Unexpected delight! Not only quiet and clean with friendly staff (as usual for most KOAs) but lots of songbirds, including house wrens, western kingbirds and lark sparrows. I would definitely stay here again!

The office staff were extremely kind and helpful. I personally do not care for the close setting of the RV's. I could reach my hand out and touch the one beside me. I like a little space and to not be able to hear the person next to me. Great dog park and beautiful views. Nothing really close by to do and pool was not open. (maybe COVID related, but did not look functional)

Very nice clean campground. The owner waited on us in the office and took us to the site. Very nice and helpful. We did not use any of the facilities so do not know what they were like. Our picnic table needed to be painted but we did not intend to use it. Water, electric and sewer worked and met our needs. Our neighbor was very close to us but we were only there one night.

We only stayed at the Hardin KOA for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi worked the way a Wi-Fi is supposed to work. Some KOAshave an in adequate Wi-Fi. This one was very adequate.

Was not a KOA that I felt was worth the money. I also did not appreciate the pounding on my RV door because you didn't mention at check in that we were registered as a party of 2 and not 4.

The people that manage and operate the Harden KOA are very courteous and very helpful . All questions were answered and many times they went out of their way to do so. I say thanks to KOA with a special heads up for the Harden group.

Fully service location! We arrived with a broken right mirror on an RV, which meant we couldn't see traffic coming. The man who directed us to our campsite was the BEST! We asked him if he thought he could help us. He returned with an Allen wrench and quickly repaired it. For novice RV campers like us, it is such a relief! It was in a very convenient location and well maintained.

We actually stayed at a monthly rate for the whole summer. Ginna and Dave a friendly hosts. We are first time RVers and they were always willing to lend a hand when we needed help. They lended us their ladder, Jacks and an extra water pump to help us winterize. We watched them improve the campsite over the summer and they kept it up well. Thank you a great summer!

The drain for emptying my waste tanks does not seem to vent properly because it overflowed when I dumped both the black and grey water.

Owners of this KOA were the nicest, and accommodating of any KOA's we've been to. With the end of the season and a major winter storm a day away, they held off shutting down the water until we got there to fill our tank. We left early to get away from the storm and were appalled to hear that Devils Tower Koa wouldn't refund us due to storm coming. They gave us a nice gift to help matters.

I felt that spacing the travel rigs further apart would have been more appropriate. The park at this time of year was sparse of travelers so giving them a little space would have been nice. Staff was friendly, utilities were sufficient,but road work made it extremely noisey.

Cozy KOA, with very accommodating host. Even though the laundry room was closed at 5:00, she allowed us to do our laundry. First day we were here the winds were gusty and strong rain. We reserved a tent site for three days but decided to take one of their available cabins since we were afraid the tent would blow away. Very pleased with the cabins and they were quite reasonable. Bathrooms are immaculate with necessary cautions made during Covid. Would stay here again whether in our RV, tent or a cabin.
