Staff was nice, no issues. The sites aren't level and we couldn't get our camper level even with wood and stabilizers. Dogs left piles everywhere that weren't cleaned up so kind of messy. Realize it was winter and harder to see messes. Whole campground needed a general cleaning. Maybe much nicer in summer.

The campground in a beautiful setting and needs some maintenance. Streets are showing wear, but we use KOA because of its facilities. The laundry building had 16 appliances in it but only 3 were in working condition. We were not able to do laundry at this location. We spend more time indoors while it is cold so WIFI is a strong used item. It was very sporadic and slow making it unusable!

It was a beautiful site. Most of the staff was great, one girl was snotty, did not get her name unfortunately. Laundry had 2 working machines out of 8 and 3 working dryers out of 8. Showers were clean but the absolute worst I've ever been in. Short faucet and painfully unadjustable shower head that was brutal I could barely finish washing.

The lack of maintenance was the worst I have seen. Marginal snow removal from reserved sites. I had to borrow a shovel and do it myself. Trash from previous occupants including dog feces was not cleaned up. The showers were kept at about 45 degrees. Was this to discourage their use? Worst value for the money- laundry was filthy (floor had dirt and paper everywhere) only 4 washers were operating and all others broken, only 3 dryers were operating and it is hard for me to call them operating as my clothes remained damp after 45 minutes of dry time. Just an overnight stay. Clean showers and plenty to do if I was there longer. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was excellent.

The worst snow storm ever but we stayed warm. The staff was great. We had a small utility trailer plus our travel trailer to get to Verde Valley and only one truck. The staff let us leave the utility trailer after checkout so we could come back to get it an hour later st no charge. Thank you so much.

Easy check in and responsive and friendly when we needed propane. Grounds are nice and near the national forest border. The site we had was advertised as “best site in the park”. It was private but the recent (few inches) snowfall was not plowed sufficiently. The cleared area was extremely sloped and it was very difficult to level the trailer. We arrived at 7PM after there had been snow showers all day. There was no one in the KOA check-in. The staff closed early “due to weather.” I was unable to climb the hill to my site. I called the office but had to leave a message. I had to borrow a shovel and it took 1 hour to clear snow to my site. The next morning the staff was unapologetic to my experience. Bathrooms were freezing, sites were frozen/not plowed. A lady got stuck next to us. Sites were small. I would not recommend winter camping here. Perhaps summer would be better and with smaller campers.

The pull thru spot was not an easy spot to get in and out of as all the turns were too tight. Trees needed trimmed, while avoiding a tree we broke a hubcap on a boulder that lined the rv pad. We had to do a lot of manuvering to get in & out of our "Pull thru". Defeats the purpose.

Stayed at this campground for 2 nights. Initially scheduled for one night, but extended due to snow storm. Office staff very nice both at check in and when we needed to extend a night. Power to the site was very good (123/124 volts). Did not see a drop in the power while running electric heaters. Decent Verizon signal. Would love to return to this campground during the summer.

We are very happy and satisfied staying here during a 2-day snow storm. We will definitely coma back in the future and will recommend it to friends with no reservations.

Great customer service in the front. However, when we needed some propane, the guy that was out there told us they don’t fill up when it’s dark, which is understandable, but it was 5 o’clock. He said they stop at sunset, there was no set time. He then proceeded to tell us it was too cold to fill the tank, which was wrong. And finally after some back and forth he finally filled it with 3 gall

Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Loved our campsite with the patio and BBQ- definitely worth the little extra $! It was great being able to hike right from the campground! We will be back next time we are in Flagstaff!

We specifically asked if you had showers and you said yes. We arrived the same day you told us this. You neglected to tell us there was no heat in the bath/shower room and it got down to 12 degrees that night. We would've expected you to have at least a space heater or two. Very disappointing since we couldn't hook up our water because of the frigid temps.

Very clean facility. Storefront is well stocked with just about any item an RVer might need. Heaters in the restrooms were welcome on the 30+ degree morning. Shower was nice and hot. My only recommendation would be to add handle bars in the shower. Staff was exceptional!

We enjoyed having hiking trails right by the campsite. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. Site adjacent to neighborhood had barking dogs.
