We had a great time. The employees were amazing. They had lots of activities. We played in the heated pool. I can not wait to come back for summer. They will have a water park, splash pad, jump pad and so much more. They are ef developing and adding more sites. The only thing I would suggest or am hoping is for more bathroom. It is very limited. Again amazing time can't wait to go back

The staff was friendly. The cabin has a mini fridge & TV. :) Under the beds has not been cleaned recently. The closing time for the pool is listed as 7pm on the website, but 6pm is the actual closing time. This caused some confusion for our group. The shower house was clean & the hot water was plentiful. I tried contacting the office by phone & email ahead of my start. No responses to either.

Everyone was so friendly and the camp ground was great with many ammenities. It is the perfect place to bring kids and dogs on a family vacation. The heated hot tub and pool were great for the chilly weather. There were tons of activities for the kids and Miss Bev was so wonderful planning and sharing all of the events. The vacation rental cabin was perfect for a family of 5 and our dogs. 10/10!

First off during my stay, my remote for tv didn't work went down to office 2 times was told they would ask housekeeping but never heard nothing so tv was stuck on western channel. Then after checkout. They charged me twice for deposit fee of $25. Then 2 days after I left they charged me another $100 for the TV apparently being missing of which obviously I didn't take. Staff lies

The cabin space was good as well as the layout. The staff was friendly and the entertainment for the kids was great. Our cabin, 32, was not heated well. Two space heaters were provided as well as a fireplace and a little heater in the bedroom. This didn’t feel safe as none were attached to a thermostat. One night went down to 19 degrees. Adequate heating needs to be added.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly, our cabin was clean, there were plenty of activities for kids. I have already recommended KOA to friends and family. We cannot wait to return!! A BIG thank you to all the staff!!!!

Clean cabins with great staff made my stay phenomenal. I stayed in CO a week and came back to stay a second time after trying a few other campgrounds, it was that good!

We usually have our 5th wheel with us but stayed in a deluxe cabin this time. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin (I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself. It was pretty disgusting.) The cabins are “tired” and need some maintenance. The dresser drawers were both broken and the light over the kitchen sink was out. We’ll be back but with our camper next time. We like the loc

The trailer spaces are large and look nice. The cabin was filthy as was the laundry room.

cabins way too close to each other. noise from cabins on either side woke us up both mornings and the smoke from one of them smoking on his porch made my husband nauseous both nights. Our cabin had a stench that made me ill the first night until i adjusted to it. We have stayed at other koa cabins and never had that stench. otherwise, the cabins are very nice and cozy.

Do not stay in cabins 8,9,or 10 as they weirdly face away from the campground directly into the dusty dirty dog park cage. No pea gravel, just dusty inches of dirt surrounding the cabin. We asked to be relocated to a different cabin (Cabin 3) which was very nice and very clean. Other drawback however is the football stadium lighting in the RV dealer next door. Extremely bright and obnoxious.

Great except one hiccup. The front room light bulb was burnt out and we let the office know. We also let them know we we’re leaving for the day and wouldn’t return until late. Nothing was said and when we returned the front room light bulb has not been changed. Being the room with the kids bunk beds it made that night a bit bumpy. Other than that our stay was nice.

We have a great Halloween experience at the Colorado Springs KOA>. Only problem is it did not last long enough. The owners and staff were very friendly and accomodating. Great place for 3 yrs and up to enjoy Halloween.

After some miscues on our reservations, not reserving the correct cabin, the staff worked very hard to help our family of 4 stay for 2 nights. Had to switch cabins the second night and were split up but it all worked out fine. Might want to double check to see if towels and kitchen towels, ect are in the cabin before we have to go to the office. TV cable was out, and TV's didnt work at all.

We stayed in a cabin and the first night we froze. The second night the breaker kept going out. It didn’t have enough pillows for my family or blankets. And it did not have what is said on the add. Then they charged us $20:00 for damage and didn’t even have the respect to call and speak with us. Cause there was no damage. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Wonderful stay. People were friendly. Wished there wasn’t so much work being done behind our cabin. Got quite a bit of dust coming in to the cabin when utility trucks carrying dirt would make rounds. We mainly kept windows closed to avoid this. Overall, great location, great amenities and the TV was a SURPRISE in the cabin. Wifi is not that great but thankfully we had our hotspot and DVD player.

We had two cabins and a campsite. One cabin had no heat and we had little babies which caused some issues. The other cabin air wasn’t working correctly so during the day it was warm. We really enjoyed our time with family and just feel cabins need some upgrades. The staff was very friendly but not well organized and the schedules of times were not met. The costume event was 4 at 3:45 it was done

Incredibly disappointed with our stay at the Colorado springs KOA. My family and I flew into town from Phoenix. We had booked our stay three weeks in advance for a deluxe cabin. We arrived Friday evening to find out that our cabin had been given to another family. We were put into a smaller cabin that didn't fit our family. Our experience and adventure was not pleasant. This should not happen.

The staff really went above and beyond to make our spooktacular stay fun and eventful. They were short-staffed, employees didn’t show up, things were running behind, and they blew a tire on the glow ride. But everyone rallied and they still managed to make it special. Kudos to your staff, please treat them like royalty, they are everything!! Thank you!

Cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo ya que no había internet eso es entendible pero al llegar a la cabaña esta estaba sucia no estaba limpia , el colchón de la cama es muy incómodo regrese a casa con dolor de espalda igual mi esposa . Realmente esperábamos más de este lugar . Lo bueno de este lugar son las actividades para los niños ellos se la pasaron muy bien eso nos gusto .

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
