Sites not very level. Very difficult to maneuver the roads, very narrow. Not very well maintained. We have stayed in at least 12 KOA campgrounds this trip and I would have to say this was my least favorite and would definitely not return. Campground needs to be updated to accommodate the bigger units on road today.

Lovely setting in a forest of pine trees. Sites wide but not level. Good location, nice staff. Don"t exactly know why it is designated a Holiday. We'll come back.

The water was on the other side and our hose was not long enough….the site was also very uneven. It was hard to level up the front of our camper. Pretty location.

We are new to RV family. Loved our first stay at Flagstaff KOA - friendly check in staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased membership. Breakfast cafe was great - 2 ladies were first class. Facilities basic but clean The Irish music was a bonus for the night. We will be back. Thank you for making our maiden voyage perfect ��

There was only 2 spots available when we booked what they had. The spot was very tight. When we got up in the morning there were all kinds of spots available that would have been better. Because of how tight our spot was we caught some tree limbs trying to get out of our spot and scratched the side of the camper. Not a happy camper here.

Love this place in the pines. Nice mostly level sites with good spacing. Great little breakfast place makes for an easy travel day and the foods outstanding.

The camp was clean with lots to do. The food at the KOA food truck was excellent! I did not use the showers but looked in at them. They could use some updates but were clean enough. Bathrooms were ALWAYS clean which shocked me as it was busy with a lot of tent campers. It was noisy at night because the highway was so close but no biggy. Lots of trees and things for kids to do. We’ll go back!

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating! We loved that there were so many activities for kids with the jumping pillow, barrel train rides, playground, banana bikes and a dog park (for the furry kids). The bathrooms and showers were always clean. It also saved us a lot of time and room when packing that a yummy breakfast was available on site for a low price.

It served its purpose as an easy in/out overnight stay as we passed through. As for value I feel it was a bit over priced seeing how it was not a full hook up site and we were pretty tightly packed in. But I suppose I was paying for the convience and location. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Camp registration area was clean and organized.

Beautiful sites among large pines and firs. Very attentive staff. Clean restrooms and good showers and laundry facilities.

Third stay this year and not happy . Vegetation out of control. They should hire some landscapers, especially around the utility connections.

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean campgrounds and very very quiet. It's a bit crowded with the campsites being very close together but all in all it was a great stay. I especially enjoyed the hiking. Will definitely come back to this KOA.

The traffic noise, the mercury vapor light on our camp site was on all Night & buzzed constantly, the campsites are small and practically on top of each other, this all made for sleepless nights & a tortuous weekend.

Our camping spot should have come with earplugs! We have stayed there multiple times in the back of the property and those spots are great. You should change the tent sites at the front and move them back further.

Nice park with friendly, helpful staff. Some areas a little tight for a long 5th wheel, but ultimately maneuvable.

Friendly/helpful staff, gravel site was not very level for our 45' MH. We had room tho for our toad. The drives are very narrow and we had a problem getting out the morning we left because the site across from us had left their car on the edge making it almost impossible to maneuver out. After inching our way out the owner of the vehicle came back from his walk. But we would stay again. Restful

The office staff was courteous and helpfull. The cafe staff was efficient and friendly. The restroom and shower room (by the office) was always clean. Other campers were courteous and quietly came and went. The setting in the trees was peaceful. The trail by the campground led into a beautiful forested area.

The campgrounds is showing her age. We arrived the day before the early monsoon. With so much rain most of the sites had damage to them. That being said the KOA staff were on top of everything. The office staff went out of there way to offer assistance with local dining. I really would like to see some Effort In leveling the site better. Not being able to safely level an RV due washed away soil.

Out the all the campgrounds we have stayed at this summer, this Flagstaff KOA was the best. Beautiful setting, clean bathrooms and showers, Quiet grounds for so many types of campers and the cafe truck was the best idea ever! We stayed 2 different nights and we plan to return on our next trip to AZ

This is a very nice KOA. Easy to find and lots to do in the area. It had a small breakfast restaurant.

Love this park. Clean and well kept. Has nice hiking trails right from park and breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommend if you are staying in Flagstaff

The staff was friendly, the KOA itself was very un kept. Too many weeds all over the place and frankly the spaces between RVs was a lot closer than we liked
