We were just staying one night but my wife got sick overnight with nausea and headache, no way she could travel to our next stop in Red Lodge,MT. I talked to GARY in the office and he said we could stay another night even they were closing! Much thanks to GARY and crew who were concerned. Bonus for everyone! we were very satisfied with the staff and how they very accomdating and helpful. they aimed to please. The camping cabins #3, 4 & 5 were very close together and very crowded. Small but doable. restroom and shower facilities were clean and satisfactory.

The staff was excellent. The stay was good. The only issue we had was our bed was impossible for my wife and I to sleep in. The mattress was so soft that it couldn't support us both together. My wife was able to sleep on the futon. The toilet was a little difficult to use due to it's hight and round bowl, a handicap height and style toilet would be better. The area and view were beautiful! Thanks!

Loved our deluxe cabin and Deadwood itself. Only problem was our bathroom faucet leaked.

The Kabin was perfect except for the floor. I’m glad you knew about it when we let you know. I hope it gets fixed and ready for next year!! The best part of the stay was the dog geeeting us and keeping watch over the property at night. LOVE IT!!!

Our cabin was beautiful. Settled in the pine trees. We saw deer. Staff was super nice. We will be back!!!

Stayed in a cabin there and it was dirty and the layout wasn’t how they lead us to be. The bed dipped in the middle and wasn’t so 2 people could lay in it. The bathroom was way to small for a place that slept 6 people and the floor of the bathroom had dirt caked in the corners on the floor. The pool wasn’t working, fire pit didn’t work. It was a good location to town.

Wonderful owners and great bathrooms. Our cabin floors looked like they were never cleaned, they were full of dirt and sticky. The beds were plastic. Besides that quaint lodge, close to neighbors.

Wonderful place to stay!! Clean bathrooms and showers. Everyone was so polite and very welcoming. Very pet friendly as well. They even have a dog run!! Will definitely visit again. Thank you!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Deadwood KOA. The only downside is the bathroom situation. Being that the toilets are with showers, which is nice if your taking a shower, however, if you need to just use the facilities to take care of mother nature, you end up waiting a long long time. It would be handy to just have separate toilets to take care of this important need. We had fun

Cabin was nice and clean. Located up in the trees was nice, a little more private. Bathrooms need some improvements, showers are older, also need to have more available. Staff very friendly.

Though our stay was only one day, it was a great day. Fun for the whole family… kids are still talking about it. We will be back again!

Loved being in a cabin in the trees. Like a treehouse! Appreciated screens on the windows being well maintained. We find this is not always the case in some Koa's Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Cant wait to come again.

Cabin 1 is leaning toward the tent side and you have a tendency to roll that direction in the bed. The mattresses have no support and it's sleeping on the wood underneath. Other cabins we have stayed in, in the past were not like this one. We would not want cabin 1 again. We did like cabin 11.

I’d say things were adequate. People were nice, cabin was clean, but bathrooms were run down and pool wasn’t attractive.

I really enjoy the feeling of being out in the woods, while just being miles from Lead and Deadwood! The checking in and out was really smooth and only took 5 mins. Enjoyed my time in the deluxe cabin. Felt a lot bigger then it actually was and I was very pleased with that!

The cabins and restrooms are in dire need of some renovations and maintenance. They both need a thorough cleaning, and the cabin we rented wasn't secure (broken lock). Otherwise, the hosts were very thorough during the check in process regarding campground amenities. Still competitive rates.

The Deadwood/Holiday campground was a very nice place to stay, and the new managers were very helpful even though my plane was late getting in they extremely helpful and the campground was quite and clean

Location is great. Trolley into Deadwood for 1.00 a plus. Food truck on site great Mac and cheese. Cabin #3 needs the shower handle repaired. Would definitely return

Cabin was nice, pool and hot tub were nice as well. Spots are very tight, parking was challenging. Overall was nice stay.

Beautiful location. Arrived with a motorcycle on a trailer. Gary was amazing. He was friendly, accommodating, and not only did he help me safely dismount my bike, he helped move my trailer to a site I upgraded to. Above and beyond service. Motorcycle and dog friendly site.

Best KOA of all! The owners are all amazing. The best restrooms and they keep improving them! I wish they could remain open year-round. They are almost a boutique KOA! The BEST!
