Awesome !! The hosts accommodated us last minute with an rv, moving van pulling a u haul trailer, and another truck pulling another u haul trailer. Very kind people! They made our nightmare of a trip so much better! Thank you!!

Great access sitting away from the interstate. The swimming pool was nice, ice cream social was delicious and sites were good.

This is one of the nicest KOA Parks that we have stayed at so far on our trip across the United States from Maine. From the time we checked in, to being escorted to our site until the day we departed the staff was respectful, super friendly, and helpful with information of the local area. The site itself was very clean, spacious, and very well maintained (super level). Very Awesome Adventure!

The owner Gina & staff were great. Good location for Custer’s Battlefield. Our site was tight. Bathrooms were clean.

We found the check in person very rude, not only to us but to her coworker as well. She also rattled off all the info in a very cocky way. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Did not encounter one employee who seemed happy to be there (including the owner) Wi-Fi is none existent. Pool was cloudy. Showers were clean. Just off highway so good if you just want place to sleep.

Dog walk area in back had not been cut for a while making it impossible to use with a small dog. Koa emoyees allow rottweiler to roam lose for hours. Wifi was non existent. I would stay again however.

We stayed one night on our trip back to MN from the West. The staff was friendly, the site spacious and the bathrooms clean. The rates for this KOA were much cheaper than the RV sites in Billings.

It was good for a one night stopover. The staff were friendly. The outside areas, bathrooms and showers were clean and functional. Good proximity to Little Bighorn. Sites were pretty tight.

The hosts were very friendly and personable. The grounds were neat and picked up but the grass areas were untrimmed and dried out. The WIFI was totally a joke.Overall the camp is good as a stop over.

Our last two stays at KOA campgrounds have been unsatisfactory. I'm sorry I renewed our value card at this location. I used the laundry and as I was finishing folding, the doors to the front office and laundry were propped and cigarette smoke smell poured into the room saturating my clean laundry. Not a happy camper here or at Glenwood Springs West.

The staff was young yet friendly and very knowledgeable. The park is nice and well kept. The only issue is the WiFi. If you can get on it is slow at best and you get dropped easily.

Used this KOA as a base to visit Billings, Little Bighorn National Monument, kayak Big Horn Lake and trout fish Bighorn River.

The campground was just fine The pool was refreshing(wish that was listed on the website) - we appreciated the ice cream social - great price for a scoop Disappointed with the price quoted by email and phone and what was charged - I told the person it would be 2 adults and two kids over 5. Still got charged an extra 14 dollars for 2 additional people. Unreal - I was too tired to argue

The park was clean. The owners were constantly busy making sure everything was well taken care of. They were nice people and I would stay again.

Cozy KOA, with very accommodating host. Even though the laundry room was closed at 5:00, she allowed us to do our laundry. First day we were here the winds were gusty and strong rain. We reserved a tent site for three days but decided to take one of their available cabins since we were afraid the tent would blow away. Very pleased with the cabins and they were quite reasonable. Bathrooms are immaculate with necessary cautions made during Covid. Would stay here again whether in our RV, tent or a cabin.
