Would like to have had more than 1 toilet in men's room near cabins.

Pool closed because they can’t control the chemicals. Office staff didn’t now how to help with charges called manager still walked out without help. I have stayed at this KOA for years this is the 1st year I can tell there was a change in management. Feels like they can’t handle it. I have a gift card so have to stay more unless I can find one close enough with a pool.

Site was bad, dirt & weeds, mis-placed hookups, and the staff & mgmt refused to try to give us a better site, ("they have reservations, but so did we!). Very expensive, noisy and we didn't feel welcome at all in our large motorhome. If you're in nice class A MH, go somewhere else.

Great place to stay. Very family friendly, lot of kids having a good time. Only problem, WiFi very slow.

My reserved space was unavailable 1.5 hours after departure time. I had to wait because the campground did not make the previous campers leave at the normal departure time. Cable TV did not work. Entrance was blocked completely by multiple RV trying to get checked in.

When we checked in without a reservation we met with a very friendly host who went above and beyond finding a spot for the evening. The following morning at 7am we experienced a problem with our coach and called a mobile service tech for assistance. When letting the office know, a young girl told us, sorry either tow it out or be out by 11am. Very poor customer service when understanding is needed

Great water play area for kids. The hot tub was not working. Pets are allowed, people don't pick up their pets' poop. Speed limit is 10 mph, however the average speed of a golf cart is 12-14, mph, people are yelled at for going to fast in their vehicles (sometimes), but not the golf carts (including/especially the staff)!! A soap vending dispenser/coin changer is needed in the laundry room.

Wonderful stay. Lots for the kids to do. Friendly staff. We didn’t use the restrooms, but the laundry and rv spots were clean.

Really great location as far as driving goes. All the tourist attractions are roughly 10-20 minutes from here. Only downside is this Koa is right next to the highway, so you get a lot of noise.

This has to be the BEST koa we have ever stayed at. The bathrooms were kept clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and our cabin had so many amenities. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi did not work very well, and so we weren’t able to use our TV at all, but that wasn’t a big issue for us.

Good customer service and employees seemed friendly. Biggest issue we had was the pool and splash park were absolutely filthy. Pool was clearly not being filtered or maintained. Water was murky and dirt and hair was everywhere in it. Splash park has dirt built up on the bottom under slides etc from the water being so dirty. Two different family’s mentioned it in separate conversations to us.

Our lots fire pit was 3 feet from sewage for next lot. Our lot was very small. Prices per night too high. Golf karts cost too much. Cafe only caters to weekenders.

Water pakr with tons of amenities, Ufornately almost everything was broken and undermaintained. Wifi worked for a few hours our first day, never working again. The splash pad and pool were filthy with brown water and floaties in low points and the bottoms of slides.None of the accessory features worked. Recreation hall = covid transfer center, full of unvaccinated kids from Covid hotspots. Beware!

Nice stay, no issues although why would it be double the price to stay here over other KOA's? Over $80 for one 30 amp overnight?

Need more golf carts not very handicap accesable double check all of cabins in and out before renting out and better air conditioning in cabins.a quick call to those reservations when pool hot tub ot acessories are out of order heads up would have been nice. Looking gorward to a hot tu b not avail and no word about when or if should continue indoor activities even in the rain for those that have a

Your staff was superb! They were able to find us a cancellation for our first night, and then succeeded in our not having to move spaces for the duration of our trip. They also lent me an extension cord to charge my battery, after they came by with a jump starter. The CO Springs KOA is a well laid out, well maintained and managed RV park!

This was a great night getaway for the kids and I. It was a low key hassle free visit with lots of activities for the kids to choose from. The water park was the biggest hit. We greatly enjoyed the camper cabins and fire pit. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We don’t have a camper but the camper setups look great each having their own patio and chairs. The camper kitchen is awesome!

The majority of advertised amenities weren’t available during the three days we were there- most of the features of the water structure weren’t working, cabana was closed, took over half an hour after paying to get someone from maintenance to check in a golf cart, etc. Called the main phone line more than 10x trying to get assistance and it was never once answered over 3 day span.

Expensive given moves every morning, broken laundry, lack of accommodations stated. Employees are either absolutely wonderful or outright frustrating. Much of our issues stem from time of year though.

Great staff clean showers. Great water park grandkids loved it. Campsites drained well despite the heavy rains. Sites also very level. Store had lots of items that campers might need from food to supplies.

We loved it. It's family friendly with all kinds of exciting activities. If you forget to pack something, they probably have it available for purchase at the campground.

Very clean and the location for all of our daily adventures was perfect. Our stay was for a week between Christmas and New Years. We were excited to find that the pool was heated and the hot tub was a great bonus as well. Our water froze in our 5th Wheel and the clean showers were nice to have as an option. The only drawback I can say is the traffic noise from the highway however this was minor and I would definitely recommend this KOA.
