Crescent City / Redwoods KOA Holiday General Information

RV & Tent Sites: 2:00 pm
Cabins: 3:00 pm

Linens are not included with our cabin reservations; however, you are welcome to add linens for an additional charge.

Camping Cabins:
Sleeping bag & pillow combo - $15 per person

Deluxe Cabin:
Complete linen package - $40 one time charge 

Deluxe Vacation Rental:
Complete linen package - $50 one time charge

Deluxe Cabin linen packages inclue sheets, pillows, blankets for the queen bed, a sleeping bag, a pillow for each bunk bed as needed and one full set of bath towels per guest.

Check-out time for all sites is 11:00 am

Camp Store/Registration Office: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm

If you arrive after our office closes at 7:00 pm, your site map will be waiting for you in the clear box located just to the right side of the office. Find the map labeled with your last name. Your map will have directions to your site and all the campground information you will need for your stay with us. If you are staying more than one night, we will process the card on file the following morning. There is no need to stop by the Registration Office to check in. If we need any additional information, a member of our team will contact you. Night registration is found in the same location. Select from available sites, park and set up, and then come into the store the next morning to get registered.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended. We follow KOA's national cancellation policy.  
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
 
Cancellation Deadlines: RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
 
Cancellation Details: 
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
