floors where still dirty and had dig hair. The bunk beds where dirty with dog hair too. I cleaned the cabin with clorox wipes. Using a swifter to clean the floors would help

we paid 84.00 for a site premium site that was NOT premium! Only had 30amps when 50 is advertised. Says it had a “patio” area…none.

Advertised cabin TV didn’t work, no wi-fi, very few bathroom stalls to use. Enjoyed the a/c as it was hot. We are regular KOA users & this is our least favorite.

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
