Our trip was lovely. We come every year. However, some guy by the name of Bill who works there was very rude to me and my family. He was actually yelling at my son who is deaf and hard of hearing. My son was right next to me but wasn’t aware we were asked to leave the pool area due to lightening. When my son didn’t get up, Bill went crazy. Bill should be more kind.

Great campsite, lots of activities for kids. The water park was a lot of fun. Although, some of the features didn't work, and it was a little cold. Noise from the freeway was present, but not too bad

We arrived after hours, check in was super easy, because of the phone call I received before hand. Our stay was for 8 days and it was beautiful. Our site had beautiful views of the mountains to the west and a dam to the east. The staff was super friendly, and very accommodating. Thank you KOA for making our stay in Colorado a memorable one!

The spaces were large and convenient to access but in our space and for much of the park the landscaping was mainly weeds. There was also a lot of noise from the freeway.

Very family friendly! Lots for the kids to do! Only issue is the cable does not give reception and when it does you only get a few channels. Next time we will bring our satellite connection.

The KOA itself was great, but the traffic noise is very loud next to I-25.

Always a great stay here. Everyone on the staff is super nice and always willing to help. The splash park is awesome as well as all the other amenities.

My only complaint is that employees have to use the washers for the cabin linen which then leaves nothing for the visitors to use. There should be something separate for the linen. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would return again!

I want to give a higher rating for this KOA but there just a number of issues during our stay. The Wifi was out the entire couple days with no sense of urgency to get it fixed. The other issue was the washer and dryer situation. They had a number of washers and dryers that where broken then to top if off the staff used them all during the day so guest could not use them.

Internet was spotty, we needed to get online to work and it was intermittent and slow. Friendly staff. Clean spots. Bathrooms well maintained but overall the park was ‘worn’. Freeway noise was expected.

Our experience was not optimal. Many of the reasons why we chose KOA were not available options. We were told that Wi-Fi was down as of last week-not repaired. Of 5 washers at one laundry, all down but one. There was no ice at 2 pm. No offer to have any delivered. Our space had a fairly impressive leak from a faucet that could not be repaired. The back dog run was dried out and unattractive

Helpful & attentive staff. Sites were adequate considering there are many to manage, but nothing spectacular. Cafe & pool area were great! Bathrooms could use a remodel. They are dingy, cramped & not very well lit. I would rate a 4.5/5 & recommend staying here.

Cabin with bathroom, was moldy in swap cooler, I got sick from it and dust, & dirt, check out early disgusting, and I'm being nice

The grounds were clean, but there were a lot of bees around everywhere we went. The picnic tables were old and worn in the tent sites but the shelters were magnificently kept, and the sand spots for the tents were very comfortable. There was lots to do and we were never bored. All the staff were freindly

Fortunate available cabin at the last minute! I was too tired to try to set up tent (if there was one available). Had nice neighbors. :)

This is a destination campground, especially for families with kids. Close to sight seeing places, it has so must for kids it's unbelievable. Has everything for them. Not really a place for older people or business people, very close to the highway and extremely road noisy.

Greeted on arrival. We had checked in on line. At the park the staff escorted us to our site. He checked back to see if everything was okay. We have FHU, 30 amp. Visible Cellular (Verizon 4G network) was 2-3 bars. Wifi was okay. Park was clean. We did not use restrooms or showers. The pool and water park was popular. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again.

Wonderful place. Gas grills available for cooking out. Kids loved the pool. Some Washing machines and one shower and water guns out of order.. but otherwise very clean property. Great view of the mountains.

We had a good time at the Colorado springs KOA. There are some things that need to be brought to your attention. The patio was falling apart. Needs attention and repair it. The common grill area need some attention, not all the grills are working and no hot water. The arrangement of the bathrooms could be a little better. The staff was very rude when it comes to cleaning time as I noticed.

Beautiful park. There were a lot of activities. The grandkids enjoyed visiting Grandma and Grandpa at the park because they could swim and play in the playground.

Cable tv would not work. We reported it to the office but never saw anyone out to check or fix it. We requested a partial refund and never got that either. We will never stay there again.

The one bad thing, ok two, there was a dusk to dawn light at out tent site. Really! And they made everyone get out of the swimming pool and hot tub at 8:20.

This park spends all its time doing things for the kids and none taking care of the campground. sites are desperate need of repair! the power pedestal and water hook ups are falling apart. The door fell off the power pedestal when I opened it! Really at the price this place charges they can fix things!!

Traveling with two neighbors, we really enjoyed all the trees, the dog park was great too! Your employees are all great, very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms and everything just immaculate! Thank you!

I loved the campground some of the staff was very rude there was no going the extra mile at all its a shame cause most of them that were rude worked the front counter. The staff that were kind and went out of there way worked in ither areas. If they could get a better front staff it would be 5 stars.

Lots of road noise. Sites not very level . Picnic table was in terrible shape, bathrooms were small and showers were tiny and old, dirtiest pool and hot tub we have ever seen. Dirty greasey ring around the pool. Pool water so cloudy that we could not see drains at the bottom. That is a safety issue. Kiddie area seemed ok.Staff was nice.Whole place needs updating and cleaning.

Advertises military discount when I asked about it i was told you have too many discounts I am a KOA member so not sure what that even meant. I was very amazed that why wouldn't you honor what you offer?

The positive thing is that we had a place to sleep. The negatives are as follows: The road noise from the highway is noticeably loud, there is only 2 showers & 2 toilets for hundreds of campers, we had to deal with a lot of campers walking by, staring, and commenting on our trailer, creepy old man in the site next to us staring at us while we unpacked. As three women, we didn't feel comfortable.

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
