It is short of a KOA standard campground. It needs much more ground maintenance. We are not a fan of sharing the hook up station and the picnic table area with neighbors. The wifi was unreliable. We had what we needed for an overnight stay. It was quiet. We didn't use the other facilities.

Not untypical of Journey KOAs we’ve stayed in this summer, this park is old and run down. No evidence of any maintenance of the weedy grass. perimeter is lined with old rusty bicycles adorned with dirty worn hats & plastic flowers. interior roads are narrow with tight turns. unhooked our tow car before entering the pull through to ensure we would make the turn. We arrived right at closing, but the owner stayed a few min longer to make sure we were settled in. Clean campground, and close to services. Sadly no campfires were allowed because of being in a High Risk timeframe, but that’s okay. The one room cabin was comfy and clean, just what we needed, and our Golden Retriever had a blast. Great experience all around.

Ok for an overnight but we wouldn’t stay multiple days. It’s rather run down.

Great stay, we had some mechanical problems with the RV so we needed an extra day to setup the repairs. No problem at all with the managers. We also loved the shaded camp sites. Don & Claire Hodges Savannah. GA.

The site and hook up was great! But the manager was rude and abusive to my wife And after parking considered leaving until a co-worker came over and apologized for his behavior! No I tell our story and would not recommend KOA, we do not plan to camp there anymore. Terry Ogle

The site was quite uneven. We were just there for an overnight stay so we did not mess with leveling. After getting into bed I realized the error of my ways. The entry in the dark was a bit confusing...the entry and exit are backwards from whT you expect. Not sure why it is like that but lack of lighting and a “backward” entry/exit introduced unnecessary confusion.

stuck in Hardin due to to truck in body shop. Owners were nice enougs.h to take me to town for grociers. Park is clean and well kept up.

Alizabeth complained when we checked in that she was supposed to be off. The sites were overgrown with weeds and the dog pen - the grass was so high, I was nervous about walking in there for fear of snakes. The park is in a perfect place for overnight campers, but the owners really need to clean the place up

Arrived late, so our night was short! Not many trees or amenities! Playground is small and outdated! Upon checkout the staff was very cordial!

Needs a lot of upgrading. Pool is too tiny, and needs better seating. The sites are rough, not well groomed. We will not be back.

We made our reservations we got to the campground we had to move three times to a site that had no sewer, The campground itself was very unkept looked rundown, the grass was very high, grass was growing all through the rocks . We moved the morning we were leaving to an empty site to to empty tanks, The gray water tank backed up out of the pipe onto the ground so we had to stop, would not recommen

Park is a bit tired. Pool has some strange hours....it was over 90° and the pool was closing at 6pm? Did not use any of the showers, laundry or store so can't really comment on those. Staff was very nice and helpful.

It was an oasis for us. Arrived by motorcycle in the afternoon with temperatures hitting 100 in early July. We had left Missoula that morning riding through Helena and Billings. Cabin had air conditioning and the pool was open. We Met a delightful couple from North Dakota next door and we chatted until early evening. Dining in Hardin is limited so plan accordingly.

Great cabin. Picked you bc of online COVID pre auctions. I was surprised and irritated that staff werent wearing masks Nor social distancing!!

Hardin KOA was good. Buildings were clean. Staff was friendly. Sites were a little tight. Biggest complaint is grass was very dry and pretty much non existant. Weeds should be trimmed.

Quick overnight stay on the way to Yellowstone. Nice wide level pull thru sites. Very helpful staff, they even carried the ice to the truck.

Very primitive. I have never stayed at a KOA that was like this. Cabin was very old, but seemed clean. We stayed in several camping cabins on our trip, but this was the worst. Everything here seemed like it really needed to be updated. We would have loved to use the pool, but it closed at 7- soon after we got there.

The hosts were great and made us very welcomed. I would stay here anytime. It is always nice to feel welcomed after a long day of driving. We appreciate it. A big thumbs up!

Very nice, quiet campground. Staff and owner very accommodating. Took us to our site and explained the campground and the area. Site was long enough to hold 40 foot coach And car without unhooking. Highly recommend.

The property is not kept up like other KOA. Its ok to stay for a night or two but its not a destination. We cut our stay short and moved on to our next stop early. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The place looks pretty rough and the sewer backed up on us. Staff not available until 10 am. Cannot use your own washing machine in your RV.

We had what we needed, but hardly up to the KOA standards we have experienced elsewhere. The owners and workers were very friendly, but the Grounds seemed to be minimally maintained.

Cozy KOA, with very accommodating host. Even though the laundry room was closed at 5:00, she allowed us to do our laundry. First day we were here the winds were gusty and strong rain. We reserved a tent site for three days but decided to take one of their available cabins since we were afraid the tent would blow away. Very pleased with the cabins and they were quite reasonable. Bathrooms are immaculate with necessary cautions made during Covid. Would stay here again whether in our RV, tent or a cabin.
