Choose from Full Hookup RV Sites with 30- or 50-amp service, Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, or Tent Sites.

Looking for a more primitive camping experience? Our tent-only area offers a rustic, wooded setting for small families and groups with several tents. This area is separate from traditional sites and does not allow vehicle camping. Due to fire code, no open fires are permitted, meaning No PITS, NO FIRES, and NO TABLES—only propane stoves or portable fire pits are allowed (bring your own). The bath house is located in the main building. Each site has limited parking (maximum of 2 vehicles).

Please call the campground at 540-898-7252 to reserve your group stay. Online booking is not available for group reservations.
Things to Do with Your GroupWhether you’re reconnecting with extended family or camping with fellow RVers, there’s no shortage of ways to make memories together on-site or nearby. From historic landmarks to classic campground fun, here are a few ideas to enjoy as a group:

  • Historic Fredericksburg: Discover Fredericksburg’s rich history with group visits to Civil War battlefields, Chatham Manor, the Mary Washington House, and the James Monroe Museum. Many of these sites are within a short drive and make for a great afternoon outing with plenty of photo ops and conversation starters.
  • Washington, DC Access: Ride the nearby VRE or Metro lines into the city for a full day of exploration. Your group can split up to enjoy museums and monuments at their own pace, then meet back up for dinner or a Capitol views stroll.
  • Outdoor Recreation: Bring kayaks or paddleboards—or rent from local outfitters—and enjoy time on the water together. Local ponds and rivers provide a peaceful backdrop for paddling, fishing or just relaxing along the shore.
  • On-Campground Fun: Between cookouts and campfires, make time for friendly competition and easygoing activities. Enjoy a swim in the pool, play Gaga Ball or cornhole, or rent bikes and explore the campground as a group.
