Very nice place. Clean bathrooms which had nice tile. Very nice grounds and the staff were really friendly. It was also quiet at night (no highway or traffic noise) which I discovered can be a rarity at many KOAs.

Was not a KOA that I felt was worth the money. I also did not appreciate the pounding on my RV door because you didn't mention at check in that we were registered as a party of 2 and not 4.

The people that manage and operate the Harden KOA are very courteous and very helpful . All questions were answered and many times they went out of their way to do so. I say thanks to KOA with a special heads up for the Harden group.

We had a short night's stay. It was clean and the owners and staff were super friendly. It did look like it could use a bit of a face lift, picnic tables needed painting, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the owners was Great!

Fully service location! We arrived with a broken right mirror on an RV, which meant we couldn't see traffic coming. The man who directed us to our campsite was the BEST! We asked him if he thought he could help us. He returned with an Allen wrench and quickly repaired it. For novice RV campers like us, it is such a relief! It was in a very convenient location and well maintained.

We had nice fresh air , first stay was clear sky, second stay RAIN RAIN RAIN . No matter we will return . Sorry we were late getting our laundry in thank you for waiting . Like the shade trees and the train in the distance . Easy off the highway and back on. Will be our stop into the Black Hills from now on . Showers were clean , cabins were too . Like the secure feeling of the camp .

We actually stayed at a monthly rate for the whole summer. Ginna and Dave a friendly hosts. We are first time RVers and they were always willing to lend a hand when we needed help. They lended us their ladder, Jacks and an extra water pump to help us winterize. We watched them improve the campsite over the summer and they kept it up well. Thank you a great summer!

The drain for emptying my waste tanks does not seem to vent properly because it overflowed when I dumped both the black and grey water.

Owners of this KOA were the nicest, and accommodating of any KOA's we've been to. With the end of the season and a major winter storm a day away, they held off shutting down the water until we got there to fill our tank. We left early to get away from the storm and were appalled to hear that Devils Tower Koa wouldn't refund us due to storm coming. They gave us a nice gift to help matters.

Always clean friendly staff, very accommodating! They made sure we had a space heater as it dipped below freezing. Love the cabins!

Cozy KOA, with very accommodating host. Even though the laundry room was closed at 5:00, she allowed us to do our laundry. First day we were here the winds were gusty and strong rain. We reserved a tent site for three days but decided to take one of their available cabins since we were afraid the tent would blow away. Very pleased with the cabins and they were quite reasonable. Bathrooms are immaculate with necessary cautions made during Covid. Would stay here again whether in our RV, tent or a cabin.
