Love the campground and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately 80% of the Laundry machines were out of commission with several dated as far back as July 2021. Otherwise great stay.

$60 a night for a campground that doesn't even have decent bath/shower house. Shame! No heat, showers that are the perfect height for children and inadequate space to do anything but shower (if you stoop). And who was the man who stuck his head in to ask if anyone was in the shower house at 8:00 am? This was not the cleaning times. Beautiful scenery, though.

The site was great and for the most part the accommodations were good. The only issue was that the bathrooms were extremely cold. It did not seem like there was any heat being used.

Here for a week in a 40' Fifth Wheel in site 170. Site was a muddy mess from snow; other sites were dry. Very narrow site; barely got in it due to bushes and narrow roads. Also, site too short to fit truck well. Could not get connected to Wi-Fi on my iPhone but PC connected; fairly good service. Had to intrude into sites across the road to get out. Barely missed neighbor's truck.

Very nice staff and very nice campground. Nice walking trail to go to the base of Mt Lemmon which our family enjoyed!

Everything was either shutdown due to the COVID excuse or things didn’t work. No heat in the bathrooms! Showers heads were loose and unable to aim. Two washers and two dryers worked while at least 10 machines were out of order. Community building shutdown due to COVID excuse. I would not stay here again. It was the worst KOA we have been to.

I had to extend my stay and the KOA staff was able to find a way for me to stay without having to move frequently. Two big snow storms came through while I was there and they quickly cleared the Kampground roads. The staff is the best around. The only complaint is the laundry room; while it is many machines and is roomy most of the machines were out of order, easy enough to go to another laundry.

We stayed here for two nights in our fifth wheel. Weather was snowing and could. We were in site 81, which was very uneven. Men's shower were very narrow and small. Heater did not work in restrooms. The location was good, near all amenities, yet in a wooded area backing up to the mountain.

Just excellent hospitality! Instant human connection when I walked in the door. We had to leave a day early for a family issue, there was no issue in canceling my next day reservation. We shall return and thank you for everything!

Courteous staff and quiet location (winter camp) Facilities and grounds were clean. Our site was not well graded — had to use five inches of leveling chocks on one side of trailer. Wi-fi was weak. The electrical was all good, though the cover panels were not appropriately fastened to the box. Water pressure was excellent and the sewer port was clear and clean.

Staff was very nice. Bathrooms were clean, but not up to KOA standards that we are accustomed to. Only 2 of 10 washers were operational and only 3 out of 10 dryers were operational. Apparently, mgmt has been aware of it for some time. Our site and 4 others around us were not level and required leveling blocks. It is in a wooded area. Did not hear any traffic noise. A good location for exploring.

Arrived in a full on snow storm with a crippled motor home. Office staff fit us in and had business cards for RV repair. Very friendly and helpful. Fabulous dog park(s). We got our coach fixed but were a little late getting out the next day. No problem, no extra charge. We will remember this campground and staff.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Had a pull through spot that had plenty of room. We'll stay again when our travel permits.

We paid for a pull through site. There is no way we could have pulled our RV (32') through without hitting a tree. We ended up having to back it out. Site was covered in ice, making it difficult to walk on. Almost every machine in the laundry room was broken. The bathrooms have no heat, so have fun taking a shower when it's 20° Staff is friendly, and the only saving grace for the park.

Staff was nice, no issues. The sites aren't level and we couldn't get our camper level even with wood and stabilizers. Dogs left piles everywhere that weren't cleaned up so kind of messy. Realize it was winter and harder to see messes. Whole campground needed a general cleaning. Maybe much nicer in summer.

The campground in a beautiful setting and needs some maintenance. Streets are showing wear, but we use KOA because of its facilities. The laundry building had 16 appliances in it but only 3 were in working condition. We were not able to do laundry at this location. We spend more time indoors while it is cold so WIFI is a strong used item. It was very sporadic and slow making it unusable!

It was a beautiful site. Most of the staff was great, one girl was snotty, did not get her name unfortunately. Laundry had 2 working machines out of 8 and 3 working dryers out of 8. Showers were clean but the absolute worst I've ever been in. Short faucet and painfully unadjustable shower head that was brutal I could barely finish washing.

The lack of maintenance was the worst I have seen. Marginal snow removal from reserved sites. I had to borrow a shovel and do it myself. Trash from previous occupants including dog feces was not cleaned up. The showers were kept at about 45 degrees. Was this to discourage their use? Worst value for the money- laundry was filthy (floor had dirt and paper everywhere) only 4 washers were operating and all others broken, only 3 dryers were operating and it is hard for me to call them operating as my clothes remained damp after 45 minutes of dry time. The worst snow storm ever but we stayed warm. The staff was great. We had a small utility trailer plus our travel trailer to get to Verde Valley and only one truck. The staff let us leave the utility trailer after checkout so we could come back to get it an hour later st no charge. Thank you so much.

Easy check in and responsive and friendly when we needed propane. Grounds are nice and near the national forest border. The site we had was advertised as “best site in the park”. It was private but the recent (few inches) snowfall was not plowed sufficiently. The cleared area was extremely sloped and it was very difficult to level the trailer.
