The park was neat and clean, staff was friendly gave us information for the local area. We had planed to not connect our sewer line, but use the dump station and were shocked that there was a $30 fee for the dump station even if you had payed for a stay. We went back to our space and used the sewer connection there. It seems the information of the additional charge should be given at check in

This KOA has to be the BEST so far. Customer service with every KOA is TOP NOTCH, but this crew of folks are "THE BEST". I am a disabled veteran and the ease of finding what I need absolutely covered here! Pool are is 6 stars! What do I mean 6 stars...10*! I'm starting a ranch in the spring and linin' up my acreage this fall. Be rested when I arrive is paramount! KOA always fits the bill!...thanks

We stayed for 2 nights. Our check in host was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The camp store has adequate groceries, camp gear and souvenirs.

I loved the kamping kabin. I had a very nice 2 night stay. However, one of three showers was closed and needed to be repaired. A second shower head needs replaced, leaving only one good shower. Otherwise a 5 star rating!

Wonderful stay, very quiet and I would stay again! My only suggestion is to have your maintenance person tighten up all the picnic tables.

Nice back-in site with lots of trees and some grass behind site. Site itself needs more gravel and less mud.

A friend and I came to watch the high school volleyball tournament and mountain bike ride. We stayed in cabin 6, which is apparently one of the new cabins and it was FANTASTIC! We will definitely come back for a longer stay during the winter for snowshoeing and again in the spring and summer for other adventures! We loved it!

We had a short but oh so memorable stay! We had been on the road for over a month celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Tricia made it extra special by presenting us with fresh flowers along with a very thoughtful gift upon our arrival. Other staff members stop by our site to congratulate us! They made our stay extra special with their kindness. To all the staff in Ely, a great big thank you!!

Awesome campgrounds. I felt like I was in a desert oasis here. Very clean and nice amenities. I highly recommend this place

Hate rv parks. But Ely KOA was great. Quiet. Clean. Very pretty with trees and grass areas.

Best KOA I've been to (albeit, I haven't stayed at that many). It was quiet, well-laid out, and there are lots of trees nearby (P&J). Staff was very friendly. Clean bathrooms.
