Everyone was very friendly, very nice camp store. Seemed like lots of activities for kids though we had none with us. The wooded area is nice but may be tight for some vehicles, the large rig open field area has no shade at all. The nine premium pull thru sites are very close together.

The cabin we stayed in was tidy, though the air conditioner filter on the unit needs to be changed. We found the linens to be nice & clean but we don't think the floor has been mopped for a long while. The staff we interacted with did not seem to like their job but were performing their duties proficiently. The camp store was fun and a great variety of items.

I hate to give this KOA a bad rating because there was a lot of things for the kids to do, the park was clean and the staff was friendly however there was no WiFi, unless you were at the pool. I am working remotely so when I saw that you offered WiFi I was happy that we would be able to take a long weekend, instead I was completely stressed and unable to get any work done. Wont go back...

Construction of pole building near our site until 8 pm Friday, 8-8 on Saturday, and 8-5 on Sunday followed by tree trimming on Monday morning made this trip very disappointing.

This was our 4th stay at Harpers Ferry KOA and unfortunately we will not be back. Our site had trash on it and the firepit was not cleaned out (cans and trash in it). The site was rocky and unlevel and we could not use the sewer because it was uphill from our camper. Arcade/snack bar was dirty, would not eat there, and the bath house ladies bathroom was gross. More, but not enough room left.

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a great time. The KOA store is probably the best I’ve ever seen. We will be back next year!

we really love your campground and come every year. But the bathrooms at the bottom of the hill were disgusting all weekend. One of the women's toilet's was totally out of order and disgusting.

Cabin was a little dirty. The bees were bad and they attacked the kids at play area. I reported it to the office but no one checked it out like they told me.

Our cabin was nice, and we had a great time, but some improvements could be made. The bathrooms were pretty gross alot of the time, and the toilets took about 3 flushes just to get paper down. The cleanliness overall wasn't great. The arcade area frequently had trash lying all over.

I thought the basic cabin was nice, clean and fun. It even had air conditioning and electricity. However, we were close the the sewage treatment area which had a pretty bad smell. Otherwise, I thought it was a nice place and staff were friendly. My kids loved the $1 pancakes and all the activities.

I found no employee to be very friendly or helpful. Checking in on a Sunday, for a site I paid extra to be site specific, wasn't available until 3pm. Not many campers checking in. I wasn't offered the bundle of wood or bag with goodies. I had to ask for them. Upon departure, I was simply told "you're all set". Zero customer service. Was quite disappointed with the experience.

If I could get a refund I would. Our "site" was a difficult back in that had a trench at the left entrance and listed to the right. No sewage drain from that angle. If not for good Samaritans next to us, we would have been sleeping in a parking lot. Thank you PA couple! No thank you KOA.

There was construction going on from 8a-7p almost every day that was VERY loud. The playground was closed for two of our days. Our sites had VERY large roots that made it hazardous foe the kids. The pool was nice, the jumping pillow was fun, and there was shade. However we thought the bathhouses were not as clean as others we have been to.

This was a REALLY NICE PLACE!! I have never seen a better camp store in any campground! This facility is well maintained and gorgeous! The staff was very welcoming. It is a bit crowded though and sites are nice but small. My only suggestion would be to put times for pool & pancakes in the paperwork. The weekend schedule of events would be a great place for that! Overall, an excellent campground!

Good site, great employees and amenities. I gave them a lowwer rating based upon their wifi. A speed test, standing at the main building, yielded 1 mps download and less than 1mps upload. Stayed here before in 2018 with same results. Like many folks, I am on call, and cell signals are weak. I stay where is is string wifi, so this may be our last trip here.

Always enjoy our stays at the Harpers Ferry KOA. Staff is always friendly. Grounds always well maintained. Our site, #76 wasn't as large as anticipated. We were told our 32' Class C and tow trailer would fit without disconnecting, it did not. Surprised they now charge for pancake breakfast. We never get good cable reception. This time there was no sound on Fox channel. Wifi was very weak.

They stay was great. The cabin was clean. Many activities for the kids to do. You don't have to leave the campsite. We were in a key location right around everything. The only complaint is that there were campers being loud one day after 10 so my kids had a hard time falling asleep but other than that it was great. All the staff was helpful and kind. Would visit again!

Wr have been coming to this campground for several years, and making lot sof memories. The only disappointment this time was the bathhouse was extremely dirty and smelled bad.

We had a great time! The $1 pancakes and other breakfast items were delicious. Staff was friendly. The campground and buildings were all clean and well maintained. The paved roads were nice for bike riding. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lot of fun during our stay, the only thing I didn't particularly like is that everything felt a little more crowded than I'm used to when camping.

I appreciate that I was able to stay in a site along the Civil War Trench. It was quiet and wooded. The pool is huge and I appreciated that safety rules were followed. Children were alway with an adult in the pool. The KOA location is perfect for visiting Harper's Ferry and other local attractions.

My family enjoyed this campground and the amenities, I do wish the hours were posted for every building/shop/cafe and that they were not so limited. They have a lot of activities to do, but it seemed the most popular ones were always scheduled at the same time so you had to choose. The activities we did get to complete were poorly staffed as they did not actually instruct or know a lot of answers.

Overall, our stay was great. The only two disappointing things were that Grape Vines wasn't open while we were there during the week and we had a MAJOR ant issue in our cabin.

The cabin was exactly what I expected. Clean and quiet. We didn’t have a picnic table but we used the neighbors. No activities during the week (even the unstaffed ones like craft room and movies were closed), grapes and grind was never open, multiple arcade games took our money and didn’t work, long waits for toilet and shower due to only one bathhouse for the whole campground.

My wife and I have spent the past 3 months spending our time traveling from KOA to KOA in those rankings Harpersferry ranks #3, we have been to 6 different campgrounds and the overall stay was great during the week but by the weekend it began to get a little more crazy! The internet was cut off by the campgrounds at 8pm every evening! Why we paid for 24 hrs service. Need to be more customer orient

We were in site 15 We were right extremely close 2 different campers on both sides The sewer was uphill so it will not drain from the camper as gravity only works down hill The engineering of the sites is very poor

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin and the only complaint we had was that the AC was not adequate enough to keep the cabin cool.

This KOA was fantastic! The location is very convenient for Harper's Ferry activities. Our cabin was just out of the busyness of the main area enough to allow for privacy & quiet. The pool was perfect. The shower house/restroom was functioning and relatively clean even as the weekend approached. The employees were friendly, especially Emily Shotto.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
