We stayed in Wikiup camping cabin, the cabin was fine, the showers and toilets were 700 feet away. (Big problem if you need to go pee.) The poor dog had to be tethered because of the goatheads. My wife and I had to sit and remove them each time we walked on the dirt to use the picnic table. Staff responded by having the picnic area raked which doesn't work well with loose goatheads.

Just passing through. Love Flagstaff so what better place to rest for the night. We stayed at one of the cabins. It was very comfortable. I think some lighting around the bathroom area would be helpful. It is pretty dark out there. I understand the dark sky concept to see the beautiful night sky. However I would like a little lighting. I did take my flashlight. Just thought I would share.

Cabin was nice and clean with everything needed. We couldn’t have wanted for anything more! Will definitely be back. The dog areas very nice and clean!

Our stay was great. I do think they were short handed so I felt badly for the couple of employees trying to take care of everything. I wish there was more available to do on site even during winter months.

We loved the Deluxe Cabin. It accommodated our needs well. However, it looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The floors underneath the furniture (couch, beds) were really gross and nasty. The cabinets (inside & out) dishwasher, hot plate, coffee area were also pretty icky-caked on food, spills that have never been cleaned. In this new “COVID world”, unacceptable.

We stayed in the small cabin. When we came in for the night, it became clear that the heater was not working. Unfortunately, it was after the office closed so it was a very cold night. I took a picture for reference - 57 degrees! Even with extra blankets, sleeping was impossible. They replaced the heater and everything was better the second night. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Despite a small issue, we had a great stay. The staff is amazing. Usually we stay in our trailer but this time I took a surprise cabin trip with my kiddos. We will definitely do this again! Thanks KOA staff!!

Dripping shower faucet. No hot water. Very dirty. Hairball on windowsill. Microwave had a mess in it. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Floor sticky. All interior furniture had seen better days. It was a terrible experience. I did not take time to discuss with staff. I just wanted to leave.

Smooth check in. Fun place for the whole family. Items at gift shop too expensive wood specially i should of go across street! But other than that will go again!

It was a wonderful stay in the camp cabin. General Manager, George Weldon was delightful and very accommodating as was all the office clerks. Highly recommend staying there

We truly enjoyed our 1-night stay in the Wickiup Cabin! It was perfect for us and will definitely look into it again before booking elsewhere. There was cable, the wifi was a bit dodgy but to be expected in the trees, the heating unit warmed the place perfectly, there was a refrigerator, microwave, remotes for the tv and heating unit. We loved it! Merry Christmas, Everyone!! Stay Safe!!

We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom, the cabin was fine, but the public bathroom was very far. The park was very dark. The location was good.

We loved the cabin! Our favorite part was the large private area outside with our own firepit and lots of seating. All of the employees were so friendly!

Our family stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was a perfect fit for us being a family of 6. The cabin had everything we need to enjoy our stay! The KOA staff was friendly and prompt if we needed assistance. We will definitely book again! We enjoyed out stay in the Sinagua!!

We’ve stayed here many times but this was the first time we rented a cabin. We really enjoyed our stay. This KOA is always clean and the staff is awesome! One of our favorite KOA’s!

We arrived late at night, to figure out check in, heater wouldn't kick on, cabin could barely fit 5 of us, internet was spotty to work remote. Called 3 x’s no answer. Emailed, checked out and were reimbursed 2 nights. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We had to pack up grandma and the kiddos and love to an Airbnb. I called 3 times with no answer. It was the very first time for me staying at a KOA . I have been on National Park Campgrounds before many times, and never even considered KOA campgrounds until a good friend told me and I said yes , let's try it. I am glad I did because its really a great experience . Everything including showers is amazing. I really loved it and will be looking forward to more stays.

The campground is nice with many hookups, a great playground, and a bounce thing for the kids. We stayed in a cabin and the shower needs to be fixed and doors oiled. The main bed would be better on a platform like the loft bed- and the loft bed is the best one, but best for kids, given the low ceiling. Blinds are on one window for the loft bed but should be added to the other.

The campground is much nicer now than four years ago, when I first stayed there. We tried the tee pee this trip. The only complaint is that either it had a smaller bed or and bigger tent. I could not move around without bumping my head. It is surprising how well the tee pees hold heat. The outside temp was in the low 40s but the tee pee was comfortable.

I really enjoyed the location. It had a nice woodsy feel to it. We stayed in the Chinook cabin. The kitchen supplies were nice - looked new or close to it. Pots and pans weren't old and rusted, like new as well. Towels were soft. The fire ring and chairs were perfect for relaxing outside.
