Our 4th stay- we love the friendly service and amenities. It’s by the highway so you’ll hear noise. Super pool fun- the splash pool is fun but cold. The regular pool and hot tub are heated. Their store has everything you need and some cute gifts. We always rent a golf cart- get them first come first rent- they go fast. WiFi and cable totally hit or miss. This time a no go.

Nice, clean and support staff helpful and pleasant. Only complaint and it is a small one is we had absolutely no internet at our site.

Mom and I had a great time at your park. It was fun to watch the hay rides go around at night and the other things that you had to do. And we had a great view of the Mountains. Thanks again.

Very noisy due to the freeway. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The dog park was ok, could have been cleaned more often.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The campgrounds were very kid friendly and they had a lot of activities to keep the children busy. They escorted us to out campsite and also delivered the wood for our evening campfire. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the Cafe. They made a breakfast burrito and I requested green chile but, received a breakfast burrito with spinach instead of chile.

WiFi didn’t work, it’s the only reason why I booked the campground. Ended up spending a lot of times away from the cabin I was on to be connected to WIFi

Lots of fun activities. The pool area was great as was the water park, although that was a little chilly. Nice to have a café available. Well supplied kitchen. Nice to have towels supplied. Finding an elastic hair tie on the bathroom ledge of The deluxe cabin made me question the cleaning process used. Bathroom Towel rack was broken, nonexistent.

Very nice campground. Conveniently located for royal gorge, pikes peak, and garden of the gods. I am so glad I chose this site the people were great.

terrible service as far as the management and a few of the staff go. staff taking me to my site did not inform about a low hanging tree and we tore 4 holes in rubber roof on camper then all he could say is "OH" you are bigger than most campers they said they would send manager to see never seen anyone the whole week I was there. staff have been telling them to take that tree out.

Our cabin had a terrible odor upon arrival, old trash in trash can. Beds in loft had no linens, had to call for them and make ourselves. Pull out couch had no linens again had to have delivered. Hot tub jets not working. Rented golf cart, needed charged before we could even use.

Good location for local attractions and plenty of space between campsites. Only complaint was the dustiness of the gravel road and the fact that the sites faced such that we couldn’t get any shade, even with awnings morning or evening.

Flip Flop on Standards. There is a sign on the door, arrival time is 1200 noon and not before. We arrived at 1131, I was told not until noon. So I drove 1/2 mile from RV site and waited on sided of the road. At 1140 2 RVs turned into the RV site. I followed them, go to RV site 1145, walked in the door and they were processing them in, 1150. Double standards. Contact me if you want to hear more.

Beautiful natural setting surround the Campground, walking the perimeter is a nice half mile stroll that features a waterfall on the creek running behind it. Nearby, there is a park called Willow Springs ponds. Excellent little area to take a dog for a little walk on the trails

Pros: The staff was very friendly and there were plenty of activities for guests on the property. Cons: The cabins are stacked in extremely close together. They are so close that between your parked vehicle and the picnic table you have 0 free space. There is also 0 grass anywhere on the property for kids (or adults) to enjoy. Just lots of gravel and patches of weeds.

A lot or road noise. People letting their dogs poop everywhere. Laundry facility had no room to move around. Quiet time not enforced. Overall, too high priced for value received.

Low power at site / 50 amp not working.. used generator all night.. gave me 15% discount for trouble.. cost me more in Fuel

The sites where nice but the dog park was full of poop.Even thou it is the owners responsibility to pick up after there dogs the staff should still check it out daily.The trashcan inside camo k9 was full and looked like it had not been emptied in days

Staff is very nice. Campground is a little too busy with a large number of campsites for my liking. Quiet time of 8:00 am is a little unrealistic for trying to get an early state on the road.

The older gentleman at the propane fill-up was awesome. Although I was a little early and despite the front desk complaining we were a half hour early, he tried to fill our tank. I wish I could remember his name as he's a great example of why we're KOA, VIP..

Stayed at site #26 for 2 nights. The first morning we smelled something fowl and realized there is a sewer manhole very close to the picnic table patio, which is in the back of the deluxe cabin. The smell persist for the entire stay especially inside the cabin. I had to buy a poo-pouri to mask the smell. The site also backs to the brick fence along the road and next to I-25 and very loud.

Most everything was broken (peddle bikes, splash pad sprayers, etc.) I would have given it a 5 star if there was at least a bike path across the stream to get to Fountain Creek Trail. Instead, our family had to cross a couple busy intersections and drive along an access highway to get there.

We loved our stay in the cabins. The campground was spacious and lots to do. Great spot for family vacation. Loved spending time outside in the patio with campfire.

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
