Love this place. Feels like camp in the woods with tall trees and shades. Big play grounds for kids as well.

I was assigned campsite 10 which to be honest needs to be re done the table was super old and I was in the middle of long term guests. I asked if I could move the the staff was very helpful as I moved onto 136. That’s my spot from now on as I come there a couple times a year. Thank you

The tent sites were clean, well laid out and easy to find even in the snow. Bathrooms were clean and showers were nice to use. Will definitely come back.

Very let down. I have stayed here before without any issue, but this was awful. A party showed up at 11:30pm right next to me. They were very loud getting set up and did so until 1230am. They started a fire at about 130am. They left the fire unattended from what I could tell when I checked about 345am. I asked them a few times to be quiet. I called security 4 times with no response.

It was okay. Staff is super friendly and welcoming! I just am not experienced in the snow, and thought the roads in camp would be cleared. They were not. It took me an hour and a half, and seven generous neighbors, to help get my truck out of the little tent camp spot. Super frustrating. I didn’t know trucks can get stuck in three inches of snow, and felt so frustrated trying to get out.

Everybody was amazing, the manager on duty went above and beyond, down to giving us the name of one of the best breakfast places we have ever eaten at. The Kampground was clean, and bathrooms and showers are well maintained. It was a pleasure staying there, felt like a family. We will stay there again!!

Zero sleep Friday night!! emergency vehicle's, Helicopters and barking dogs! So so noisy!! I keep my car covered and am still looking at $200.00 to have the Sap removed from my beautiful vehicle. Ive stayed 11 days this season and had zero previous vehicle damage, something about the change of season Trees produce high volumes of Sticky, messy Sap! Open some 22 years Why no warning ? Sign?

The front desk reservationist was a bit curt. I would have enjoyed a warmer welcome. Camp site 200 needs some improvement as it's next to all the gravel. Perhaps a fence ot something. I did enjoy the access to the trials.

This property was absolutely amazing! There was so much extra to do for kids that I was not expecting! the trailheads were in a great place, the property was clean and quiet at night and I could not have asked for more! We enjoyed our stay beyond words and will definitely be back again. It was so nice to just simply be in nature.

Staff was wonderful. Clean. No loud guests. It was a rejuvenating 3 day stay. I will be back frequently. I will recommend it to everyone.

The showers near the kids' area need to be updated. They are not up to par with the 12 or so other Holiday KOAs I've visited this year. The building has insufficient ventilation, so every surface is slightly slimy and moldy. I'm only 5ft 7in and the nozzle was too low for me. It had a very sharp, high pressure spray pattern that was not enjoyable - even when a hot shower was long overdue.

My son and I wanted to plan a quick overnight camping trip for a holiday in the middle of the week. The staff was friendly, our spot was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean! My son enjoyed the play area also!

Check in staff was amazing. Bathrooms were clean everyday. Other guest were so nice making it an enjoyable stay. Tent site was big enough to put my truck, trailer and my side by side. We went to the circus down the street and it was a cool show. The mall was cool to go look at also.

Everything was fine til the nighttime drag races up and down the highway in front of the campground. Don’t know if this happens nightly or just the Saturday I stayed there.

After reserving space, arrived after dark to find tent area was covered in the remnants of a large tree branch/trunk that fell down, cut up a & left. We cleared the wood! We didn’t take another space not knowing what was taken. Bath/shower clean, but not happy w space after being told there were only 2 places avail. Woke to only our tent, no other spots taken. Boo.

I actually didn’t even set up my tents there. I got to site and was assigned to a site so close to the main street I was so close to neighbors. Every one in my family said they didn’t want to camp there. It felt like I was in a parking lot. It didn’t look like that in pictures on website. We literally stayed 5 min and left and I had to pay for another camp site somewhere else in Flagstaff.

Lady's at camp kitchen where amazing we got breakfast there every morning of are stay. They where very informative about everything especially hiking trails .All staff very friendly and helpful .We had a wonderful experience and well definitely be back in the spring!

Great place to stay. Fire wood is available at Maverick fuel station across the street. Clean facility and friendly staff!
