I loved my very short stay here and I will come back if I’m passing this way again! Aimee and hubby were very helpful. I was able to get great road advice from her both coming and leaving which was much appreciated! Nicely stocked store, even for the “off” season! Grounds are well cared for, site was level and nice! Thanks again for a great stay in a beautiful location!

We have loved KOA for a quick stop to shower and plug in. When we booked- we were disappointed to not be told that the showers were out of commission. It was the main purpose for our stay.

It was the wrong time of year…..March 2nd. Washrooms weren’t available and our site was a muddy mess. I’m sure any other time of year it’s a great place! So it’s kind of hard to give an accurate rating overall.

We didn’t have a reservation when we pulled in, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and got us all situated quickly. The park is clean and neat. We will gladly stay there again.

Overnight and will return next Saturday for another overnight on the way back to Elko from Las Vegas this week. Thx so much for all you do with winter conditions. Looks like you have changes and updates going on but please fill in the trench we had to cross to leave the park. Wes & Cindy

We were quite disappointed to find out that the office/store, etc was closed on Monday's and Tuesday's. There was absolutely no one there to communicate with. I had a simple question regarding cable for tv reception. I didn't receive an answer until at least a day after leaving. As a KOA customer who has visited numerous KOA Kamprounds, KOA Ely Nevada was a joke.

We spent one night here. It was really cold and had ice all over the ground and was somewhat treacherous to walk on. The office was closed so we did not have any interactions with the people running it.

Very nice campground. The only downside was bathrooms and showers were closed for repairs. Which was not a big deal as we were self contained. We will definitely be back to this KOA in our future travels

It seemed like a nice campground. However, we stayed in February and the bathrooms/showers were closed, and the property was not cleared of the snow very well. The dog park was unusable because of uncleared snow, and there was a thick sheet of ice throughout the park, making walking the dog and taking out the trash dangerous. I imagine it would be much nicer during the summer.

We arrived late but everything was ready for us. We connected up, spent the night and hit the road again with no problems. Thank you for running a good ship.

Entrance, parking, site, drive aisles - sheet of ice that should have been broken up to melt. Needed ice skates/crampons to get to bathroom. Very dangerous. Low flow shower heads made showering difficult and freezing. Staying for 3 nights and put in between sites that had new neighbors coming/going daily. Should put longer term visitors a few spaces down. Staff answered phones promptly.

Only stayed 1 night passing through. Arrived after office hours. Found welcome packet with our name and directions to our site. Ground covered snow/ice but leveled out nicely. Entire campground looked clean and well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Good phone support and customer service. Unhappy when notified the day before arrival that bathrooms were closed during our stay.

It was winter time in Ely so everything was covered in snow and ice. Hard to tell a lot of things, but it was very convenient and pulling a fifth wheel through snow and ice was easier than we thought and you made it as easy as possible. Hosts were very helpful and nice to talk to. We will stay the next time we’re through there.

Easy in and out. Lots of snow still on the ground but made it to our site with no issues. Nice view of the mountains everywhere. Checkin staff friendly and a small store with goods you might need. We will us them again on our travels.

We've stayed at the Ely KOA several times. The staff is always accommodating and the common areas are well maintained. Our family always has a blast in Ely!
