We were staying on a fast overnight stay. The thing that turned me off the most about the place was the emails about no streaming allowed. After a long day of driving, being able to relax and watch Netflix, etc is nice. I would be happy to pay a few bucks more to be able to stream. Perhaps you can reach out to other KOAs that allow it to find out how they offset the cost.

It was our maiden voyage with a new pop up camper. Their staff We’re extremely helpful when we had difficulties with our electricity. Everyone was helpful every step of the way.

we stayed at Colorado Springs koa from 08/06/21-08/13/21 and absolutely loved the place. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. There is a lot to do here just at the koa but loved how close to all the attractions the campground was like pike's peak, garden of the gods etc. interstate noise was minimal despite what others have said and we were right by it.

I appreciate the generosity and understanding to help us check out late due to me being I'll and but able to drive at check out time. The kids have fun and I feel safe with them enjoying the amenities. This was our second time here and I brought two other families.

Kids loved the pool, but the water was cold and over-crowded. Park was clean, but felt like camping in a big open field next to a polluted river. Biggest complaint of the trip was the nightly 'hey rides' through the park where the staff leads and encourages the riders to SCREAM as they pass other campers. 4 trips each night - - insane. Certainly not a restful experience and will not be back.

I was very impressed by all of the family activities that were planned. The staff were all awesome, friendly and helpful, My granddaughter loved the splashpad and the wagon rides. She said several times "I'm living my best day yet!" We will return to the KOA at Fountain, Colorado and would highly recommend it!!

It was 90 + degrees, the AC didn’t work, and the cabin was literally right next to the dumpsters and the freeway, so between the heat, trash smell and freeway noise, our stay SUCKED!

It was perfect but SO loud by the Highway. I wish there was a way to block the sound. My whole family enjoyed the activities.

It was a cute little place for families! The pools too small to accommodate every person that stays there. They need to make that area bigger. I never saw the cabana by the pool open, to get drinks. Trying to rent a golf cart is impossible when they only have a handful to rent….they need more of those too. Overall, it’s a good place.

We tent camped for one night and had so much fun. As two late twenty somethings, we were pleasantly surprised at the amenities and had a great time at the water slides and hot tub. Friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a decent place to stay with a great water park on site. My biggest gripe is that I reserved a 50 amp site and after we set up I pluged in my surge protector and it told me there was an issue with one leg of the power supply. They sent a tech out to look at it and he said the voltage was low on one leg but it would be ok. I had to trust my surge protector and used the 30 amp supply.

The staff was very unfriendly. We stay at a lot of KOAs and overall this was the worst. We rented bikes - unfriendly. Kid bloody nose at the pool - not helpful. The water features in the Waterpark didn't work, only the slide water. My kids were disapointed. There is construction near the campground that work 24 hours a day. You can hear the back up beeper of the tractors all night lon

Nice campground, very friendly staff. Bathrooms pretty clean. Would have seasonal people clean up their sites. Also the light that stay on all night near tents and campers should go dim after 10:00pm very annoying when camping by them. Pool needs a good cleaning and fix broken items at the slide area.

We arrived at 11:45 for a noon check in. The policy, which I didn’t know, is no one checks in before noon. We just waited in the driveway. There should be waiting area and the policy should be written in advance in a noticeable place. Othwise our stay was very good.

Television didn't work in cabin. Cabin extremely unlevel- yikes! Staff not real friendly. Very upsetting that pool closed before posted hours. Overall we would stay again.

Staff was excellent in keeping everything perfect for our family. Clean. Friendly. Kid friendly place. Lots to do at camp. Only concern is some things not happening Monday thru Wednesday.

Pros: Great amenities, things to do and beautiful scenery all over the grounds, the camp kitchen was so convenient, well appointed cabins. Cons: Had a hard time getting a working AC the first 24 hours, but they told us all of the AC units would be replaced soon, so hopefully that issue will be solved. The last night we were there, pool was locked up at 8:30, but supposed to be open until 9.

Surprisingly quiet for such a large campground. They need to do some maintenance on the splash pad. The spray guns don’t work, and the dump bucket just flows water rather than building up and intermittently dumping. Other than that great customer service and a wonderful stay!

I tried reaching out to a manager, no luck. I had issues before I got my trip booked for 2 months, reached out on Facebook and received a call NEXT day! Crazy! We arrived and were not given discount for troubles, bathrooms had POOP on toilet lid, clearly NOT cleaned. I watched workers go in, NOT clean, yet signed off as if they had! Dirt/sand in sinks. Disgusting! Very unhappy KOA camper of 10 yrs

The park was clean. Lots of friendly staff. I was just staying for a couple of nights and felt for someone just wanting a place to park and have electricity the price was about double of what I am used to paying. If you go with a large camper and 4-6 campers including children it would be a bargain. However for one person who will not be participating in the activities it is pricey.

Overall campsite was good and has many activities that kids can do and it’s family friendly. The water Park was great but the warm pool and water themselves were very dirty. The layout for sewer pipe was on the grass area where the picnic table and hangout area are, which is ugly. Picnic table at our site was old and nasty as well.

Really need to have maintenance done through out the whole campground. Have freeway right next to campground. Would be good to increase the height of the sound wall. Had bad breaker on my electrical site. It kept blowing. Dumpster was full.

Our stay here was a real treat We hadn't stayed at a KOA resort before and were pleasantly surprise. The kids loved the aaterpark and pool. They had alot of fun running and jumping on the giant jump pad. We bbqd at with the gas grill that came with our site and got to relax on the patio chairs and benches without having to oull out our own equipment. Shopping at the store was an enjoyable.

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
