Our stay was great. Reservation system was fast and painless, all site information was waiting for us. This is just how I like things. Our site was well maintained, and clean. Great overnight stay.

I needed a longer site because I was towing a trailer but there wasn’t any available, the bathrooms needed swept up and one men’s toilet was out of service, it was quiet though,

Very clean, neat, reservation was correct and waiting for me. TV site was a little uphill but you could level up. Sure was the best in the house.

Upon entering the cabin, we noticed a strong smell of propane. There was obviously a gas leak underneath the cabin. The front desk sent a nice lady who got permission to turn off the gas and heat the cabin with space heaters. Several of the blinds in the cabin need to be replaced. The fridge needed to be wiped out & a light switch was broken. Leaves were piled up on the deck that we had to sweep.

We didn't get to explore the campground much, but we are grateful you had room in your overflow area just to catch some sleep! Thanks for accommodating us!

We arrived at 7 pm. Need more digs at the road to entrance. Hard to find. Office was closed and map was pinned to board. We had to walk the campground to find our spot. It would be nice if the privately owned KOA campgrounds had the office open to early evening instead of closing at 5 or 6 pm. Site was good. Left early the next morning.

Woman in office was happy and helpful. We came mid-day when the office was closed for lunch but there were available sites posted. We had plenty of room for our 40' class A and tow vehicle without unlocking. Water was good, 50 amp and sewer on site. Great Basin National Park was only an hour away so we stayed an extra day to drive there. Will be back to explore the area again!

We use Ely KOA as a stop on our way to and from AZ. Easy access with pull thru’s which are nice when you don’t want to unhook tow vehicle and very dog friendly. They keep it clean and are making improvements and adding more cabins.

I've night stop over in Ely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not use any facilities, but everything seemed well maintained. The entire park is gravel. The sites were adequate and most were pull-through. Easy in/out no beer to unhook the toad. Take adjacent to park for ATV's, biking and hiking into the desert. South of downtown Ely about 3 miles. No road or trying noise.

The staff is so helpful and the cabins are great. We loved our trip and will have to come again in the summer.

Ely KOA was an absolute GEM! We arrived later at night then usual but our reservation and paperwork was there just outside the office door with our name on it greeting us when we came in! The sites are Huge and Level and wonderful with full hookups, very clean!!! We woke up to the most AMAZING sunrise view of the mountains I have seen in quite some time!!! Highly recommend this campground!!!

Nice spot near the action in Las Vegas. Fast, friendly check in. Only suggestion is that the big dog park in the back of the resort looks tired and a bit grim. That said, was a nice big size.

We reserved a tent site, there was no water and no picnic table. We also had to park in the entrance to the campground… it was terrible. We love KOA but this one was a waste of our time and money. We had to prepare coffee on the hood of our car. There were other empty tent sites but we got put by the highway and had to park on the main road. There was also a disc golf course in our site

Came in late and needed a flat quiet place to hook up. Was very pleased to find a space with all the info set out ready to go.

Park was clean, quiet and the staff very friendly. I hope to see them again in the spring when I go back through.
