The park was beautiful and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Only one issue for site we stayed in was the beautiful pine tree at the entrance. We were traveling in a 35’ Class A and were unable to pull in due to the limbs and placement of the pine tree; oh and the neighbors vehicles were to close to the road which kept us from pulling in….went around and backed in. Pre check-in made process more efficient & staff were welcoming. Also enjoyed the Irish music in the common area. Train ride & bouncy mat for kids made it family friendly.

Very enjoyable experience from the call to make the reservation through to extending my stay one more night. Every staff member was pleasant and proficient. I will definitely make a return stop in the future. The grounds and facilities are well kept. And the Pine Tree Café is icing on the cake!

Beautiful area, spaces a bit close. Staff very helpful and friendly. Showers and facilities older but clean. Nice little stand to get a hot breakfast. Lots of things to do for children!

We spent 3 nights in a travel trailer. Enjoyed our stay and the breakfast food wagon. Laundry room could be better Many machines not working but other than that everything was very nice.

We just stayed overnight on our way to and from another destination, but have talked about going back to stay at the Flagstaff KOA and having our kids and grandkids meet us there. It's a very nice campground with lots of entertainment for the kids.

The grounds are clean, well kept and the staff is friendly. Access to hiking trails out the back of the campground is awesome. Proximity to the downtown Flagstaff area and other attractions is great. Sites are unlevel, some worse than others. Shower area was clean but water wasn’t hot and some of the shower curtains don’t cover the full opening. Overall we were happy with our stay at this KOA.

Great place to stay. The facilities are clean and the campground is nice. Close to hiking and biking trails. The proximity to mountain bike trails should be featured as more of an asset on the website.

Beautiful, well kept park. Didn’t care for what faces the back of our site (#11) but we booked last minute when it showed nothing available online so that’s on us. I DEFINITELY recommend any site besides 1-16.

Quick one night stay. Nice clean facilities, nice people. You folks need to fix your on line reservation system. Couldn’t get through on line or over the 800 number. Had to chance there was a place to park out truck camper when we arrived.

Very nice park and located next to mountain. But wifi does not work, 30a electric hookup cannot run ac which it is supposed to. Also microwave struggles.

Very tight sites for our class A and toad. Needed to disconnect. Site was not level so very limited outdoor seating. A few homeless were 1/2 mile from entrance. Police were dealing with them the day we left. Buffalo Park was nice for a bike ride or walk. Quite and didn’t hear the highway. Nice breakfast on site, made to order. Consider dinner items too please.

The park is in a beautiful location however it is NOT big rig friendly. Very tight spots with limited turning ratio because of trees and bushes.

We truly love the KOA setting in Flagstaff and have stayed here three times this year. However, the internet system must be upgraded to meet customer expectations - one of the worst signal strength locations we have visited - unfortunately.

Nice campground. Restrooms were kept clean. Nice amenities. Close to a lot of attractions in the area. Our site and those around us were uneven requiring substantial leveling. Roads to sites were a little tight.

Beautiful sites, some were a bit close together. The hookups were a distance from the parking areas and our electric cord barely made it. Water was out of the question, as we don’t carry a 50 ft hose. Spots were pretty unlevel. Handicapped ramp to bathroom was rotted. Wouldn’t hold up if a wheelchair was actually used on it.

Loved it here! I arrived at dark and was surprised that the office was open and I got escorted to my site! Breakfast at the outdoor cafe was amazing!! I’ll be back on my way back from California!

The park is not well kept, spots where we stayed were very uneven. I don't mind gravel but when you have a rain wash through the spot besides not being level it is very difficult. Asked to be moved but they couldn't because we didn't pay for cable and all the spots we full, they weren't and we would have paid more to move. This place was beautiful years ago, they need some work to get there again.

We needed kid friendly Koa near Flagstaff for vacation. This was the best place for kids to unwind and play. We really enjoyed our stay.

The spots were too close together. The trees were overgrown hitting our roof requiring a back out exit from our pull through site. The neighbor's water valve leaked into our steps and mud was all over inside our fifthwheel. Oh, and our site was uneven requiring extra blocks for auto-level to work successfully. Sorry for the bad review but we cannot recommend this KOA to friends. Joe Guglielm

Fabulous office staff. Very helpful and nice. They had a difficult camper ahead of me and the staff handled the problem politely and effectively.

The Flagstaff KOA holiday is average at best the sites were rather crowded and not the most level that we have stayed at. My biggest issue with the bark was that the utility boxes were all falling apart even though they did work. Both the electrical box was falling apart and the cable TV box. It has a canine compound that was adequate. Overall the park just did not look like it was well maintained
