The Woman at the desk when I checked in was great. She suggested a better and less expensive site than the one I booked.

We reserved a tent site, there was no water and no picnic table. We also had to park in the entrance to the campground… it was terrible. We love KOA but this one was a waste of our time and money. We had to prepare coffee on the hood of our car. There were other empty tent sites but we got put by the highway and had to park on the main road. There was also a disc golf course in our site

Hosts Loni and Jim were very friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived after dark, they made sure that I had everything I needed to set up my tent and feel comfortable. Jim even checked up on me to see that I was settled. The facilities were clean, showers hot and the laundry room was a convenient place to use internet, and bonus: the night sky was INCREDIBLE!

Beautiful tent site, lots of trees & thick green grass, has a camp kitchen to clean up dishes. The front staff was very friendly & helpful. The bathroom & shower were very clean

It was extremely dusty due to all the gravel. Even though the park was empty, they put me in a spot along the gravel entrance to the park. I have a nice pick up with a nice new topper on it, but they said I need to be in the tent area. I offered to pay more they gave me one other gravel junk option. After I came in an old used FedEx van came and he got To camp in the pull thru Full hook up area.

The grounds are nice and well kept, the bathrooms and showers are perfectly basic and kept clean. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This Koa was clean, the staff were friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay. The tent area was on such a nice piece of grass, the kids enjoyed lounging there after a day of hiking.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Lot to do and see. The only draw back is that premium tent sites are right on the main road into the campground. Vehicles tend to go over the speed limit which kicks up a lot of dust. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice KOA, stayed here twice in the same site. Nice grassy tent sites, plenty of shade, and close to the bathrooms Our hosts were also very nice and helpful.

Best KOA I've been to (albeit, I haven't stayed at that many). It was quiet, well-laid out, and there are lots of trees nearby (P&J). Staff was very friendly. Clean bathrooms.

The "dry tent" site #1 is quite undesirable (streetlight on all night over the dump station and the site is basically part of the entrance road, right across from dumpsters). Restrooms/showers are clean, and easy to do late/after-hours registration. Just wish I could have gotten better sleep.

The basic tent site (no electric or water) that I stayed at was beautiful. There is lush grass at each site, and plenty of trees for shade. The tent sites are very close to bathrooms and showers as well. I've stopped at Ely KOA several times and plan to do so again the next time I'm passing through.

The folks in the office were welcoming hosts. Great park just nice after a long day on the road. BLM land right next door lots of trails for the enthusiasts.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place, even the bathrooms were very clean. The camping sites were big enough for our big tent. Loved the grass instead of the gravel like most KOAs we have stayed at.

For over two decades, Ely KOA has been a welcome oasis for my motorcycle tent camping adventures while traveling through the wide open spaces of the Great Basin. Consistently good, grassy tent sites and always a helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The campsite was beautiful. The staff were friendly and courteous. The bathrooms were really clean. I could get anything I needed from the general store. There was even a laundry room where I could wash my dishes. I camped here for two nights while visiting Great Basin National Park and I would absolutely do it again!

Got in late with my car and was staying in a Deluxe Tent site. Did this so I could charge my EV. The site I was assigned was throwing a fault but I was able to find one of the empty DT sites to charge.

This KOA was exceptionally clean and efficiently run. We enjoyed the stay and special shout out to Tricia for her recommendations for hiking. We loved the path behind the bridge especially. But, overall everyone was super nice and the grounds and bathroom very clean. Thanks a nice weekend.

Nice grassy area for tent camping, staff was very friendly and helpful, campground location had beautiful views and scenery facilities were very clean and accommodated well

It was wonderful! The restrooms and overall site was very clean. The staff members were attentive and so kind. They really made the stay the best ever! Our firewood was cut up and they even gave us kindling pieces. One of the staff members went above and beyond to accommodate my son’s request for a store item. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

It is just a simple place to stay. No real amenities for the kids to keep busy with. No pool. The staff was very helpful, and that made up some for the lack of amenities.

The green grass was a welcome to us as tent campers. It felt cool in the warm weather, Big trees provided lots of shade. Clean bathrooms were a plus.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We had just come from a long hot motorcycle ride and the gal at the desk gave us the best grassy cool spot to tent in. And a great recommendation for dinner. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but thank you. Our stay was great

Tent sites are too close together, should space them out. Made for an unpleasant night with a slob neighbor. Wouldn't recommend Ely KOA to tenters.

We pulled in very late around 12:30am and were nervous about finding a spot. The check in process was very convenient and easy and we were very happy. The stay was awesome, we got our moneys worth with the showers and all. Will be staying in the future.
