Way too crowded. RV sites so close together that you can hear neighbors. Kids running everywhere. Loud. Don't adhere to their own quiet time, they were out preparing a pancake breakfast and yelling an banging pots and pans at 7:00 am right across from our site.

The management staff was HORRIBLE!! We were excited to watch the cannon get fired and after the end of the first person pulling the firing chord a small kid yelled "fire" AFTER the cannon fired. A woman supervisor turned and irately screamed at a group of 20+ kids and 20+ adults that we could all pack up and go home if the directions could not be followed. We will not be back. It was unacceptable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It was not after the firing, it was a lone word among silence before the firing. This is a safety issue and I will not put my staff at risk because people cannot control themselves when they were specifically told not do that exact thing. Also, your group was unruly and police had to be called.

Been coming here for 5 years several times a year. Definitely see the campground declining and staff not as friendly as previous.

We are sorry that we didn't meet your expectations. The staff that we do have are doing their best to serve a record number of campers each week. We are glad they continue to show up to work.

The staff at KOA was amazing and friendly. The cabins were definitely looking like they needed some TLC. Nice activities for the kids and priced appropriately.

This campground needs work. The sites are very narrow. Barely any room to park the truck. The arcade was disgusting - trash and food on tables and the floor, chairs with broken legs, ants crawling on tables. It was nasty. There was no staff to enforce rules. Kids driving golf carts, dogs running loose. We booked because of the central location, but doubt we'd return. Whole place seems run down.

Seems that a lot of things are changing for the worse. Game room is horrible now with the cards. Internet rarely works in game room to upload cards. ATM in store hasn’t worked in last 3 visits in 6 weeks. KOA don’t decorate in themed weekends like they used too. Tall weeds around fence and in concrete around pool. Activity prices are rising. Wine tasting not free anymore. No more room to write

Campground was nice. Staff was good. We liked the activities that were offered. Cabin could have been cleaner and there was 2 broken chairs inside. We were able to use them but they were broken.

Loved the amenities but the campsite wasn’t very clean. Litter around the camp sites. The game room tables weren’t wiped down from day to day. Dirty cabins of dust and stained curtains. It turned me off from wanting to go back.

We loved the campground.. the cabin was awesome. the campstore is fantastic and it's great to have a nice huge, clean pool. We will be back!

It was great . The young ladies that did the craft time were so friendly . The tour guide was terrific . I have a service dog and everyone was very welcoming . That was also very appreciative . Great little campstore .

There were a lot of amenities that provided something for everyone. The sites, bathrooms, and showers were all clean and in good working order. There were many activities, both at the campground and in the local area, which made this a great destination and place to camp. We will definitely be back to this campground in the future!

Overall great stay! We feel our campsite could have been pick up a little more upon our arrival. We found a handful of little army men, cap gun rounds and various other things. Wish the sewer hook up wasnt so far forward and right next to our neighbors picnic table. Pool/jumping pillow were great.

Absolutely loved our stay and we will be back! The only issue we had was there seemed to be a lot of wasps near mini golf. But otherwise everything was clean, well-maintained, and full of great amenities!! Thank you!

NOT big rig friendly, trees getting out dragged on coach, paid for premium site. Site was rutted, broken glass & plastic, chunks of branches, cable did NOT support digital tv, sites so close together 8’ max spacing, they did not enforce their quiet time rules or prevent underage kids from driving golf carts. Some sites have 100 gal propane tanks within 10 ft of electrical source. NOT KOA standa

Every thing was good suggestion maybe post open times on the door of Grapes & Grinds was not sure really when open. Went up 3/4 different times was closed.

Site 58 shaded lot but very unlevel. Downhill slope, nice pool that has been repaired since the last visit. Love $1 pancakes. Upgraded mini golf course, work still in the progress to replace rotted wood. Nice campground

Nice site, many amenities nearby, refuting, wineries, historic Harpers Ferry, good restaurants. Great , large pool with lots of shade umbrellas available.

We stayed in one of the camping cabins and the kids enjoyed a bunch of the amenities (pool, jumping pillow, playground). The general store and cafe had a lot of food choices available. Areas for improvement:1) the bathroom facility nearest our cabin had water on the floor the entire time we were there and only one stall door locked. 2) more clearly posted times for amenities would be helpful.

The overall stay was ok, however I’d rather have level site than a fancy patio, had to put 3 blocks on one side to get it close to level, very disappointing.

The campground it's self was really nice but the bathhouse behind the store had no ac and was almost unusable!! There also should be markers that outline the sites!! We came back to our site and people had put a tent right behind our trailer!!

The air conditioning was out and we were awaiting parts for it to be fixed. It is in working order now.

Sites are tight, mini golf needs upgrade because there is a lot of rotting wood, the hall and arcade need updating

Disappointed with the power on my site (191). Was told by maintenance that the power was below 30 amps and we wouldn’t be able to run all our appliance which was true. I paid for 30 amps, but didn’t get what we signed up for.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Just wish the bathrooms weren't closed at 9am for cleaning. Clean them after checkout.

Busy campground but staff was nice. There was trash around the campground and trash cans were full so it looked like trash hadn't been picked up for awhile.

Love the campground and area. People that work there were very nice. Only complaint is women’s bathroom stall doors half do not lock. And when I tried to use bathroom there was no toilet paper.

We have been coming to your park for 19 years. I have to say that this year was no where near as good as previous years. Few kids activities on 4th of July weekend. Our daughter had an air conditioner issue in her cabin and was really disgusted with the attitude of the Manager, lots of the arcade games were broken. Not many options in Snack Bar. Chg $12.00 day pass/not swimming just visiting

They staying was great alot of finally to do especially for teenagers.We all loved it will decently be back.Every thing was clean staff very friendly and helpful Love that it is close to everything if you want to venture out and explore.

Upon arrival, our site had a broken table, beer cans, and trash littered around. This was not a pleasant experience.

Great Campground will be back. Couple small things Mini Golf course could use some updating. Gameroom area had trash laying around could use some attention daily.

The playground needs a lot of attention. It had missing steps to the platform and the slides were both broken. I did not like letting my child play there. I would hope that it could be fixed before someone gets seriously injured. Other than that the place was wonderful. Bath house was nicely updated and super clean, and the sites were well kept.

We had a nice stay with family. As always the facilities were nice and clean. It was our first time in an RV spot with are renovated popup! It was so quiet.

The views and history was very enjoyable. Only disappointment I had was people allowing their dogs to be off leash and run freely . It was an almost issue with my dog who had a leash.

Tented here for just over a week. I enjoyed every part of my stay. Facilities had everything I needed and the check-in/store staff was very friendly and helpful. Fyi, the tent pads are nice but will fit just your tent. If you have say an awning or an additional tent, the sites can be hit or miss to accommodate that. I got lucky and fit all my gear on my site. Would definitely come back.
