Ely Koa is a beautiful spot, great trails for a walk, park improvements are appreciated. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

We stayed at your KOA in Ely for 5 nights in October, 2021 and stayed in one of your RV pull-through spots. We found your park to be one of the nicest ones we've ever stayed at, with clean facilities, well stocked store, and friendly employees. It is close to everything we wanted to do in and around Ely and will certainly stay here again next time we're in Ely.

the only amenity that we wanted to use in the whole park was the wi-fi and it would not work! Very disappointed!!!

The grounds were very neat and clean and quiet. A great stop for our overnight stay. Full hookups, easy pull through and pet friendly.

We stayed here on our way to Colorado and on our way back. On our way home we stayed an extra day to ride the train. The campground is clean and has trees for shade. I like it because it doesn't feel like you are just in a parking lot. I would stay here again.

All in all it was comfortable. Coffee was way to expensive for a 12 oz cup. $2.00. Friendly staff. I stay there everytime i go to Ely. Thank you.

Nice welcoming committee. Clean grounds, warm showers, would like safety bars in showers, & another clothing hook.

This was a great place to stay. They have large pull through spots for the big guys, intimate cabins, and a cozy campground for those with tents. Each space comes with a fire pit, table, and full hookups. I was surprised to see they also have a park for the kids and a dog park for the 4 legged kids. The staff was very friendly and the office had everything from souvenirs to dvd rentals.

If I could give it a 50+ rating, I would in a heart beat! My family and I are so very thankful for those at the Ely KOA. While we were staying there my father suffered a heart attack and passed away in the campground. The beautiful lady in the office was so accommodating to all of us and took very well care of us in our time of need. We thank you Ely KOA, we will be back! Kevin Neagle

Great experience. Very friendly staff, grounds were kept clean. The only bad I would say is one of the toilets in the mens toilet was inop making it a wait in the morning. Also the bathrooms in general could use some attention and updating.

Second time staying at Ely KOA. And when we head that direction again, it will always be our first choice. You were having a couple of minor problems with the bathrooms during our stay, such as a couple of non-functioning toilets and a broken hand dryer, but I’m sure you will attend to those minor issues ASAP. The whole place shows your attention to detail. Thanks again !

Everything about our stay was great. After staying at other KOA’s on this trip, we appreciate the generous space between RV’s. The park is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The office staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The WIFI was non-existent even at 2:30am, the space was very small and would not have worked had we brought the trailer that was mentioned when making reservations. Too many slots in too small a space VERY DISAPOINTING WILL NOT RETURN!!!!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to highway but you'd never know as the campground was very quiet. Very minor issue of needing to use leveling blocks to get camper trailer level. That said it was very close to level, but a little inconvenient for those of us that don't have automatic levelers. And like all KOA's, wifi is slow slow slow! Would still stay there again!

The Ely KOA is quiet and and has a great view of the valley. The staff is very friendly and helpfuf. The sites are gravel but not completely level, not too bad though, we were able to level up. We were only there one night but it was a good stop.

It was quiet, we could have real fires in the provided pit, we got a spot right next to our friends, and there were two dog walks from which to choose. Plus, a large play area for our kids! Very nice and clean.

Sad to say, but the dogs are just too much and people do not pick up the crap. Front row they walk dogs and it was like a mine field. Traffic was way more than 5 miles an hr... well over 20 by some. This is our 3rd stay, we really like the park and owner is trying hard to make it great, I think he will. These dogs large and 2 and more to RV ... some had 3.. its mostly the dog poo ... Pets

We were lucky enough to workkamp at the Ely KOA. The managers (Emma and TJ) were very nice to work for. The employees in general were very friendly. The park is kept very clean. Would definitely recommend this park to everyone whether you’re workkamping or just visiting.

The front desk staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The sites and park are top notch. Met manager TJ the next day who was very personable so I see why the staff is so friendly. Will definitely stay there again

We were just passing through on our way home...having stayed at several KOA's on our cross country trek, Ely was one of the nicest we have stayed in! So peaceful, quiet, well kept...thank you! That said, we are grateful to have discovered KOA's across the country...thank you, everyone!
