We arrived late at night, to figure out check in, heater wouldn't kick on, cabin could barely fit 5 of us, internet was spotty to work remote. Called 3 x’s no answer. Emailed, checked out and were reimbursed 2 nights. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We had to pack up grandma and the kiddos and love to an Airbnb. I called 3 times with no answer. Love the trees, site mostly flat, wifi slow but restrooms clean...shower heads could be replaced.

Got in late, left early so really can't say much. Our dog enjoyed the dog park. The one quibble, on our spot for some reason the water outlet was out a ways from the other hookups. Our 25 foot hose barely made it.

Was quite impressed with their propane service, picked up my tank and delivered it back to my site very quickly. Very friendly people. Quiet campground with some minor leveling issues to deal with. But nothing bad.

Had reservation for pull thru for 26 ft class C with toad. Upon arrival, Was told had to disconnect toad, but very narrow roads with no room to disconnect. Site sloped to side. Wifi worked slowly or not at all. 4 breakers in electrical box, but 50 Amp breaker had to be on for 30 Amp connections to work (wiring?). Worst KOA by far that we've stayed in. Big rigs beware!

The roads within the KOA are too narrow for larger rvs and sites are too crowded together. Obviously this park has not been upgraded in decades if ever. Does not accommodate larger rvs with narrow roads and the turns involved in getting to sites. they also do no preparations on their water spickets for cold weather.

This KOA was nice. Staff was nice. Sites weren’t very level. Bathrooms were clean. We booked online & it said there was only one site available for our trailer. Didn’t love the spot as it was closer to a busy street. We got there & the place was very empty. Not sure why online reservations showed nothing available but that site. Anyway, nice place to stop for a visit.

Flagstaff is the worse we have every stayed in. Advertised for large rigs. The campground is overgrown with bushes. The tree limbs are hanging way down, requested satellite friendly. Tried two different spots couldn’t get it. After scratching the whole side of our coach and tow vehicle we just parked it. The site was not level. None of sites are level. Called office. Waited on hold for ever.

Beautiful campground plenty of hiking trails They we’re very accommodating to let us stay an extra day due to high winds for travel will definitely be back

Campground was crowded, spaces too close together, spaces were not close to level without using many leveling blocks, sewer hookup was too far from water and electric, couldn't use even though paid for. Will not return.

It was nice. Men’s shower was pretty gross. Shower curtain was absolutely disgusting. The place is great otherwise

Check in staff was amazing. Bathrooms were clean everyday. Other guest were so nice making it an enjoyable stay. Tent site was big enough to put my truck, trailer and my side by side. We went to the circus down the street and it was a cool show. The mall was cool to go look at also.

Everything was great except the wifi. One of the weakest we’ve experienced at a KOA. We particularly like the close proximity to hiking trails.

It was the very first time for me staying at a KOA . I have been on National Park Campgrounds before many times, and never even considered KOA campgrounds until a good friend told me and I said yes , let's try it. I am glad I did because its really a great experience . Everything including showers is amazing. I really loved it and will be looking forward to more stays.

Apparently, all KOA's tend to be near a busy highway. It isn't a major problem unless you're in a tent. if you're listening for the serenity of nature as you drift off to sleep; consider waiting until long after rush hour. This location is close to a major shopping area and easy access to I- 40, 89 / Route 66, etc. The facilities were clean and the staff are excellent.

Nice campground with trees and trails. It also has propane for sale, good showers and a laundry room. Nice camp store and friendly, helpful staff.

Enjoyed our stay at the campground. Our granddaughters had a great time with the amenities. It would be nice if the weeds were kept down around the rv spaces though.

Love. Clean restrooms/showers. Nice staff. Kids love the playground. Great walking trails. Dog friendly. Diverse campsites and cabins available.
