Definitely disappointing. We were overcharged to begin with, and told up to 30 days for our money back. The bunkhouse should not be rented out. It was not clean, huge cobwebs in bedroom. There is pipe across the ceiling to hold the ceiling up. There are so many soft spots in the floor, its unsafe. The water absolutely reeked like sulfur. Needs to be repaired, updated and cleaned. updated.

Super nice owners/workers. There are beautiful sunsets/sunrises. Pool hours are not conducive if you only stay one night. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is not a $47.00 night park. I only stayed one night and will never go back! Needs a lot of work and we didn't care for so much discussion by the owners problems.

I would only stay again if I had an RV, travel trailer or fifth wheel. The camping cabins are extremely run down and dirty! The entire campground is run down and in need of repair and updating.

Got a bumpy start with all the signage for after hours check it. About 30 signs on the wall but we needed to see the ones inside the screen door. ���After that it was fine. Small park but had what we required

The restrooms were adequate and reasonably clean. The WiFi was supposed to be good especially at our site and it was nonexistent- came up as an option and then was never found after that. Disappointing. This campground was adequate for our overnight stop but not for much else.

We had a wonderful experience!!! Our sites were awesome!! The pool was soooo refreshing! The office staff and the store were amazing!! We will be back!!!���

There are a handful of 50 amp hookups and we were placed so close to the guy next to us that we had to move onto the grassy part of the site in order to get our slide out. The wifi was non-existent. This campground is old and rundown.

Most friendly KOA employees I have ever encountered. Nice little campground on our way to little big horn and the pool was a plus.

It was ok, nothing special, lawn (�) really just dried weeds, needed mowing. “Dave” owner had on the same STAINED shirt that he had on the week before when we were there. We stayed there again because it was the “known” vs the “unknown” I would like to put the picture of the note we found on our windshield in the morning. Not nice����

We only stayed one night but after a long day of traveling from the north east corner of Montana, it’s always nice to pull in to a KOA. Hardin KOA is as consistent in easy check in, friendly, courteous personnel as we’ve come accustomed to in KOA parks.

Friendly staff, everything worked, bathrooms/showers were clean. Very quiet campground. Dry land area so not very pretty as in grass and flowers, etc.

The front desk waited for me to arrive even though the office was closed. He was very kind and welcoming. I love the open space around this KOA. Plenty of room to walk the dogs and I'm always thankful for the pet area so my older dog and just walk around without wandering off. Cabin was very clean but the door stuck a little and was difficult to get locked at times but overall it was a great!

The hosts are sweet people but the campground is not a credit to KOA.. They haul water, their septic system was full so we could not use our sewer the first night even though we paid for full hookups. You are not to use your personal washing machine. Our site was tall green weeds and dead grass. It's a great location, just a tired park.

Ok, was very quiet �Ï® even tho site are VERY close together. They REALLY need to water, not the lush green grass advertised. The canopy over the tables are a nice touch. Restrooms clean. Didn’t use the pool although look inviting. Yes I would stay again. Side note. Do NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON GPS. The road it took us down bridge was washed out����

When our truck didn’t start, AAA towed it to a garage. We didn’t leave KOA til past checkout time. The campground hosts were very kind and accommodating to our situation. Everyone here was cheerful and friendly. Great place to stay!!

Nice quiet campground. Not as fancy as a KOA Holiday, but very pleasant. Clean bathrooms with showers for tent campers. Decent store at the office. Tent sites with electric and covering with picnic tables. Nice large mature trees.

Office staff was very friendly. We had a mechanical issue on the car hauler trailer and she was very helpful to try to get us help. She directed us to Bill's Automotive and he was very helpful also.

We loved our quick stay with Hardin KOA. The owners were friendly, knowledgeable, and our cabin was clean. Also, the bathrooms/showers were clean and worked great. I called ahead to ask about our vehicle and they were super helpful and prepared for our arrival. It was also very quiet and peaceful. (Be sure to check out the stars!) Our dog was happy here too. Highly recommended! Thanks, Hardin KOA!

Cozy KOA, with very accommodating host. Even though the laundry room was closed at 5:00, she allowed us to do our laundry. First day we were here the winds were gusty and strong rain. We reserved a tent site for three days but decided to take one of their available cabins since we were afraid the tent would blow away. Very pleased with the cabins and they were quite reasonable. Bathrooms are immaculate with necessary cautions made during Covid. Would stay here again whether in our RV, tent or a cabin.
