The front desk reservationist was a bit curt. I would have enjoyed a warmer welcome. Camp site 200 needs some improvement as it's next to all the gravel. Perhaps a fence ot something. I did enjoy the access to the trials.

I have stayed at this KOA 4 times. This last time was in a premium pull-thru side. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. Plenty of room and we liked the privacy fence and patio with chairs and fire pit. We spent the evening watching a fire on the patio - very nice.

Overall a good location for visiting surrounding tourist destinations. No left turn signal into cg made it difficult to enter, especially when opposing traffic was also turning left. CG staff was friendly but not very outgoing, spaces were tight. CG facilities could use updates, 1/2 of the laundry room machines were OOO and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best.

Not relaxing or attractive. There is equipment and work vehicles parked down the middle and in the camp site. Women shower door does not lock, reported it, e told they would fix it right then, never did. Loud highway noise and emergency sirens. Camp site extremally small and butted right up against each other, narrow street, Teepee's in between campsites, tacky and confusing. No pride.

Propane was difficult to get to and hose isn't long enough to fill the tanks.

It was convenient. Location is a it loud with traffic, trucks, emergency sirens, and helicopter. Facilities were fine. Campsite was difficult to level.

Our family stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was a perfect fit for us being a family of 6. The cabin had everything we need to enjoy our stay! The KOA staff was friendly and prompt if we needed assistance. We will definitely book again! We enjoyed out stay in the Sinagua!!

Almost impossible to find with NO street signage and the unlit property sign all but completely hidden in the trees. Sites and roads very very small and barely fit my rig, 42 ft fifth wheel, in site or down the roads between the larges rocks and trees. Campground was adequate, thats about all I can say about it.

This property was absolutely amazing! There was so much extra to do for kids that I was not expecting! the trailheads were in a great place, the property was clean and quiet at night and I could not have asked for more! We enjoyed our stay beyond words and will definitely be back again. It was so nice to just simply be in nature.

I stayed 2 nights at KOS Flagstaff AZ and was pleased with my visit I sugest numbering the utility hook ups to match the site they belong to would be hellpful

It started out rough trees ect but relaxing in the end maintance man was awesome!!! and a young girl from office fixed us up on tv stuff!!! park needs better wifi and open up the dinner needs to be open get people going

We enjoyed the campground once we found it, GPS seemed to have difficulty finding the campground The staff were helpful and friendly, enjoyed their upbeat attitude.

Very nice campground! After dispersed camping for 3 days in Sedona it was very exciting to hear that showers were included in the price of the site. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Decent facility … had a premium site. I would have expected some clean up around patio which was full of pine needles. But for the location, it was where you want to be. They have taken “these times of COVID” for granted. They will need to step up their efforts when times get tough and people don’t camp as much.

While the location was wonderful, that’s about all I can say that is good. The campground seem to be a puzzle of how many RVs can you fit into an acre of land. And the laundry room was an absolute disaster …. Half of the washers and dryers were out of order with signs on them that looked like they had been there forever. No response from management/owners. Spend your $ elsewhere!

Nice campground. Site are a little cramped especially for large trailers. Staff was excellent and the campground is located across the street from shopping and fuel.

Was a very nice KOA. We just had an issue with an off leash dog attacking our little dog by the throat. My wife was the one on her knees to save our dog. The other family just watched and said he has never drawn blood...... My wife was crying for 2 hours. We reported it to the campground, they listened to my wife's story as she continued to cry. Was a great stay up to that. Nice sites.

Loved the campground but our site 149 was very uneven. Other than that it is beautiful campground with friendly staff.

Short overnighter. Campsite was not completely level and there were a couple of puppies next door crying for most of the night which kept our dogs up. But otherwise it was a good stay.

The site was small and far from level had to use all my blocks to get close to level. Small site I can understand but not level side to side has room for improvement.

Staff was wonderful. Clean. No loud guests. It was a rejuvenating 3 day stay. I will be back frequently. I will recommend it to everyone.

The showers near the kids' area need to be updated. They are not up to par with the 12 or so other Holiday KOAs I've visited this year. The building has insufficient ventilation, so every surface is slightly slimy and moldy. I'm only 5ft 7in and the nozzle was too low for me. It had a very sharp, high pressure spray pattern that was not enjoyable - even when a hot shower was long overdue.

The gals in the office were very friendly, knowlageable and helpful.We love the trees and the dog areas, especially the dog park.

Only stayed two nights, beautiful grounds. Went out walking with our dog (small under 9 lbs) and she got stung by a hornet sticking her nose under a rock. She was fine but use caution on the trails. Staff was fine, they are always available. Site was a little dusty but placed our large mat down worked to keep the 5th wheel clean. Roads were narrow - made it through taking it nice and easy.

When we made the reservation it said that we would have electric and water. When we got there you had to share water and electric with a neighbor and only 1 - 30 amp for 2 campers. Laundry was old and machines were broke and change machines have been broken for a while. Very disappointed

My son and I wanted to plan a quick overnight camping trip for a holiday in the middle of the week. The staff was friendly, our spot was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean! My son enjoyed the play area also!

The pull through site we were assigned for a 1 night stay was way too small. My slide out was about 12" from my neighbors awning. The hook ups were on the edge of the neighbors sitting area under his awning, too tight. With a class C pulling a towed the sewer hookup was too far away, appeared to be geared for a truck pulling a trailer.

Had a great time. Planned to originally be there one night but the location and facility were so nice we stayed 3 nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly, just great and easy to work with. Thank you for being open year round!!

Bathrooms were dark and dated and looked dirty. Homeless people were using the showers. Loved the grounds and location!

Helpful and friendly staff---especially liked the at-camp site service provided where staff came and picked up our propane tanks, filled them and brought them back. That was much appreciated !

IN a motor home we could not get level. Laundry room - only half of the machines worked. Seems like many people like the place but we did not enjoy our stay.

With a big 5W and a HD truck the big pull true site are today slight smal and could be a challange to get in and out. Laundry is i joke 4 washer broken during our stay and the other was mostly used by the camping themself. We wash on next stay instead.

Love. Clean restrooms/showers. Nice staff. Kids love the playground. Great walking trails. Dog friendly. Diverse campsites and cabins available.
