The kids had so much fun on the water slides and jumping pad. The pool was nice and warm, too. The highway noise was only noticeable by the pool. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again.

I thought that the campground was not taken care of as well as other KOAs. A huge pot hole in the main entrance drive way was not touched all week. Maybe water is expensive there but no attempt to water any grass was made. I felt there were way to few toilet facilities for the number of campers. The laundry facilities were dismal. 9 day stay.......Very nice campground...little crowded, difficulty using internet, I25 road noise very distracting, Staff friendly but unable to solve internet issues.

This is one of the best KOAs going. I had an opportunity to speak with an employee about a ramp leading to the shower/restroom/laundry area, that it can be blocked too easily by automobiles improperly parked, and offered a suggestion on how this might be averted. I also rode my hand cycle about the kampground and had many favorable responses by other kampers.

The kids activities were awesome. However the bathroom facilities were totally inadequate, too few for that size and not well maintained. They had a huge pothole in one of only two entry lanes that almost swallowed your truck. They played reveille over the loudspeakers at 630 in the morning. One of the workers had a dog who barked constantly and they refused to do anything about it.

While the pool, water park, activities, food and staff were great - I am rating this based on the Cabi. Cabin had terrible cigarettes' smoke smell, unable to air out, linens missing, trash under the beds, TV didn't work. We had family was in another cabin that had all of this working/provided and a fan (we purchased a fan due to the smell). Long time KOA members and were a bit disappointed

Absolutely horrible and inconsistent on 11am checkout and 12 checkin...was told to go outside and wait 13 mins until 12 to check in, then got to site at 1230 and acamper was still there! Later saw 2 other campers checkin at 1130. Clerk even admitted to inconsistencies. Also originally I was told after being in 2 different spots, I would have to leave koa at 11 and return at 12 to checkin!

We enjoyed the amenities for the kids, the deluxe tent site was very nice but the very bright pole light was annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Not sure why it was necessary.

We stayed 3 nights in a cabin and everything was perfect! We loved all of the close by attractions. The KOA employees were all very friendly and helpful

The Colorado Springs KOA is excellent. There are so many activities for kids! That allows us old folks to actually get some relaxation! Thank you to all of your wonderful staff!

First time at this KOA. Great amenities here, and the staff worked hard to put on additional fun activities. We enjoyed the water park, jumping pad, foam pad, and wet wagon ride. The water park is a major attraction for this KOA and I would like to see things maintained better. The slides worked but the sprayers and other features did not. Hopefully everything works for our next visit.

We had some type of bug that attacked us in the cabin we stayed in. My daughter had to go to urgent care. My husband and I are just dealing with the bites. The campground has done nothing to make this right. I would NEVER stay here as they obviously don’t take cleaning serious. I don’t think I will ever stay at a KOA again.

Very family friendly, staff were kind and informative. The bathrooms needed a little more TLC, women’s bathroom was out of TP even after cleaning crew came through, and the floors were never swept (same squished spider in the first stall the 6 days we were there) overall, very well kept roomy sites, comfortable place to stay.

A little disappointed with the choice of flags flown with the American, Stars & Stripes, flag. I believe in adequate funding for our brave men and women in blue, as well as our brave men and women firefighters. In this so very toxic political environment we live in, I don't feel it necessary to fly these altered U.S American flags. Perhaps management didn't realize how political it had become.

Everything was exactly as described and the staff were very friendly. It was busy, but we visited at peak season and expected as much. Even for being busy, everything was quite well managed. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

The employees were lovely and the events planned were a blast for the kids. My daughter especially loved the water park and the foam party. The cabins were clean, but I can’t say the same for the bathrooms. One stall didn’t have toilet paper for almost up to 24 hours and the toilet seats consistently had feces on them. Only complaint is that some campers don't understand leave no trace & make more work for the hardworking team at this KOA, friendly & helpful staff.

Everything was great. The only thing is the pool, it's pretty worn and a plastic lined pool. I'd of assumed better for the water park (unheated) that they have. Walking down along Fountain Creek was a pretty awesome add.

All the staff was so kind and helpful! I liked being lead to the site, took all the guess work out of it, along with the morning trash pick up. The bathrooms are small but kept clean. The pools could be much cleaner but the slides were fun! Despite the water being cold. The camp kitchen was awesome. Super big, clean with propane hooked up, ready to use.

Only complaint is we arrived early before noon check in and we were told to go down to the Loves parking lot and come back at noon. Appreciate being escorted to site and at site garbage pickup. Would have liked some shade.

It could be a bit cleaner. I noticed that the clean sheet in the ladies restroom was initial that it was checked, but in one stall it was out of tissue paper which not replaced. For at least two days. .

No internet. Felt like I was parked in big parking lot. No shade anywhere. Where one eats outside is in clear view of neighbors sewage dump line.

Great staff members, very friendly & helpful. The atmosphere was amazing! Everyone was so friendly & courteous. Hats off to the cleaners as the bathrooms/showers were always in really great condition. Loved the activities available for the medieval times theme while we were there. This KOA holiday is so convenient for adults, kids & pets too! Wonderful experience.

No offence to the staff who were friendly but don't go by the pictures on the advertisements. Most of the sites had very small patios and some were overgrown with weeds. We booked a site with a patio set but didn't have one.The waterpark and pool area were dirty and the guests(children) were out of control. Not to mention the hottub and cabana were closed but that wasn't mentioned on the website.

Store/registration staff is very friendly. Campgrounds in need of grounds keeping- weeds, overgrown grass, and gravel all over the place. Bathrooms in need of more frequent attention. Sign on door states they are cleaned 3x a day, but sign off in the bathroom only noted daily. Pool/splash pad lots of fun- also in need of cleaning, pool has lots of sand in the bottom, dead bugs and hair..

We greatly enjoyed Christmas in July food, activities, bouncy pad, chess and water park. This is an excellent camp ground to stay and play. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
