I love this KOA and plan on returning. Your activities and pool are huge draws. The only criticism is that the weeds are a little overwhelming. My family's allergies went haywire and are still sneezing a day after coming home. But great otherwise!

The site that we reserved barely accommodated our 34 foot RV. Once we parked the RV, we had to have the staff trim the overgrown limbs away from the side of the RV so that we could open the slide. When we walked out of our RV, there was a pipe and the sewage hookup from the people staying in their camper next to us. We were not able to use the campfire ring because it was so close to the RV.

We had an amazing time. The activities for children were amazing. We had our 19 month old granddaughter with us and there was activities and things for her to do and the people working the activities are GREAT with the kids. The workers helping us to our campsites could be a little more involved and vocal with directing us in, but over all a great place to stay.

I was disappointed. First I did not realize that the campground was so close to the interstate and it was expensive to listen to traffic. My biggest complaint would be the daily activities for the kids. My granddaughter looked forward to picking up the daily list every morning and getting excited over the activities and I would say about 75% of the activities were canceled while we were there.

We stayed a week in 2019, good stay, but WiFi did not work. Fast forward to 2021, WiFi still worthless, but the stay was good.

Too many people for the size of the campground. Packed pool. Hours were supposed to be until 9 pm, but closed at 8 pm.

The spots were not as advertised. We had a 30 foot that we didn’t fit in the spot at $74. The staff ready didn’t care.

Our cabin was exactly what the reservation said it would be. It was especially nice to be able to rent a golf cart to get around since the cabin was located towards the back of the park. My toddler really enjoyed the water park. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Only complaint is that the bathrooms were not air-conditioned and the windows were closed, so it was hot.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. The park was clean and had tons of activities for the kids. I highly recommend staying at this KOA.

Campground was very clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The only thing I was disappointed in was laundry facilities everything was broke down the whole week we were there.

The location of the campground was perfect. Just outside of Colorado springs and a letting view each morning. I eventually want to move to the great state of Colorado. I love it more each time I come back

Very busy campground - better for families than couples. Felt crowded.Road noise was quite loud at our site. Little grass areas.

Water pressure at the site was minimal. Camp showers were dirty and not enough room to store dry clean clothes while you shower. Never could get cable to work and the waterpark only had the four slides working. None of the water toys were working. Staff seemed busy but not sure they got anything done. This park needs to focus on what they advertise and less on the profit.

We were not impressed with this KOA have stayed here before but was not kept up. The water play area was not in good working order. The pool water was not clean. The bathrooms were down for cleaning in the morning when most people take showers. And not enough showers and bathrooms for the amount of People this campground holds. We only stayed here because of grandkids but probably won’t be back.

No problems but there is quite a bit of road noise day and night. However everything else including getting in and out as well as location was great.

WOW! Everything was great jere. Check-in was efficient. We were escorted to our site. Staff was abundantly available. Every where you look, there's a staff member on a golf cart, seeking to be helpful - from collecting the trash to offering a ride to the splash-pad Truly a pleasure to stay here.

We have stayed here with our kids every year for the last 3 summers. It's super nice, accommodating and taken care of. My only complaint is that the floors in our cabin were disgusting. Our kiddos spilled water on the floor so we cleaned it up with a white towel.. the towel was dark brown afterwards from the uncleanliness of the floor. I can't be too mad though because they are VERY understaffed.

My children and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay at the KOA Campground tent site for 4 days.. There were lots of activities and PLENTY of kids to engage with, they never had a dull moment.. Seeing natures creatures such as lizards, rabbits and racoons was interesting.. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restrooms/showers were clean.. Visitors were friendly and we felt like a part of something..

None of the water features in the splash pool worked. Day use patrons did not show any courteous behavior and made the time miserable as they disregarded any rules. No KOA worker would intervene to enforce anything around the water slides. Minors driving the golf carts almost ran us over three separate occasions despite the requirement that all operators hold a valid drivers license.

If I was only sixty years younger I would have enjoyed the splash pad first hand instead of watching the kids.

Clean restrooms. Really like the extra curtain at the door to the shower AND the one into the shower stall. Friendly staff. Level sites!!

Half of water park did not work it was full of green algae tables were filthy and did not get cleaned the entire time we were there I talked with the front desk person she wouldn’t let me talk to a Mgr and when asked to clean the tables by the pool she did nothing Disappointing stay for what it costs

Loved this place. We don’t have kids and still enjoyed it! Great employees! Loved the Cafe, pool and dog park. We were sad the hot tub was never open. Also, great location! Highly recommend for those with or without kids. Love how pet friendly this place is!

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
