Came here based on a recommendation from a friend and so glad we did. Comfortable campsites and we enjoyed the hikes around the property along with the FABULOUS breakfast cooked to order. Hope to come back soon.

Front office was very friendly & helpful. We were given 2 options for our lot due to the RV size & not all locations are that accommodating. Our site was located in the back, we had a great patio area & very quiet.. the overnight temperature was expected to drop below freezing so the staff suggested that we disconnect the water in order to protect our RV. I did not use the shower or laundry.

It doesn’t look anything like photos. It was not clean, manicured (I get it is in the woods) but it needs to be cleaned up. The bathrooms have black mold & give you the eebie jeebies. This property needs some help

Great site set up, lots of trees, hiking trails adjoin the property, easy in and out. I would stay here again. Staff very helpful.

KOA was great check in and out, convenient to shopping, used my bike all the time I was there. A few thrift stores close by, a hiking trail, and a world market I like to browse, only complaint not really a complaint but I like the picnic table in the right side of my coach. Little inconvenient to walk around the big coaches to use it. Staff very helpful and friendly,

My wife and I have been traveling the U.S. for 15 years. This campground is unique in that it refuses to hold mail in the office. They "created" an exception for me and agreed to tell UPS where I was when he was to arrive on Oct. 18. Unfortunately, the UPS man was not know about this exception. Sites unlevel and mucky. Had to share power, but only 15amp available since had to use long extension cord. 30 amp not useable unless you have 50 foot 30 amp cord. Same for water- so far away from the site one hose would not reach. Bathrooms and showers very old an marginal.

Employees were friendly, campsite was clean, Our site was very unlevel. We needed 4 inches of lift on one side.

Always clean, friendly and well kept up. Only question is I kept calling and asking if a patio spot was available and wanted to upgrade. Was old non available. I understand since it was NAU big weekend but when we got there I asked again about going to larger site. Told full but driving around park there were multiple patio sites. Love the campground and will continue to go.

The location of this campground was the big draw for us. We decided to stay an extra night so we had to move to a new site and got to experience two, 193 and 181, if I’m remembering correctly. They were on the opposite ends of the last row. The sites were both a little tight, but otherwise, fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is nice. We would stay here again if in the area.

Very professional and friendly person took my reservation by phone. Arrived after dark and was easy to check in and find our spot. But bathrooms very dark. Also noisy tenters nearby. Otherwise an okay place to overnight.

We had the perfect site, #181, in the perfect location for us. It felt very private, spacious, all the hookups, and we thoroughly enjoyed the nature around us. There was room to move around and to sit, especially when my family members came over to visit. My grandson LOVED the inflatable pillow as well as the 3-wheeled bikes.

Nicely kept campground that is close to Historic Flagstaff, restaurants and shopping. Bathrooms were clean and better than average. Sites were close together and most were somewhat shaded. We didn’t use the dog park, but our dogs enjoyed the small pet path at the back of the park.

the water pipe had been run over and was lying an inch off the ground, the asphalt had not been replaced in decades, it was no where near level and very difficult to get into, and there was no sewer hook-up, which I was told was on the website before I booked it, however as I have never stayed at a KOA RV site that did not have one I didn't see it. It is an awful KOA!

We were greeted with a smile and the staff were friendly and top notch. The park was very clean and they even had a train ride for the kids. The hiking trail is fantastic. This place is a must if you come to flagstaff. I give this place a hundred % Keith & Sara

Loved the size of the camp sites, the beautiful trees, the surrounding scenery and cleanliness of the park. Internet was weak but seems to be a problem everywhere. Overall, wonderful!!!

Campground pretty run down. A third of the washers and driers were out of order, with the signs looking pretty worn, like they’d been out of order for some time. The young staff were polite, but seemed overwhelmed and harried. This KOA just seemed too large for the present owners to manage and upkeep.

Beautiful camp ground with lots of trees and walking paths, full hookups, very friendly staff, easy access, good price, it was my mom's first time staying in an RV and the dogs had fun too. We will be back!

I loved watching the ATV pulling the kid train around the park. The trails around the park. The variety of activities. Used the laundry room. Thankful it was there. Thanks for the send off in the snow.

The ground is not leveled and the water and electricity connection are pretty far.

Very pleasant mix of tenters and RVs. We had a small RV but are tenters by background , so we loved the smell of wood fires and the sights of young families at their tent sites. Also enjoyed the breakfast concession stand close by. Enjoyed a hot breakfast that someone else cooked! Yummy!

Love. Clean restrooms/showers. Nice staff. Kids love the playground. Great walking trails. Dog friendly. Diverse campsites and cabins available.
