Although they have lots of facilities the tv supply cable was run on top of the ground to the site and the tv was so bad we could not watch it.

Very nice campground however camper next to use was given a shot that did not fit his camper size due to tree placement. He parked and took half of our spot making our sewage and water connections unusable. Better care for camper length should be taken into account. Also campground is very tight and sewage connection if usable was on wrong end from traffic direction

They wouldn’t allow me to charge anything to my site…. First KOA that I’ve ever seen do that. I spent a lot of money at the store but was unable to get the KOA rewards discount.

Staff was very nice. The facilities were relatively clean. The camp sites were VERY small and way too close to the neighbors. Not a typical KOA experience that we are accustomed to.

Bathrooms on the weekend require more attention, they looked like a crime scene. Besides Gale at the entrance staffed seemed bothered by people simply being friendly. Also, your bathroom stales have huge gaps in them and should be replaced with multiple people eating in line to use the one clean and/or functioning toilet no one needs and audience when they are taking care of business.

It's definitely a nice play with a few things to do however I feel like thr cameo sites are way to close together that's what I didn't like.

It was great. Getting in and out of our site was a little tricky due to size of RV with car dolly.

We have stayed here a few times now. I do have to say, the staff working the weekend of 8/20-8/22 were not pleasant to talk too. Many were very rude this time.

It’s a very dense, busy campground. WIFI wasn’t reliable, nor was Verizon or AT&T service. Lots of activities, which is good. This definitely isn’t the place for a quiet weekend relaxing.

The campground was nice and the staff were helpful. The only gripe I would have is that game room near the pool table and air hockey was a bit dirty. Trash and dirty floor could use some attention.

The picnic table in our tent site (266) was badly damaged, and there was trash in our site when we arrived. More effort should be put into maintenance and cleaning up the sites in between users.

Considering how large many of the RV rigs visit this KOA and how tight the maneuvering is, it would be advisable to have someone guide people to their site and assist with directing RV into and around the campground. I had site 37 and a number of time I was trusting people to brush within a foot of my Airstream. It was unnerving. My other complaint ,the wifi was useless in my area of the KOA.

Hi, staff made us feel at home. Campground was excellent! I do want to express that I have been camping all my life and was shocked at the major parties going on with 25 people at each site on either side of us with raging music and constant shouting. Yes, im older but still have fun. It was shocking to see this in such a nice Campground.

Bathroom was disgusting. One toilet overflowing and entire bathroom was without toilet paper for several hours. I'd recommend cleaning it more than once per day. Other than that, we love this campground.

It was okay. No pretty views from your campsite, you just wake up to the view of someone else’s RV. Showers were not clean which was unfortunate. Parents allowed their kids to run around free and through our campground. The dog park was a bit run down compared to everything else, there was a sharp metal post sticking out from the dog jumping area. Overall, we probably won’t return.

Too many wasps on our tent site which scared us a lot. We couldn’t even stay outside for eating breakfast. Otherwise, the location was perfect, right next to the national historic site.

broken bench at our site upon arrival. We arrived late in the evening and had to rely on the map at registration but could not find where water access was for primitive camp sites. Trash spread throughout the site upon arrival. Good location to nearby activities.

Original site assigned would not accomodate our RV, which was a bit disappointing. Prefer to select site before arrival to minimize this type of sitiation. Had to change and only option didn't have electric set up requested but was manageable. Otherwise enjoyable visit.

Never was greeted upon arrival. Female customer service person just gave me our lot number. I had to ask where it was. She never reviewed campground feature and amenities. We only encountered one friendly employee (she worked pancake breakfast Tuesday morning) during entire stay. Bathrooms and showers were dirty. Website advertised enjoy coffee shop and wine tastings daily which was false.

I have a 33' long travel trailer and was put in site 194 and this site is not big enough. The hill is steep and I had the trailer as low as I could get it, and was still no where near level with the wheels raised 8 or more inches on one side.. We did get offered another site (thank you) but since we had to hitch up we decided to leave. Takes all the fun out of it when you can'nt set up and relax.

Our site was very tight! We had to move our car a few times to help larger TVs get around the turn!!! Pool was nice! Showers by the pool were nice with great water pressure.

this was actually our first KOA stay. We had a wonderful end site, but all the sites had lots of room, we had full hookups. It was easy to walk the dogs around, and there was also a nice enclosed dog park. I used the laundromat, there were a lot of machines (though the floor was a little dirty and the machines were a little older it was okay).

Great location. Friendly staff. Grounds were nice and well maintained. The cable was horrible and the wifi utterly worthless.

Everyone at the check-in very friendly and helpful. The sites were great the bathrooms were good and pancake breakfast this wonderful and the swimming pool great way to relax and unwind. Real close to the historical town and enjoy the walk learning more about the history of Harpers Ferry.

We had a tent site reserved, and asked to upgrade to a cabin since there was a high percentage of chance of rain- and they did :) the 2 room cabin was so cute and perfect for us and our kids and Great Dane. The pool was great. The arcade was ok, but the kids enjoyed it lots of walking and exploring space. Anthony’s pizza delivered and was yum!

Camp sites were very unlevel and my sewer line was up hill from my camper. I couldn't drain by tanks well.

We had a wonderful time at Harpers Ferry KOA. The sites are nice and the ammenities are plenty. We will definitely be back next year. Thank You!!!

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
