No heat in bathroom. Wi fi worked rarely. 75% of the washers and dryers were out of order. Site was a swamp.

We arrived at 7PM after there had been snow showers all day. There was no one in the KOA check-in. The staff closed early “due to weather.” I was unable to climb the hill to my site. I called the office but had to leave a message. I had to borrow a shovel and it took 1 hour to clear snow to my site. The next morning the staff was unapologetic to my experience. Bathrooms were freezing, sites were frozen/not plowed. A lady got stuck next to us. Sites were small. I would not recommend winter camping here. Perhaps summer would be better and with smaller campers.

The pull thru spot was not an easy spot to get in and out of as all the turns were too tight. Trees needed trimmed, while avoiding a tree we broke a hubcap on a boulder that lined the rv pad. We had to do a lot of manuvering to get in & out of our "Pull thru". Defeats the purpose.

Stayed at this campground for 2 nights. Initially scheduled for one night, but extended due to snow storm. Office staff very nice both at check in and when we needed to extend a night. Power to the site was very good (123/124 volts). Did not see a drop in the power while running electric heaters. Decent Verizon signal. Would love to return to this campground during the summer.

Very nice campground has everything there for the kids and pets. Camp sites have plenty of room and very clean.

We are very happy and satisfied staying here during a 2-day snow storm. We will definitely coma back in the future and will recommend it to friends with no reservations.

Great customer service in the front. However, when we needed some propane, the guy that was out there told us they don’t fill up when it’s dark, which is understandable, but it was 5 o’clock. He said they stop at sunset, there was no set time. He then proceeded to tell us it was too cold to fill the tank, which was wrong. And finally after some back and forth he finally filled it with 3 gall

Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Loved our campsite with the patio and BBQ- definitely worth the little extra $! It was great being able to hike right from the campground! We will be back next time we are in Flagstaff!

Hi,we enjoyed our two day visit while travelling.The sites were clean as were the camper services buildings,and the staff friendly.The location is close to restaurants and shopping.

We specifically asked if you had showers and you said yes. We arrived the same day you told us this. You neglected to tell us there was no heat in the bath/shower room and it got down to 12 degrees that night. We would've expected you to have at least a space heater or two. Very disappointing since we couldn't hook up our water because of the frigid temps.

Very clean facility. Storefront is well stocked with just about any item an RVer might need. Heaters in the restrooms were welcome on the 30+ degree morning. Shower was nice and hot. My only recommendation would be to add handle bars in the shower. Staff was exceptional!

Had a outstanding stay. Was close to shopping and other supplies needed for our trip. The two girls at the front desk was very helpful.

We enjoyed having hiking trails right by the campsite. Staff was friendly and bathrooms were clean. Site adjacent to neighborhood had barking dogs.

Very nice staff. Facility notes clean bathrooms but broken heater in men’s bath. Only 3 of 9 washers working and only 4 dryers working. Coin machine broken. Per communication, no plans to fix anytime soon. First KOA experience with 5 different reservations to follow. Will get a better view of what’s normal and whats not within the chain.

The facility is well maintained and in a great area for recreation. We are in a larger 5th wheel and could manage in and out of our site very well. The site had a patio a burn pit and a grill. We couldn’t stay more than one day but will be back.

Site was very unlevel, women's bathroom was very cold, the wifi was terrible and the price was very expensive for a winter stay when few of the amenities could be enjoyed.

The front staff was very nice �. The site was NOT remotely level. Th ladies bathroom was cold..no heat.. The Price was way to high for the amenities.

Beautiful and convenient. Our levelers could not get is level, so they kindly moved us to another site. Very accommodating and friendly.

Gorgeous setting. Wide variety of accommodations. Great family amenities. Friendly staff. Only two considerations: bathroom/shower facilities are ready for an update; lots of low-lying landscaping boulders to watch out for when making turns or parking into your site.

Always a terrific place to stay ! I’ve stayed for one night at times on my to or from other places- I’ve also spent long weekends here- it’s just a great place! Lots of trees, amenities galore, easy to maneuver around.

Ground surface was pretty uneven. The laundry services were terrible. 50% of washers and dryers were broken. Those that did work worked poorly.
