Bathrooms were very cold, soap was out in one of the pumps for the full 4 days, shower spray heads few weren't working. Door lock on one of the shower doors was broken. The outlets at the campsite were covered over with duck tape, so only one of the outlets worked. This was our first koa stay and was expecting a much higher quality.

We only stayed a night on our way to New Mexico. It was freezing when we got there and just starting to get dark. The space we had was small. We might try it again during warmer weather if we're ever out that way, so we can try some of the hiking trails.

Very convenient location and glad we stayed here to visit Sedona area. Basic, comfortable spot with what you need, but…. fix the soap dispensers in the bathroom and install a paper towel dispenser!! What the heck?! I mentioned it at the desk and like you don’t know they don’t dispense soap?! Talk about covid protocol. How about we don’t go around the campground with #2 on our hands?! Easy

We were placed in the older part of the park which was fine except at night we had to disconnect our water because of the cold temps and their older pipes.At night we had no water.We stayed in November.When we went to hook into our electric the plug on the pole was cracked and missing a piece so our plug kept falling out.They did fix after we pushed the issue.Nice park though and would stay again.

Great place to base camp when exploring Northern Arizona! We found it easy to get to and the most central location to do all the things we wanted to. We really liked the access to hiking trails right from the camp site.

Great campground in a convenient location. Nice walking trails with access within the grounds. Highly recommend staying here.

Everybody was amazing, the manager on duty went above and beyond, down to giving us the name of one of the best breakfast places we have ever eaten at. The Kampground was clean, and bathrooms and showers are well maintained. It was a pleasure staying there, felt like a family. We will stay there again!!

Beautiful area. Campground is Very tight not the best for big trailers. Campsites are really close to each other no place even to fit a couple chairs outside your camper. Will do in a pinch but will not stay there as a destination

Didn't have a chance to enjoy the facility but it was a very nice place. Would definitely visit again when we can stay longer.

Location was poorly marked. It was hard to see the entrance sign due to tree growth. Sites were not level and some were hard back into. The cable TV did not work, and the WIFI reception could have been better. Office staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Maintenance was friendly and helpful with RV repairs.

We pulled in at 10:45pm and there was a skoolie at our site 64. I didn't klnow what to do so I called security and they lead me to another site.

Zero sleep Friday night!! emergency vehicle's, Helicopters and barking dogs! So so noisy!! I keep my car covered and am still looking at $200.00 to have the Sap removed from my beautiful vehicle. Ive stayed 11 days this season and had zero previous vehicle damage, something about the change of season Trees produce high volumes of Sticky, messy Sap! Open some 22 years Why no warning ? Sign?

Staff and facilities were great. The campground does have a lot of highway noise, but that can't be helped. We appreciate the kids' play areas, laundry, and showers while traveling.

Another nice stay at this KOA. Spacious patio site with a fire pit, table and lounge chairs… perfect for a 3 night visit. One of the reasons I like staying at this KOA is the access to the forest with miles and miles of hiking trails.

We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom, the cabin was fine, but the public bathroom was very far. The park was very dark. The location was good.

First stay and we were absolutely thrilled with this place bathrooms were very clean staff was friendly, except they failed to inform us that we would share hook up with another camper who said she was not told that either.

We loved the cabin! Our favorite part was the large private area outside with our own firepit and lots of seating. All of the employees were so friendly!
