The campground is a little fun down but convenient. The staff was nice and accommodating ..it was clean.

Too cramped and close to your neighbor. Although a picnic table and fire pit were provided there was not enough space at the site to actually enjoy those things. Very disappointed in this KOA.

Loved the setting of the campground, int he pine forest, also loved the trails right outside of the campground. Would stay there again.

Very friendly staff. We loved the dog run area, complete with play obstacle and areas for big and small dogs. The hiking trail out the backside of the park was great for a morning hike.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, we felt the sites were poorly designed with difficult access, not level, boulders in inconvenient locations and trees that made the sites narrow.

Both KOA central phone staff & the staff at KOA Flagstaff lied about the availability of sites. Both said there were few (2 &4) sites available & the only one that would take our 28' trailer was the deluxe site at $75+tax. When we arrived there were MANY cheaper sites of the size we needed. I know the owners want to rent the most expensive sites, but lying is NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

We were in site 88 recently, the site wasn't close to level. One of the coaches in that area had a large # of blocks, wheels off the ground, bumper 3 ft in the air. Definitely not safe. Also tripped on the wooden "Handicapped Ramps" coming out of the bathroom. I'd expect a cement ramp that fully meets ADA requirements. Potential for personal injuries or ADA code violation. Disappointing.

Great friendly office and grounds staff. The delux patio pull-thru was more than I could have asked for. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

Enjoyed our stay - nice park. Bathrooms were clean. Several of the machines in the laundry room were out-of-service and the dryer didn't really dry the clothes . . .but overall we enjoyed the park.

The only thing worth noting is that while the KOA itself is fine, EVERY staff member that I encountered were AWESOME! Very friendly and professional!

The restrooms were clean. The campground was nice. There were 2 issue I had: 1.The water source for the camp site I was assigned was too far from the site. I had to use 2 hoses to reach the water source next to me. 2. There was no water source to flush my holding tank at the dump station. I had to keeping flushing my toilet to get water in the tank.

My children were really looking forward to the barrel train listed on the website. We were disappointed to not have that option. Other than that, great stay!

We stayed for only one night. The campground was well maintained, and the bathrooms were clean. It was also easy to get to from the highway.

Very friendly staff and offered tips about driving through Sedona, check in was easy, our campsite was nice, campground was very clean and quiet. We arrived late 6pm and I was pleasantly surprised the office was still open, as other KOA’s offices were closed but allowed after hours check in.

Love the trees, site mostly flat, wifi slow but restrooms clean...shower heads could be replaced.

Got in late, left early so really can't say much. Our dog enjoyed the dog park. The one quibble, on our spot for some reason the water outlet was out a ways from the other hookups. Our 25 foot hose barely made it.

Was quite impressed with their propane service, picked up my tank and delivered it back to my site very quickly. Very friendly people. Quiet campground with some minor leveling issues to deal with. But nothing bad.

Had reservation for pull thru for 26 ft class C with toad. Upon arrival, Was told had to disconnect toad, but very narrow roads with no room to disconnect. Site sloped to side. Wifi worked slowly or not at all. 4 breakers in electrical box, but 50 Amp breaker had to be on for 30 Amp connections to work (wiring?). Worst KOA by far that we've stayed in. Big rigs beware!

The roads within the KOA are too narrow for larger rvs and sites are too crowded together. Obviously this park has not been upgraded in decades if ever. Does not accommodate larger rvs with narrow roads and the turns involved in getting to sites. they also do no preparations on their water spickets for cold weather.

This KOA was nice. Staff was nice. Sites weren’t very level. Bathrooms were clean. We booked online & it said there was only one site available for our trailer. Didn’t love the spot as it was closer to a busy street. We got there & the place was very empty. Not sure why online reservations showed nothing available but that site. Anyway, nice place to stop for a visit.

Flagstaff is the worse we have every stayed in. Advertised for large rigs. The campground is overgrown with bushes. The tree limbs are hanging way down, requested satellite friendly. Tried two different spots couldn’t get it. After scratching the whole side of our coach and tow vehicle we just parked it. The site was not level. None of sites are level. Called office. Waited on hold for ever.

Beautiful campground plenty of hiking trails They we’re very accommodating to let us stay an extra day due to high winds for travel will definitely be back

Love. Clean restrooms/showers. Nice staff. Kids love the playground. Great walking trails. Dog friendly. Diverse campsites and cabins available.
