Great stay at the CO Springs KOA - would be 5-stars if hot tub was open and the main pool had better appearance. My young grandson had a blast in the splash pad! Campers were all happy and kampground staff was friendly and helpful.

great sites. good location 20 to 25 minutes to most trails. pool closes early during the week. bathrooms are cleaned and always seemed closed when wanted to use them. other one way at other end of campsite. didn't clean when posted. slides and pool were nice though needed cleaned ,vacuumed more. would stay again.

Lots of activities for families. Very large park. Friendly people. Could have been cleaner, there were many people there.

Our cabin was comfortable. The water park was fun but most of the water features weren’t working. The pool was so dirty and difficult to even let my kids play in. The cafe was very poor quality food and the bath houses were not very clean. Most of the staff was pleasant. There was a lady Cathy that assisted when I checked in that seemed bothered by my questions.

WiFi was extremely slow to non-existent Compared to many other parks we have stayed in the restrooms and showers are in need of updating and modernizing. No accessible restroom or shower facilities.

Loved the location. The grounds and amenities are kept very clean. The staff is VERY helpful. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

1. The television never work the entire week we were there - we notified the office and kept getting told that it would be fixed tomorrow. it wasn't. 2. We were never able to connect to the internet. We were told last year that things were going to be upgraded for this year. 3.There was not a posted cleaning schedule for the shower. We had to alter our plans whenever there was a conflict.

Everything was wonderful! We definitely recommend staying here especially if you want your children to be very happy about their stay too!

Great amenities, great staff, great activities for our kids!!! Only complaints are the pool was really dirty and filled with swimming bugs, we didn't let our kids get in. And the security lights at night attracted bugs to our site and killed our campfire experience.

We were really disappointed on the hot tub not working. The kiddy pool was soooo cold the kids couldn't enjoy themselves. The little water park you had was a joke. We were a little late checking out and your staff was on us like flies on poop, although your pamphlet states you have late check outs. Some of your staff members were really rude

I am a little concern that there is 1 flag missing from your set of flags the flag that shows support for police officers. I am sure not everyone notices but we did. When I inquired about the flag not being there I was given the excuse the the holes that hold it had ripped. When will the flag be back up? BINGO you make a profit 20 people/20 candy bars and u give only 3 for prizes?

The campground was very nice. The cabin was very run down. Most of the lights were burned out. The shower door didn’t close right. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. The mattress covers in the loft were dirty. None of the water toys at the water park worked. The campground had no ice. The picnic tables were loose and wobbly. This campground needs a lot of maintenan

The grounds were clean, there were lots of fun things to do and group activities. We stayed in a little cabin and it was clean and as described.

We came from Florida and brought our 3 small granddaughters. They had a wonderful time with lots of firsts. Your kids activities are perfect. All except the $10 for a cheaply made pillowcase to tie die. No real instructions or help for them. They took bands of and just a white case. I let them color them with markers and throw them away. $30 was exspensive. Also pool was never clear and clean.

This was by far the nicest and cleanest campground we've stayed at. The staff was outstanding! Will definitely stay here every time we return.

All of the staff was so welcoming and helpful! Our family enjoyed all of the extra amenities' such as the water park, jump pad, cornhole, movie night, and the fire pits! Thank you for making our first RV trip such a great one.

We do not live far from the koa but choose to come and stay as a fun stay cation! Lots of great things to do and friendly staff.

We stayed for one night and the kids had a lot of fun in the water park and pool, plus the huge bouncy platform! Management provided linens which made our single stay very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cabin had a portable ac unit that blocked being able to get to other side of bed. Required you to jump across the bed to the other side. Door to cabin was hard to shut and be locked. Sliding door to bathroom was hard to close and open. Remote to bed room TV would not operate tv.

The water park was working better but still not completely. The hot tub was broken and pool dirty. Staff are super helpful and nice.

We came last year and had so much fun! (From Georgia) so we booked another stay and get there just to find out half the water park was not working. The girls that work with the kids are RUDE! Overall worst experience ever.

RR did not have TP and we had to walk back to our RV to get some. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Many activities for families. Enjoyed seeing the wagon ride. WiFi- we had difficulty staying online. Difficulty getting on and staying on.

I rented a cabin and was blown away the minute I stepped inside by how nice it was. The bed was made with sheets and a comforter. Sheets and comforter were provided to use on the twin bed set. There was a mini-fridge, TV with ROKU. The temperature inside the cabin was comfortable all night and the door had a deadbolt and handle lock. Close walk to the bathrooms. Cute swing and firepit. Great fit!

Great KOA facility overall. We stayed in a cabin. Only issues were one bathroom and wifi did not reach to cabin 24 . Sometimes had to wait your turn in bathroom. Not a big deal and it would not stop me from coming back.

This is our second stay here - 1st was at a tent site, this time in a cabin. We enjoy the amenities - however, our TV did not work in our cabin and we were disappointed the hot tub was not filled and there was no sign as to why (an employee in the shop said she thought it was going to be painted). Other than that, we had a pretty good time - the kids love it and it is great we can bring our dog!

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
