Loved it! This was our 4th time there thru the years. We stayed in the cabins they have air which was a nice surprise Cabins were clean. Koa employees were very friendly all around great time

Unable to get cable which they blamed on us, however we had no problems before or after. Very unsatisfied with the customer service.

The grounds were beautiful, close to everything I wanted to see. Plenty for the kids to do so the adults could relax. Friendly staff. I plan to stay here again.

Obviously location is great. Cabin was nice. Staff (with 2 exceptions -pancake lady and ONE employee in the store -she also watered the flowers. Wish I had gotten the names of these two people) had no enthusiasm for being there whatsoever. Nobody was rude. But certainly did not seem to really being excited to answer questions or offer information. The two I mentioned were wonderful though

Clean park , site easy to pull in & out for our 1 night stay as I had requested . Staff is polite & knowledgeable, store very clean & full of lots of cute things as well as necessities .

Amenities are great. Well maintained campgrounds. Liked the layout. BUT the “deluxe” cabins are horrible. So small for a family of four, air conditioning right over our heads was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Maybe got two hours tops. We actually had to leave early because of it. Tried just using the squeaky ceiling fan, but it got way to hot. Not worth the money in my book.

Beautiful campground and friendly staff. Great patio site well-furnished. With nice fire pit for grilling. Nice combination of relaxing and plenty to see and do with Harper's Ferry, the park, minigolf and River Riders. 2nd time there and will definitely go again.

Overall it was nice but our cabin was very dirty when we got there and the front desk had to come get our curtains and wash them because it looked like someone had been sick on them. Otherwise it was nice.

The outdoor activities were nice. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The disappointing part was the campsite. There was no level spot for our tent on our site. The picnic table was falling apart. When I booked online only primitive sites were available. However there were clearly other sites that were empty when we got there.

We were escorted to the wrong site and during set up realized this. It required a trip back to office to fix. They moved our site and issued new car passes. Sites are extremely tight and we had to move personal belongings on our site so the camper across the street could back up his truck into our site to hook up. Koa employee banged on door one day because they didnt have us properlregistered

Clean campground and the office staff were great. Some of the activity attendants need to be more focused on the activity and less focused on their phones.

Sites were very tight for a 30+' trailer. People were driving both ways on the roads causing traffic when leaving. Adminities were well maintained. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Harpers Ferry KOA was very accommodating, we had trouble leveling our pop up camper, after awhile trying they switch us to a much levier site.

Clean facility, great activities, lots of amenities. Tent site was a little tricky but we figured it out. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall very good stay!

Great campground! Well kept, lots of activities. Playground could use some updating, it wasn't very little kid friendly. Later checkout times would be awesome!

We enjoyed ourselves!!!! Cabins were perfect and the KOA staff was very easy to work with to coordinate our large group. Look forward to next year!

First time at this KOA. Wasn't sure what to expect but overall was satisfied. The camp sites were pretty small and with no real area to park trucks made it difficult to get in and out of the camp sites with the campers in tow. The shower and bathroom areas need to be addressed and cleaned more often. Overall the area was clean and the experience was nice. I would come back to this KOA.

Appreciated the location, resort activities. the pool and mini-golf! Sites were close but we expected that. VERY disappointed in the so-called "security." Our neighbors partied until 1:30 am on our first night and continued to be loud and disruptive throughout our stay. We asked at the front gate what could be done and weren't offered much redress. How about a "quiet zone" for seniors?

It was a nice stay. On Sunday, our first day/night the WIFI seemed very slow, and at times non existent. On Monday it improved and was better until Thursday when we left. We went to the reception area for improved signal. The cable tv was he had most all the time. Sometimes, in the morning it improved. But even then only three channels were watchable.

While we recognize the fact that this KOA is the only campground near Harper's Ferry, the tiny sites and close neighbors just aren't our cup of tea. We would only return if absolutely necessary. However, we were impressed by the cleanliness and extent of the facilities. The staff were cheerful, personable, and helpful. What was most impressive was, despite a full house, the quiet hours were quiet!

Had a nice tree covered spot that was easy in and easy out. Nice walking trails and close to Harpers Ferry shuttle. Also, where else can you get 3 pancakes for $1? :)

One of our favorite campgrounds because so much to do in the surrounding area...tubing, wineries, hiking, and everyone is friendly.

Terrible site. Way too many campers, too close together. Our neighbors sewer was our front yard. This site needs a ton of maintenance. No grass or dead grass at our site. Barely enough room for anyone with a trailer to maneuver in and out of their spot. The only amenity we used was the dog park and that had a lot of broken items and a huge hole in the middle of the park.

There needs to be a fence between the back of the office and the sites facing the office to discourage the constant flow of people cutting through those sites on their way to and from the office and parking lot. Other than that it was a very nice facility. It was clean, staff was friendly and there was an awful lot to do.

Overall the campground and the amenities were very good, however, the site you assigned us, 104, was terrible. It had a 2-3 foot slope from one end to the other. There was no way we were able to get our small camper on the site level. That site should NOT be used as a campsite. That was the worst site I have ever stayed at in my 50 years of camping.

Nice campground but be prepared for very uneven camp sites. It was hard to level our rig, and it was a bit hard to maneuver getting out. Over all very nice campground. Had a great time. Nice store and people were great.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
