Campground sites and roads are tight and not all sites level. Restrooms/showers were just okay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful and worth a visit if you've never been.

Nice campground. Grounds in good shape. Very nice store. Huge pool! Our patio site was good size and length for our 42' 5th wheel. It was a little difficult getting into site due to narrowness of road at site. WIFI was basically useless. However, I will stay here again.

This KOA was a busy one. The place was clean, except that the bathrooms could be cleaner. There were many activities for children to enjoy.

Campsites are to crowded have to use a little of the site in front of you to get out. Hard to pull out. Restrooms not clean.

There were a lot of little things that needed attention; deep cleaning showers/restrooms, painting, minor repairs to facilities, fences, mini golf course, etc.

the fire ring had broken glass in it and what is called a selux cabin i found to be a joke,other koa's i have stayed at delux cabin's had full bath,microwave,coffee pot and a sink.so if i cook on the fire ring how do i wash up when done.on a friday afternoon the camp snack bar was out of many of the food items they had listed,hot nights the pool was closed at 8 p.m office snack bar also

We have a big rig. At check in we were told to go a certain way into our campsite. There was no way our rig would fit. We went back to them & told us a different way. When we left it was very tight & hard to maneuver the streets. Had to watch as we inched by a electrical panel. Had 2 inches to spare. Nice amenities but. It made for larger rigs.

As our maiden voyage with camping, it couldn't have been any better!! Our site, 59, was perfectly located as well as perfectly shaded. Lots of activities and great staff made for a wonderful time.

Front desk young ladies were clueless. Guest services never answer phones. Camping cabins were dilapidated. Game room was dirty and unkept. Website indicated blow up water slide/obstacle course but it wasn't there. Staff doing kid activities were lazy....i could go on! We won't be coming back.

I found the pull through site a little difficult to get into, as I had to backup a few times to get into the site. I had to make a hard left to get into the site. No shade (looking at map, very few shady sites that were 50 amp). Site was not level (sloped back to front and left to right). The pool was very nice. The breakfast was a plus. All in all we had a good time.

My only wish is that there was a small shuttle from the campground to the national park entrance. It was a very difficult walk for my wife who had knee surgery. It would be so simple to do this and make our visit so much more enjoyable.

Campsite 87 was the ugliest we’ve ever camped at. A giant hole, pile of dirt and rock, orange barrel, a trip hazard trench filled with leaves, cable wires laying on the ground, large rocks to stumble over, and poor to no wifi.

Very dirty bathrooms during the entirety of our stay and not so friendly staff working the camp store. I had emailed back and forth prior to our stay with someone and she was wonderful! But honestly, the bathrooms were a big deal. Very unkept. Broken toilets. Not cleaned at all.

At KOA Harpers Ferry the staff was very nice and the made us feel at home. The activities were very entertaining for all. Thanks for the good memories! �

You need to spend some money on dirt and gravel and level out the sites and give the sites some dirt that you can pound a stake into, instead of ground as hard as concrete or dust piles. Seeing roots of trees on your site is frustrating.

The only negative was kids driving golf carts constantly. Plenty to do within walking distance. Might be back in fall to do it all over again.

The cabins were very clean and in great condition. One of the cabins had a new air conditioner unit installed with too much space around it so bugs were coming into the cabin. The bathrooms really need updating and we have yet to meet a staffer who smiles. In general though, this is a nice campground, we have stayed here a few times and would stay again.

Very clean and great staff! Have stayed here multiple times with no issues. If I had one negative to say it would only be that there is no verizon cell service and wifi was almost non existent but neither of which I consider to be their fault. Thats more of just a heads up for other rv’ers but that is very common. We don't have any cell/wifi boosters so your results may vary.

We had a very nice time in Harpers Ferry, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Our sight was ok, felt a little cramped getting in and around the campground with our travel trailer, but we managed. The campsite was clean and level. We will return next year!

Site was horribly unlevel. Dirt bikes in violation of the rules being ridden through the park. Quiet hour enforcement non existent. Poor electrical infrastructure. For the cost the basics like electrical should be maintained and upgraded regularly. Worst KOA I have stayed at.

This was our first time staying there. The park was clean. There was very little trash, the pool was clean and fun activities. My 2 concerns were the 11am check out time is early and very hard to stick to. In fact most of the people near us didn't make the check out time. Also, our site was dirty. No one check in between guests. There was trash and a steak knife left on the ground.

The bunkhouse was large but smelled bad. It needed to be mopped and wiped down. There were nowhere near enough bathrooms for the number of people staying at the KOA and the campsites were right on top of one another.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves. The craft room and arcade/pool table area look like they could use a deep clean. Look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed in the cabin - very rustic. Love it. However we strongly recommend that every cabin in k127-k134 should have exterior stairs from the road/parking to the base. It’s too dangerous to carry things and get slipped on the ground. I saw two elders thst has no way to walk down on their cabin so they had to walk to third cabin away to use the stairs. Other than that, it’s all go

Everyone was very friendly. Site was a little challenging as several large RVs had trouble negotiating the turn located around our site. Otherwise, pleased with the campground and activities.

To many tent sites for the bathrooms you have. Overrun. Sewer connection on wrong end of site. Small site we were put on. Sites are worn out.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
