Nice campground right in the trees , yet right on the edge of town. We had a pullthru spot that had a bench, fire ring and a bbq. Spot was just big enough to park our 5th wheel and our truck if we parked it sideways in front of the trailer. Some short hiking trails right on the edge of the park.

We have stayed here many times over the years but was shocked how unkept the property was this time. The laundry facility was mostly broken down with only 2-3 units available out of 16...the grounds were dirty...it sadly looked a bit run down.

i realize we came in early to the season, it seemed like a lot of fix up needed to be done. The laundry room has more than 50% of the washers and dryers out of service since last year.

Very run down for a KOA. In the laundry room 3 out of 8 or 9 washing machines were working and only a couple dryers. Peeling paint and not very clean. Dog area was not fenced and there were kids playing in the area.

Just stayed one night. Was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. Would certainly stay there again.

Needed a little cleaning , washers/dryers need to be replaced/ fixed only 2 worked ! Sites could use some grading . Staff was friendly and helpful!

What we loved about the campground was the direct access to hiking trails, which was perfect as we travel with a dog. The sites themselves were ok but somewhat small and not very level.

Washing machines were broken and only 1 of 8 worked. Then the baths ran out of toilet paper and when staff was approached, they indicated they had a bunch of things to do and would get up it when they had a chance. This park is obviously an older park with owners that have gotten over the thrill and are just cutting corners everywhere they can

The laundry room only had 3 of 8 washers and 2 of 10 dryers that worked. The change machine was also broken. The one time my husband went to the bathroom facility there was NO toilet paper. The sites were crowded & not very level. We camped in a 5th wheel

The sites are way too close together and it was very close to the highway therefore very noisy. We won’t be back.

Nice quiet park with access to trails. Nice large laundry facility, however only 4 or so machines worked and the change machine was out of order. wish we had been informed of the situation at arrival. instead of lugging all of our clothes, finding a place to park after a long day at the Grand Canyon, to find at 9:30 at night needed clothes for the next day that 2/3's of the machines were down.

It was fine for a one night stay, but they really need to do some work on this KOA to improve it. The sites are very close and very unlevel. The roads are quite narrow and very rough. It is way past time that they were repaved. If we had followed the route mapped out for us by the office to get to our site, we would have had to drive through someone else's site.

7 out of 10 washers and dryers were out of order. Had to disconnect water hoses to keep their piping from freezing, even though our hose was heated. Would not stay there again.

A great campground. We were passing through and the staff were great. They were full but because we just needed an overnight spot, they offered us a site with no water at a reduced rate. We plan on returning and hanging out for a long weekend.

Raw sewage pouring out of my sewer tap when I arrived. Seriously unlevel sites. More than 2/3 of the washers and dryers out of order, plus the change machine was out of order. A tired old campground that has taught me not to automatically trust a campground just because it is a KOA. The staff was pretty nice, and I felt sorry for them having to deal with everyone’s issues.

Amazing front desk and ground keepers! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! It was such a beautiful camp site! The only issue was the laundry facility that only had 2-3 working washers and dryers and some people left their laundry unattended for hours which isn’t fair and should be addressed so others may use. Other than that, it has the cutest playground…even our older kids enjoyed it.

Great location. Helpful and courteous staff. Clean facilities- although they could use a refresh for sure. The grounds could use a refresh as well to alleviate the dust and dirt factor in the sites. I will be back if other better options are not available. I look forward to seeing improvements when visiting again.

Most expensive site. Crowded to park. Really had to watch out for neighbors cars. Site was so unlevel we had to put blocks under our self leveling fifth-wheel. Very crowded space. Nice patio and lots of furniture. We had to move it so we could put our steps out. Not a bad place - but for $88 a night I was hoping we could just pull in without so much fuss. Inexperienced large RV drivers beware

There were only two washing machines out of 13 and two out of ten dryers that worked. Had to go offsite to do laundry. Apparently this is a long standing problem according to a camper who had visited six months prior. The manager disagreed but why are so many machines inoperable? Time for new equipment.

Facilities were worn down. Bathrooms old, poor water pressure in the showers. Of the 10 washers and dryers on site only two worked. Site was beautiful right under the mountain and convenient to lots of things. Quick Uber ride to historic flagstaff for dinner. Store was well stocked. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful location,fantastic camp store, & lovely site for our motor homes. I was disappointed in the small size of the laundry facility, which made it challenging to do, especially when other campers left the machines full of their completed loads.

Campground was great, weather was not. We only stayed 2 nights and went up to the Grand Canyon for a day trip. Reservations at the Grand Canyon are so hard to come by that this was the perfect solution. Given the winds, snow, and cold, it was so much more comfortable to stay at the KOA than to try and boondock. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, park was quiet.
