Worker left before 5 was rude to help us. She left at 430 and we needed help. We didn’t even stay, ended up driving 7 hours back home. Won’t ever stay again.

I highly recommend one of the cabins, as they are nestled in a redwood grove. What a great way to spend a night! We hope to be back soon.

Our back in spot was basically half of a pull through. Water was difficult to get to to hook up. Would never stay here again

Amazing KOA, we enjoyed our stay like always. This time we stay in the bigger kabin. Even through the central heating was not working, all of us stayed warm. It had enough room for 3 adults and one kiddo. We normally stay in the smaller Kabin when it's just my husband and me. Always helpful and friendly staff, don't miss the Redwoods in the back of the KOA.

A very nice camp among the big Redwoods -- a walk around the back part of the camp was a wonderful walk in the Redwoods. Nice, clean laundry, and clean, heated restrooms. Most sites had bushes/trees for privacy between sites. The only real negative was that our site was a little short for our 32 ft 5th wheel and tow pickup. If we are back in the area, we will stay again.

I stayed in a tent site. The restrooms on the tent side were locked. I had to walk from the back of the campground to the frount to use the restroom. Due to this I am very unlikely to consider another KOA campsite for tent camping.

I love this campground, third time here. We stayed in a cute cabin without bathroom. Only problem was the bathroom near us was not open, we were not aware of this when we booked our stay. We made it work. The employees were friendly. We had to leave earlier then expected & I was refunded those days, thank you.

A lot to do close by outside of camp as well as when you get back to the grounds that were well keep and had a nice size dog run enjoyed our stay

4 nites rv, beautiful location.mostly cabin and tent area:good. Very dark at night,easy to get lost to and from toilets when tent area empty. Terrible shower, as in water comes out of tube 8 ft high and must crank MY head way back to avoid being showered on the top of my head, when i don't want my hair to get wet.Ok i guess for males 7ft tall! Loved well organized checkin no office interaction.

We rented a cabin and had a great time as always. This is a great place to stay because we can explore the beaches, redwoods, and coastal towns and still be close to camp.

The staff was very friendly. The KOA was not well upkept though. For example, we couldn't pull into the campsite because the parking slot was a mud pit, enough to get your car stuck. One bath house shut down by 8:30pm one evening and still hadn't opened up by the time we checked out the next day. In the meantime, the primary bath house had one toilet stall closed for repair and no toilet paper. :(

The male washroom was disgustingly dirty when we arrived at 4pm and I informed the office. When they closed and left at 5pm still nothing had been done. It was still in the same state when we checked out at 11am the next day.

Great campground and nice staff. Consistently gross bathrooms with clogged toilets every day during our visit. Still a beautiful location close to great hiking and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cabins are great and you couldn't be any closer to the Redwoods. Staff is super nice and facility is very clean. Great location also. Perfect for families with kids

Fantastic location (near Stout Grove, Battery Point Lighthouse, Oceanworld, Wal-Mart), decent facilities (kids enjoyed game room and goats), friendly staff. We would stay again.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful! She helped us pick out some better firewood that was more dry and great for building a fire.

We enjoyed almost everything. The cleaning or sanitizing solutions used in the cabin had a strong unpleasant odor that lingered all day, but that is our only complaint.

It was great! We are already planning our trip back. The site was amazing, staff were super kind. Everything was clean, kids loved the game room and playground, all around we had a great time!

It was a good stay. The space we were assigned was very small and tightly pack. Were was only a few feet from other RV's. The space needs to be regraveled. It is easy to get to on highway 101. The staff was very helpful. Its in the redwoods and wonderful.

I had an incredibly beautiful campsite in between some towering Redwood trees. So beautiful!! The staff was friendly & the restrooms & showers were clean. I felt safe.

Although the staff were very pleasant and accommodating when I arrived, the state of the bathroom was deplorable. I stayed only one night. The garbage in the bathroom was absolutely overflowing by 4:00 PM, and left that way over night. Only two toilets in the bathroom were functional, and by 7:00 PM there was no toilet paper left at all. By the next morning, the bathroom smelled very bad.

After settling into our site my wife discovered the women’s restroom was trashed. Very dirty and with no toilet paper, and the other women’s restroom was closed for cleaning except there was no evidence of cleaning in progress or about to start. A homeless family moved into the site next to us at 430am and trashed the site, keeping us awake with their chaos. We packed and left.

Overall very comfortable and near the Houchi Center. Slight issue with the mud and leveling at the campsite assigned to us. Additional gravel was brought in the next day greatly improving our campsite. Good wifi that was really nice to have.

Quiet 3 miles out of town in woods, older camp area with good wifi, and full hookups, play ground for kids.
