We loved the place. The showers and laundry rooms clean and the whole entire campground was surrounded by beauty. We took in a train ride in Cripple Creek which was delightful. The staff could not have been more friendly and always working on keeping the camp nice.

This was one of the absolute best KOA's we have stayed at in the last six or seven years. It is clean, neat, the showers would be welcome in or own home. They are spacious, well appointed with a bench and storage for clothes and toiletries and the water pressure is great. Add to that the staff is very helpful finding hiking trails and activities in the area. A real find.

It was awesome! We've stayed at the CC KOA three different times now. We absolutely love it and can't wait to return in the future. Keep up the good work!

Very impressed. Liked it. Only bad thing was no early check in. Had to find other parking for most of day then go back. That was a problem.

My husband and I really like Cripple Creek KOA. The view is beautiful. It’s close to Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak America’s Mountain and Garden of God. I didn’t use the laundry facility but I went to check they are very clean. If I come to Colorado Springs next time, definitely I will stay here again.

No shade, bathrooms are nice, too few showers for the number of RVs, trailers and cabins. Cabins are cute. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The oxygen for sale in the store was great. It was a very convenient for our trip to Cripple Creek and Victor narrow gauge railroad, Georgrtown loop railroad and The Pikes Peak Cog Railroad. Clean and quiet.

So quiet!! The road up was winding but manageable driving the speed limit. We thought we had a 30 amp hookup and realized we had left it at home and they were so kind to let us borrow one!

The campground is in a beautiful location in the mountains outside of CO Springs with amazing views. The facilities were incredibly clean. The hosts were helpful and kind. The campsites are a bit closer together than we usually like, but it worked out fine. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean campground and have a great store. The sites are not very level and the 2 pm check in is ridiculous. Most KOA’s are noon or 1 and you usually have the opportunity to pay to get in early. We were turned away and had to go down the road and wait and our site wasn’t even occupied We were not the only ones who were not happy about this. We may come back but we will try a patio site, seemed l

Most KOAs are independently owned and set their own hours. Checkout time at our KOA is 12; we have 2 hrs to prepare for you. Sorry you are unhappy about not being able to check in early but that is highlighted on our website and called out on your reservation confirmation email. Read it, believe it.

Owners refuse to let anyone check in even 30 minutes early. Didn't matter if your site was ready. We did show up 1 hour early. Told it would be 30 minutes There was someone ahead of me that was waiting even longer, the line kept growing. Went in at the 30 minutes and told would be yet another 30 minute wait. Never had this happen at any other KOA or RV park . So just beware you won't get in early

You showed up at 12:30 and you were told to check back around 1:30. At about 1, you came in and threw a loud and profane fit. I see you were checked in EARLY at 1:36. We will not allow campers to enter until facilities are ready... just like your email confirmation states. Believe what you read.

Everything about the campground was great. Everyone was friendly. Everything was well kept and clean. My personal preference is for the sites to not be so close together.

Nice amenities. Could use more trees. Didn't like that the sewer drain was uphill.

I revisited the sewer hookup at site 162 and it does seem to be 2-3 inches above grade of parking pad. While this won't affect drainage of your hoses, I will be digging up the connection to see if I can drop it to near grade.

2nd trip. We are new to our 78 c class . We spent Saturday changing out grey water lines to pex ,got it mostly done. We where really impressed with quality of care,clean, friendly, oh and showers hose and wand , so much easier to get clean. ����

Really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic, scenic location close to Cripple Creek and Divide. Great friendly staff and owners on property. Clean and well maintained facilities. Fun playgrounds and hiking right off the property. Only difficulty is that spots are very close together and not very level and driveways are tight. We definitely plan to stay again when we are in the area.

Glad you enjoyed your stay James and looking forward to your return! Our roads are narrow, but navigable... just drive carefully. Our sites are all about 30'x60' with level parking pads 12'-15' wide. Trick is to park as far left as you can to avoid the beginning of the slope on the right.

Friendly owners and staff. Very clean and organized. Doggie park for the dogs. Two playgrounds for kids. You can rent pedal Go Karts. Cute little store that sells ice, propane and other goodies. They even had a pancake breakfast during our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Very nice park. Clean grounds and facilities. Beautiful views. Check in at 2:00PM is strictly enforced so don’t arrive early.

Cripple Creek KOA was definitely one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at. Extremely kept grounds! Beautiful scenery! Quiet! Plenty of room between sites. Relatively short driving distance to a lot of things to do! Would definitely recommend!

Great location close to Cripplecreek and Victor Colorado. Campsite was clean office was well organized and the staff was very helpful. Even offered to pick up empty LP tanks fill them and deliver them back campsite

Awesome place. We stayed in a cabin for 2 nights it was clean and perfect for camping. The park grounds are open and not much to see but the background is gorgeous and there is a trail leading up the mountain on the trail we found fresh bear marks witch was awesome to see and makes perfect sense why they warn you not to leave out food.

Always a fan of KOA, but this one was especially impressive to us. It is family owned and operated, and it is evident in the upkeep that the family is proud of their business. The cabin we stayed in was immaculate, they were even installing a screen door on it when we checked in, perfect for cool mountain breezes! The campground also has a fully-stocked outdoor kitchen which was a fun experience in itself. I think our kids' favorite however were the pedal carts available for rent. Lastly, keep an eye out on the way up! There are wildlife in the surrounding woods, we saw half a dozen mountain sheep on the way in! 100% intend to return!
