This was the first time we've stayed at a KOA campground. I was a little hesitant at first, but our stay was amazing! The area was clean and nice, staff was always willing to help and answer any questions, and it's always a plus when the furbabies are welcomed! We will be coming back in the near future!

Nice overnight stop. Very clean bathrooms. Couple small issues. Went to take our dog to the enclosed dog park late afternoon and it was way too muddy. Also, we were told to leave through the last row toward the road. At 5:30 in the morning I was blocked by a truck parallel parked. I had to back up my trailer in pitch darkness. Not something I enjoyed doing. Management was very friendly

Friendly staff and very nice KOA. Lots of room even if you don’t want to unhook. Stayed here twice during our trip and we will stay again if heading that direction.

Ely KOA never disappoints. From check in, through the stay to departure, the park and staff were wonderful. I love Ely KOA.

The campground was very scenice, well maintained and roomy. PLUS, when my husband had a health issue, the staff and other residents were so friendly, concerned and helpful! They went "above and beyond"!

PET OWNERS BEWARE: there are two aggressive dogs that seemingly live on the property and they are loose at night. They cornered my husband and our two big dogs at 4am and no one came to get them. The front staff is aware and is hopefully addressing the problem, just be careful. Other than that, nice quiet spot with great views of Nevada. They are lacking dumpsters, and the dog problem gets 3 stars

The dishes were definitely not washed prior to our stay. We did not have an air mattress for the pull out couch that worked on the first night of our stay. It was replaced on the second night of the stay.

Thank you so much for a beautiful campground and superb location. If I could tolerate cold, wind and altitude, i would love to live at Ely KOA. Ely Kia is a top quality park. When possible, we will stay again.

We only stayed one night but everything was great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The restrooms and showers were clean and well stocked.

We appreciate the availability of "overflow" parking for our unplanned, short overnight stay. A bit pricey for a parking spot, but this is a nice KOA, we have stayed here before and hopefully next time we stay, we will reserve ahead of time.

Nice park, site was shaded. Could not get internet to work. K9 camp had numerous deep holes dangerous to pets. Lot of un picked up dog poop in dog area.

Staff was friendly. Store well stocked. Sites were level, some will grass. Showers were average, they could use some updating. The GPS I was using was a mile off (short) and had the park on the wrong side of the road. I don't know if others will be different.

The staff was very helpful and kind and bent over backward to help us with location and extension with stay. The facilities were clean. East access to park and the sites. Although it looks close to the Highway, there is minimal traffic and this is one of the quietest RV parks we have stayed at. The views around the park are beautiful. If you are going to this area highly recommend them.

Your camping cabins are much too close! I also noticed there was a camping site too close; if any one had been in it we would have had to walk through it! You have plenty of room there to spread all the tent sites apart! You should remove 2 out of 3 to leave just one of the 3 & you could hava a great camping ground!

This Koa was clean, the staff were friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay. The tent area was on such a nice piece of grass, the kids enjoyed lounging there after a day of hiking.

Not good, firstly, the price change from the time we called to when we arrived, the electic had a reverse polarity not at one site but two, the mmanager ew this before putting us in those sites. We moved three times. The manager should have honored the price especially with the three moves we incuured. Finally, he put us in an area will live aboards hat returned from work at 2 and 3 in the morn

Staff at check in was rude. "Oh, you booked on line. We never read those things (our reservation requests and confirmation); you should have called me if you wanted a larger site" etc. etc.. This is not the first time we have experienced this lack of courtesy and cooperation. We have stayed here multiple times, but this will be our last.
