Very nice staff. Facility notes clean bathrooms but broken heater in men’s bath. Only 3 of 9 washers working and only 4 dryers working. Coin machine broken. Per communication, no plans to fix anytime soon. First KOA experience with 5 different reservations to follow. Will get a better view of what’s normal and whats not within the chain.

The facility is well maintained and in a great area for recreation. We are in a larger 5th wheel and could manage in and out of our site very well. The site had a patio a burn pit and a grill. We couldn’t stay more than one day but will be back.

Site was very unlevel, women's bathroom was very cold, the wifi was terrible and the price was very expensive for a winter stay when few of the amenities could be enjoyed.

The front staff was very nice �. The site was NOT remotely level. Th ladies bathroom was cold..no heat.. The Price was way to high for the amenities.

Beautiful and convenient. Our levelers could not get is level, so they kindly moved us to another site. Very accommodating and friendly.

Gorgeous setting. Wide variety of accommodations. Great family amenities. Friendly staff. Only two considerations: bathroom/shower facilities are ready for an update; lots of low-lying landscaping boulders to watch out for when making turns or parking into your site.

Always a terrific place to stay ! I’ve stayed for one night at times on my to or from other places- I’ve also spent long weekends here- it’s just a great place! Lots of trees, amenities galore, easy to maneuver around.

Ground surface was pretty uneven. The laundry services were terrible. 50% of washers and dryers were broken. Those that did work worked poorly.

Our stay was great. I do think they were short handed so I felt badly for the couple of employees trying to take care of everything. I wish there was more available to do on site even during winter months.

We loved the Deluxe Cabin. It accommodated our needs well. However, it looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. The floors underneath the furniture (couch, beds) were really gross and nasty. The cabinets (inside & out) dishwasher, hot plate, coffee area were also pretty icky-caked on food, spills that have never been cleaned. In this new “COVID world”, unacceptable.

The spaces are packed in tight but the showers were hot, proximity to everything was excellent. The laundry machines appeared to all be broken, no big deal but if you were in a pinch it wouldn’t be great. The employees were excellent and took great care to ensure that every interaction was pleasant.

Even though it was cold, snowy, & near blizzard conditions, the staff was most accomodating in getting me located and setup. Very friendly and willing to help. Loved the location and would return anytime.

We stayed in the small cabin. When we came in for the night, it became clear that the heater was not working. Unfortunately, it was after the office closed so it was a very cold night. I took a picture for reference - 57 degrees! Even with extra blankets, sleeping was impossible. They replaced the heater and everything was better the second night. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Despite a small issue, we had a great stay. The staff is amazing. Usually we stay in our trailer but this time I took a surprise cabin trip with my kiddos. We will definitely do this again! Thanks KOA staff!!

Very nice campground. We had some issues with the cable TV, but the staff quickly remedied the problem. Easy check in and out. Nice gateway for the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful park, loved how it set in the forest, but in town. Dogs loved the dog park, both were large with grass and shade. Hookups were great, laundry and showers were handy, a little outdated but nice to have access to. Our site was large with a big patio and lots of chairs, just needs to be a bit more level for a big rig. Will definitely be back.

Great location our site the electric box the cover was torn off. They might need to looking at updating their electric system and getting taller water lines.

Host nice and friendly--no mask even though COVID and flu rates were exploding in Flag during our stay. #152 is a huge, beautiful back-in site with a patio, fire pits and propane grill! Located right next to Elden Trail access point. Low rating because $80 price excessive in snowless January. While facilities were very clean, they were not well maintained (broken dryers, water connection, etc)

Love. Clean restrooms/showers. Nice staff. Kids love the playground. Great walking trails. Dog friendly. Diverse campsites and cabins available.
