We love this KOA! We wanted to stay an extra night but our spot was not available. Darion, in the office, went above and beyond to find another spot so we could stay the additional night! Our go to camping spot in Flagstaff. Thanks for all you do!!!

Got in late, parked motorcycles, set up camp, froze, left early in morning. Check in was a breeze. I would definitely stay again, but during warmer weather.

We were initially sent to the wrong site and, due to the many trees, had a difficult time getting our big rig to that site. We had to hold a sign post out of the way to make a turn. Even when we were given the correct site number, we had to swing into other sites to make some of the required turns.

Campsite needs some upgrading. Very small sites and too close to neighbors. Also no sewer hook up. Overpriced for what you get.

Good location for hiking and mountain biking- we did a very rugged loop around MT Elgin on E- Mt Bikes-great! Staff was Friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean, the site was fairly spacious and quiet. We had a fire pit and Adirondack chairs!

We were just staying overnight so I really can't give a completely accurate rating. We didn't unhook the 5th wheel and the site we not level and not real easy getting out of our spot. The campground is beautiful with all the pine.

Staff was super nice. Great proximity to downtown Flagstaff and a few National Monments. Lots for kids to do on property. Bathrooms clean. Only negative thing I have to say is that the property looks tired, needs a facelift.

It’s a great KOA to stay at for a night or even a week! The kids had fun at the park and jumping pad. The spots are a little narrow and somewhat slanted so it can be a challenge to get leveled. They have cabins and teepees and lots of spot for tents. I like that they recessed the spaces back away from the highway so you don’t hear a lot of car noise. Overall very nice and will stay again.

The campground is nice with many hookups, a great playground, and a bounce thing for the kids. We stayed in a cabin and the shower needs to be fixed and doors oiled. The main bed would be better on a platform like the loft bed- and the loft bed is the best one, but best for kids, given the low ceiling. Blinds are on one window for the loft bed but should be added to the other.

Personnel are very nice, but campground needs upgrades. First site too narrow and uneven, they cheerfully moved us to another site, but we never did get quite level, even with blocs. All streets are very narrow and tight. Wifi didn’t work, cable is on-the-air w limited channels. 50 AMP didn’t work. 1/2 of machine in the laundry not working. 3rd time here. Won’t go back.

Came here based on a recommendation from a friend and so glad we did. Comfortable campsites and we enjoyed the hikes around the property along with the FABULOUS breakfast cooked to order. Hope to come back soon.

Front office was very friendly & helpful. We were given 2 options for our lot due to the RV size & not all locations are that accommodating. Our site was located in the back, we had a great patio area & very quiet.. the overnight temperature was expected to drop below freezing so the staff suggested that we disconnect the water in order to protect our RV. I did not use the shower or laundry.

Everything was fine til the nighttime drag races up and down the highway in front of the campground. Don’t know if this happens nightly or just the Saturday I stayed there.

It doesn’t look anything like photos. It was not clean, manicured (I get it is in the woods) but it needs to be cleaned up. The bathrooms have black mold & give you the eebie jeebies. This property needs some help

KOA was great check in and out, convenient to shopping, used my bike all the time I was there. A few thrift stores close by, a hiking trail, and a world market I like to browse, only complaint not really a complaint but I like the picnic table in the right side of my coach. Little inconvenient to walk around the big coaches to use it. Staff very helpful and friendly,

My wife and I have been traveling the U.S. for 15 years. This campground is unique in that it refuses to hold mail in the office. They "created" an exception for me and agreed to tell UPS where I was when he was to arrive on Oct. 18. Unfortunately, the UPS man was not know about this exception. Sites unlevel and mucky. Had to share power, but only 15amp available since had to use long extension cord. 30 amp not useable unless you have 50 foot 30 amp cord. Same for water- so far away from the site one hose would not reach. Bathrooms and showers very old an marginal.

Always clean, friendly and well kept up. Only question is I kept calling and asking if a patio spot was available and wanted to upgrade. Was old non available. I understand since it was NAU big weekend but when we got there I asked again about going to larger site. Told full but driving around park there were multiple patio sites. Love the campground and will continue to go.

The location of this campground was the big draw for us. We decided to stay an extra night so we had to move to a new site and got to experience two, 193 and 181, if I’m remembering correctly. They were on the opposite ends of the last row. The sites were both a little tight, but otherwise, fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is nice. We would stay here again if in the area.

Very professional and friendly person took my reservation by phone. Arrived after dark and was easy to check in and find our spot. But bathrooms very dark. Also noisy tenters nearby. Otherwise an okay place to overnight.

We had the perfect site, #181, in the perfect location for us. It felt very private, spacious, all the hookups, and we thoroughly enjoyed the nature around us. There was room to move around and to sit, especially when my family members came over to visit. My grandson LOVED the inflatable pillow as well as the 3-wheeled bikes.
