Dripping shower faucet. No hot water. Very dirty. Hairball on windowsill. Microwave had a mess in it. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Floor sticky. All interior furniture had seen better days. It was a terrible experience. I did not take time to discuss with staff. I just wanted to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to give 5 stars but the rv next to ours on the right kept their outdoor awning lights on all night. It shined very brightly in our bedroom making it hard to fall asleep. I wish there was a policy that all outdoor lights on rv’s must be turned off at a certain time.

Broken washers and dryers. The dryers that were working were unable to completely dry clothes. WiFi hopeless even though we were less than a 100 ft from the office. Price of $71 is ridiculous. Next time we will stay in Williams.

Well kept place with nice people. Lots of shopping on that side of town and also near outdoor activities. It’s near the secondary hiway so there is a bit of traffic noise at night

Campground almost completely empty and given site on the road right at the entrance. Traffic lights and headlights of people coming in was ridiculous. Site also 3” unlevel left to right. Unacceptable.

Very friendly, we arrived late in afternoon, and the staff on Friday evening helped Find restaurant who delivered.

The camp is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and responsive. The woman who checked us in was kind and informative. The young gentleman who filled our propane was very nice and helpful. My complaints - we upgraded to a beautiful site (152) but it was uncomfortably unlevel! The camp has tons of road noise that competes with the beautiful surroundings unfortunately!

Staff was friendly and we LOVED camping in the snow! Location was great and the hot showers was the best after a long day of snowboarding at Snowbowl!

We had to call to get help locating sewer hook up he came right away while there we hooked up to water the hydrant was froze up not a huge deal it’s winter but the camper helper said he had to go ask the office what to do and never came back never heard from anyone. We unfroze it but no communication part was really annoying. No working internet.

I can’t believe this KOA was not closed They did not clear the snow They put us in a deep snow spot, while the empty one next to us was somewhat clear due to someone parked when it snowed Offered a hose, but was frozen, then said we could buy one. The tent sites were clean, well laid out and easy to find even in the snow. Bathrooms were clean and showers were nice to use. Will definitely come back.

Very let down. I have stayed here before without any issue, but this was awful. A party showed up at 11:30pm right next to me. They were very loud getting set up and did so until 1230am. They started a fire at about 130am. They left the fire unattended from what I could tell when I checked about 345am. I asked them a few times to be quiet. I called security 4 times with no response.

It was okay. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I just am not experienced in the snow, and thought the roads in camp would be cleared. They were not. It took me an hour and a half, and seven generous neighbors, to help get my truck out of the little tent camp spot. Super frustrating. I didn’t know trucks can get stuck in three inches of snow, and felt so frustrated trying to get out.

The staff on Dec 29 evening and morning of Dec 30 was helpful and gracious. You'll be treated like an extended part of family. They really are lovely!

Needed a place for 1 night as our plans changed due to weather. Quickly accommodated us! Showers were clean and warm!

My stay was wonderful. Once the WI-FI kicked in, it made the heavy snow (which was also amazing) more bearable to be inside The management were more then helpful. My water lines froze as the connection was removed at dusk. This was a small problem, the restrooms' and showers were a short walk. And water for personal use was a few blocks away at Safeway.

Really nice rv park with all the hookups and they could accommodate us with our 38 ft Super C and 30 ft trailer. This place has plenty of shade with many trees at an elevation of 7,000 ft at the base of some beautiful mountains. The staff was awesome!! Very friendly and seemed like they really enjoyed their job here. The best staff I have ever seen at a campground. I give them 10 stars!!!!

The camp ground is nice, spots are big. However there is nothing to do at this campground for kids except a playground. They have no club house or indoor area. The jumping pillow was closed, they said it opens weather permitting we didn’t have snow or a cold day the three days we were there and it never opened. If you have Children I would stay at the other KOA as all there activities were open.

We truly enjoyed our 1-night stay in the Wickiup Cabin! It was perfect for us and will definitely look into it again before booking elsewhere. There was cable, the wifi was a bit dodgy but to be expected in the trees, the heating unit warmed the place perfectly, there was a refrigerator, microwave, remotes for the tv and heating unit. We loved it! Merry Christmas, Everyone!! Stay Safe!!
