Coming from the South:
Take Thornburg Exit 118, turn left onto Mudd Tavern Rd towards US Route 1 (Patriot Hwy). Turn right. Drive for 4 1/2 miles North on US Route 1 to Virginia 607 Guinea Station Rd (just past Massaponax High School) Turn right onto Guinea Station Rd. Follow signs 2 1/2 miles, KOA will be on your right.
Coming from the North:
Take Spotsylvania Exit 126. Turn right onto US Route 1 (Patriot Hwy). Follow highway for approximately 4 miles, there will be a large KOA sign, take the next left onto Virginia 607 Guinea Station Rd. Follow signs 2 1/2 miles, KOA will be on your right.
RV camping clubs and caravans, we’ve got you covered. We welcome scout groups, family reunions and small gatherings looking to camp together in the Virginia countryside—just a short drive from historic Fredericksburg and Washington, DC. We can accommodate up to 10 sites for group reservations and work with you to place sites in close proximity whenever possible. Choose from Full Hookup RV Sites with 30- or 50-amp service, Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, or Tent Sites.
Looking for a more primitive camping experience? Our tent-only area offers a rustic, wooded setting for small families and groups with several tents. This area is separate from traditional sites and does not allow vehicle camping. Due to fire code, no open fires are permitted, meaning No PITS, NO FIRES, and NO TABLES—only propane stoves or portable fire pits are allowed (bring your own). The bath house is located in the main building. Each site has limited parking (maximum of 2 vehicles).
