Great proximity to HF. Clean, spacious, and comfortable cabin with a really terrible view. Water came out of shower head so hard it felt like thousands of little daggers. No blow dryer on the premises. One staff person was friendly and helpful, the rest were rather surly.

Seems like a lot going on building wise but pancake hut has no doors to keep ya warm when you are going to eat in there bull dozers working at 7 am ( quiet time is 10-8 ) employees driving around in golf carts are not very friendly

Other than I wish we could have played mini golf (kinda hard to do that during a snowstorm) I loved it! My wife and I love the family friendly env and the ease of use! Clean and friendly. We wanted to start enjoying long weekend getaways with our oldest dog Roxy who is having health issues but loves to travel. She enjoyed the firepit, being snowed in the cabin and walking around.

The location was nice but the cabins need upgrades. Our cabin front door was warped and the bottom had a big gap. We got a mouse in our cabin Friday night. The remainder of our stay we had to stuff paper towels in the gap. There were many other gaps in the cabin as well.

We liked the cabin and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the wireless connection was useless. The biggest issue is that it cost WAY too much for what it was (a couple beds and a half kitchen), particularly since it was the offseason and we didn't have access to most of the amenities that KOA offers. At half that rate, we'd be back in a heartbeat.

The campground was extremely loud and the bathrooms were beyond dirty. Looked like they had not been cleaned in days. Also the cabin we stayed in had spider webs all on the walls and in the ceiling. I've stayed at many KOA none have been like this and I will not return to this campground.

Had to upgrade from KAMPING Kabin to modern cabin (extra $55) because restrooms near KAMPING Kabin closed due to freezing problem (55 degrees at night?) resulting in long uphill, unlit walk to other restrooms. Infestation of ants in bathroom. Loud music and partying even after 11 pm (quiet hours supposedly from 10pm, but no enforcement). Overall, not impressed.

Enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay over a long weekend in a cabin. The access to trails and the national park is very convenient. Beautiful campground and area!

Way overpriced for what we got. Took our reservation for a rustic cabin and never told us our bathouse was closed for the season. Check in was cold, not rude just uncaring. For the price, one would expect fridge or tv or microwave...nothing here! The 3 stars were because cabin was fairly clean and they had turned the heat on. Park was clean and the area was beautiful. Will probably stay elsewhere.

We stay here about 2 rimes a year. this stay was very nice. we will be back in the spring.

Very uncomfortable bed- hole in the floor- ants on the table in the morning. AC/Heater made a bad noise- the AC unit sucked up the neighbors behind us fire smoke and we got sore throat from that. Cabin was way to small for felt like we were confined to the bed the whole time

The deluxe cabins had a govenor on the heater in freezing weather. It would not get warmer than 69 degrees. We froze and paid good money! The staff was horribly rude and downright disrespectful! I got in late Thursday night and was out at lunch on Friday when I received a call from the office saying if I didn't get up there by closing they were changing the locks on my cabin. KOA ��� staff

The cabin was clean and the bathroom appreciated. I loved the proximity to all the trails. Unfortunately the availability (we did camp with a small dog) was in a cabin across from the playground; not good for the peace and quiet I was hoping for. I do plan to stay again, I'll just make sure it's in a cabin (bathroom or not) far from the playground :-)

My only complaint would be how far the bathroom was since the closer one was closed for the winter. And I totally do not agree with the breed restrictions in place. The breeds are not dangerous, it's the owners. You are much more likely to get bit by a chihuahua than a pittie! Please rethink this policy!

The campground overall was great. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service we received. We were not informed that the rustic cabin we had reserved had no available water in the immediate area and that the nearby bathroom/shower facility was also closed. I would have requested an upgrade or made other arrangements to stay in the area. We were comped for one of our two nights stay.

We decided to tent camp during an of season, Jonathon opened up a site to accommodate us. When it proved to be cooler than expected, the girl at the office opened up a deluxe cabin for us. The willingness of the staff to accommodate us was appreciated beyond belief.

We went in off-season right after Thanksgiving. We paid regular price for rustic cabin, but unfortunately amenities were not kept up. Store and cabin were fine and as expected. Bathroom nearby was closed and other bathrooms were far and not tended too. Arcade was gross. We still had a good time, but beware if you care about those other things don't go in off-season.

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend 2021. This was our first trip to Harpers Ferry and we can't wait to come back to this KOA in warmer weather! We stayed in a rustic cabin (no bathroom). Small heater for the cabin did not really warm it up quite enough to 'not' freeze our tails off, but it was ok. The KOA itself was really nice. Cant wait to try in the summer!

Having just losing my mom in April, I wanted to do something different for Thanksgiving with my son. We’ve always wanted to rent a cabin for Thanksgiving, so we did at the Harpers Ferry KOA. It was most wonderful that we could bring our two dogs. We had a beautiful holiday, and were able to cook a ten pound Turkey on the grill. We definitely want to come back in the summer.

Great locations for a lot of exploring. Lots to do for families. Everything is very convenient even for newer campers.

Not sure why this is in French, but I understood the questions. As usual we had a great weekend at Harpers Ferry KOA! One thing that I forgot to mention when checking out is that in cabin KL06 the fuse to the outlet by the kitchen sink (with the Kiurig) kept tripping which also kicked the heat off.

The Halloween festivities were amazing. I can't think of a place more fun for kids. My husband and I stayed in cabin #135, and were very happy with it. We used the closest bathroom throughout our stay. It didn't appear to have been cleaned in our 4 days there. (Broken soap dispenser in ladies room, clogged urinal in mens room, overall pretty dirty). I realize it was a very busy weekend.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
