Dry and dusty, about average for a Nevada rv park. Sites were large and well kept as were the restrooms. Wifi and TV were poor. Staff was friendly, pleasant and helpful. However, the website and sign-in were not accurate. They advertise full hookups when they are NOT, and they charge more than what they are worth. If I have to stay in Ely again, I will try somewhere else.

Traveling through to Moab. Great stop, have grass for the doggies to walk on and great neighbors.

The park is well run, the staff is great and the park is really well kept. Probably the only negative is that there are very few sites that are satellite friendly and there is no cable tv. Otherwise I would have given the park a 5. I will stay there again.

Gravel spaces are not level but it is a good stop for the night.

What a clean, friendly and helpful KOA. EVERYONE made us feel welcome and cared for. The stars in the sky were easy to see because they have very little light pollution, Ely KOA kept us safely lit with low to the ground lights and that made our star gazing possible and our evening walks to the very clean restrooms safe.

The campground was very clean, the employees more than helpful, friendly and informative. If you're traveling to Ely Nevada this would be the place I would recommend you staying.

We were dissatisfied with electric hook up. Our RV requires 50 amps. Our camp site had “full hookups” however our Rv was loosing power. We call The office… they sent some one out to chk it out. He said everything was ok that it was our RV at fault. Well My husband checked our inverter only to discover that we only had 30 amps coming into the RV. So disappointed that we paid $50 for nothin

Level sites and friendly staff! Typical of KOA sites a little close together, and we had a tree that due to our size, didn’t allow us to open awning. But would stay here again as it is very well maintained

This park is good for an overnight visit if driving by. The dog park needs a lot of work. There's a little grass which is nice, but the rest of it is dirt filled with holes that are a safety issue for old dogs and humans alike.

Very short one night stay. Check in was a breeze. Utilities worked perfectly. Store had the needed supplies. We would stay there again.

Wonderful and caring staff doing whatever it takes to make your stay safe and enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful and well kept; plenty of shade trees, and deep green grassy areas; ever updating features to ensure maximum enjoyment. Area is surrounded by high desert mountains with stunning sunrises and peaceful sunsets. You will be so pleased you stayed!! Will be back!!! Thank you staff!

Super clean. Easy in and out. We just stayed one night traveling through but not a bad place to hang out a bit. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very nice place and the staff was very nice and helpful at check it with give us lots of good information about the area. we had a very nice quiet secluded spot that we enjoyed very much.

Nice park in a good easy to access location. Very friendly & helpful personnel. Stayed there 4 nights in a pull thru with plenty of room. Will stay again when visiting friends or passing thru.

Did a quick overnight stay traveling from Bryce Canyon Park to Reno, Nv. Clean park with decent spacing between sites and good hook-ups. Very friendly staff. Didn't use any of the facilities.

One out of three employees of the Ely KOA was wearing a mask inside of their office/store. That is the main reason why I was not satisfied with my camping experience.
