The park is not well kept, spots where we stayed were very uneven. I don't mind gravel but when you have a rain wash through the spot besides not being level it is very difficult. Asked to be moved but they couldn't because we didn't pay for cable and all the spots we full, they weren't and we would have paid more to move. This place was beautiful years ago, they need some work to get there again.

We needed kid friendly Koa near Flagstaff for vacation. This was the best place for kids to unwind and play. We really enjoyed our stay.

The spots were too close together. The trees were overgrown hitting our roof requiring a back out exit from our pull through site. The neighbor's water valve leaked into our steps and mud was all over inside our fifthwheel. Oh, and our site was uneven requiring extra blocks for auto-level to work successfully. Sorry for the bad review but we cannot recommend this KOA to friends. Joe Guglielm

Fabulous office staff. Very helpful and nice. They had a difficult camper ahead of me and the staff handled the problem politely and effectively.

Just stayed overnight. Only complaint is it is a little tight for larger rigs.

The Flagstaff KOA holiday is average at best the sites were rather crowded and not the most level that we have stayed at. My biggest issue with the bark was that the utility boxes were all falling apart even though they did work. Both the electrical box was falling apart and the cable TV box. It has a canine compound that was adequate. Overall the park just did not look like it was well maintained

We are so pleased with our stay at the KOA in Flagstaff. It was very cleaned and so pet friendly. Great hiking and there is so much to do for kids. We will definitely come back.

We’ve been on the road for more than 3 weeks, 4th KOA among other camping spots, all very nice but Flagstaff was overwhelmingly good. In the morning I was walking our dogs to Camp K9. We passed by the outdoor cafe and the breakfast smell drew us in. There was an area for families with pets, so we waited while breast was prepared to take back to our campsite. A perfect visit.

Beautiful park but there were stickers all over the site which were tracked to the carpet on the bottom of our shoes. For the cost per night you would think they would have taken care of getting rid of any stickers growing in the grass at each RV site.

Nothing is level. My lot was 4.5 inches off level left to right in 7 ft. Rv beside me had hydrolic lift for his camper and his lot was so unlevel he only had 1 tire on the ground.

The only thing that's needed are better paper towel dispensers in the restrooms. Otherwise everything was well maintained and everyone was a pleasure to deal with.

Didn’t have a reservation, great full to still get in. Very pleasant staff. Tight spot to get in. Breakfast they make absolutely fantastic.

I’d call this an ok RV park in a very nice forested setting with relatively roomy sites. Many of the washing machines were out of order. The showers were ok, if not a bit dark. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our biggest gripe is that we paid a premium for wifi and cable and neither worked. That was particularly disturbing.

Enjoyed the campground very much. Lots of huge pines providing shade and the campsites are spaced out more than normal. And the hiking trails are a great plus. Our site was level and easy to access.

The WIFI is non existent. The piping at our spot was bent over making it hard to use. The area is beautiful though

No flat sites, levelers needed at any site. Shady at most sites. Staff friendly. Rest rooms are worn and needed to be updated. Sits are too close together. They should eliminate a few sites and charge a dollar more. For the remaining sites. We stay here 4-5 times a year.

Nice tent camping site. Very clean, very quiet. Bathrooms were an easy walk from our site and also very clean. Enjoyed watching the kids play in the jump area.

Staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Just an overnight stay on the way home. Unfortunately our site was nowhere near level. Even with four levelers we were still not right. Other than that it was good.

Our site could have been more level but other than that it was a nice place to stay. The pine tree cafe breakfast was delicious. A real plus for the campground.

The entire campground was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My issue is that there is absolutely NO privacy between camp sites. People walk by and look right into your tent. KOA in Kingman has hedges all the way around each campsite. Flagstaff needs to do the same. Then I would go back.
