Interstate 95 - Take exit 129, head east on Route 70 for 1/4 mile. Take a right onto S Jenkins Rd, park is ahead 1/4 mile on the left.
Florida Turnpike - Use exit 152, then head east on Route 70 for 1/2 mile. Take a right onto S Jenkins Rd, park is ahead 1/4 mile on the left.
Long-term stays are a maximum of 6 months in a calendar year (6 months on-site and 6 months off-site based upon availability). Seasonal rates vary, so see the rates sheet below, or email or call for them. We ask for a $500.00 deposit at the time an Extended Stay reservation is made. If you need to cancel, you must do so 30 days prior to your arrival date to get the deposit back minus $100.00. This fee pertains to everyone including VIPs as it is a 'special' reservation. If you cancel within the 30-day window, you will forfeit the full deposit. Please give us a call at 772-758-9044 and we can answer any questions you may have.
